Hotel in pretty location, nice beach and outlook. I would suggest to do all inclusive as no restaurants within walking distance although only 5 minutes from Magalluf in a taxi. we went in April so low season and most sun beds by pool in use already although beach sunbeds free but you have to pay unless on red deal. This was a good hotel for 3 girls away for a weekend together. Rooms had three beds, balcony, enough storage for three people. Good selection at the breakfast and evening buffets. Pool area in the shade all morning, but the beach opposite the hotel has sun all day. Good bus service along the coast to Palma. I liked my stay at this hotel overall. The room was clean, the location was very pretty. Right on a cove with very nice coral for snorkeling and swimming. The location was pretty and not very far away from Magaluf. About a 5-10 dollar taxi. You cant walk though. As a home base to explore the island of Mallorca it is perfect. The things I did not care […] too much for regarding the hotel were: The "queen bed was actually 2 twins pushed together. For me personally it was fine because I was alone but if was with a female that would have been a bit cheesy. But othere than that the room was nice. even has a stove and fridge! Another thing was the children. I don't have kids and don't mind them but it is tough when they are screaming around all the time. Also the jacuzzi was not hot at all but actually cold. Lisateave

We did not have any problems with check-in or the reception staff as a few reviewers have already commented. Our first issue started on our first morning as we were woken by the scraping and shuffling of what seemed like dozens of chairs. I thought that the maids were particularly noisy cleaning the room above but it turned out we were directly above […] the main dining room which meant that every morning at 7am we were woken by the cups, saucers and cutlery being laid and then at 7.30 the customers scraping the chairs back and forward. I asked to be moved but the reception staff said the only other room available was one which was directly above the pool bar and main entertainment area which on balance was probably noisier and had a palm tree growing over half the balcony. Frankly, it would have been difficult to sleep any more anyway as the beds were unbelievably uncomfortable and left me with a sore back/neck almost everyday. Please be aware that I'm not "the princess and the pea", I can withstand a fair bit of discomfort but this was unacceptable for a 4 star. I also rarely complain about a hotel as I do a lot of research before I go but this hotel absolutely did not live up to it's on-line image. It would seem that other than one lovely British couple who offered us their outside table one lunchtime as they were leaving, every other hotel guest had the manners of swine. I've really never encountered such bad manners before. During high season, the hotel is understaffed at mealtimes and with the exceptio of the a few, the staff look utterly miserable in the main dining room. The food really isn't great. There was always something you could find to eat, but it wasn't great quality and seemed a little repetitive. The barmen in the poolbar seem to only respond to men at the bar and the only time I got good service was when there was a woman serving. The sunbeds are in ridiculously short supply. The hotel is utterly remote and absolutely requires a car. Possibly I found Lisateave

Inga kokmöjligheter trots pentry. Ingen tvättmaskin trots reklam hemsida Ensidigt och svagt kryddad mat. Mycket Störande kvällsunderhållning Vackert läge med bra bad både i pool och hav. Bra städ och övrig personal Bra barn underhållning samt aktiviteter för alla.

The hotel itself has got a lovely reception area with nice and friendly staff, however this is where the positive stops. The room is adequate, however the beds were two single beds pushed togheter and on wheels, very uncomfortable. Also quite dirty. The food was positively awful, no taste and no variety from day to day. The salad bar was the same every […] single day, so was the rice dish, the meat dishes, the fruit and desserts. If you are looking to stay in a nice 4 star hotel, where you expect good food, comfortable rooms and nice and friendly service, this is NOT the place to stay. Please also be aware that you need to pay 2 Euro's per day for your safe deposit box. The hotel is very remote and you will need to hire a car to get around in the area. Lisateave

Bra hotell men jag tror inte att jag skulle välja att bo på hotellet igen trots att till 80% allt var helt OK. Det enda som inte häll måttet är rummen. Vi valde att bo på två rum (5 personer: 1 vuxen med 2 barn i det ena rummet och 1 vuxen med ett barn i det andra). Vi valde båda rum med havsutsikt. Problemet var att i ett rum kändes ett påtagligt lukt […] av mögel som trots att ventilationen reparerades (fungerade inte när vi kom) försvann så klart inte. Mögel - som alla vet - kan vara skadligt och det borde de veta. Vi fick höra i receptionen när vi uppmärksammade problemet att "tyvärr det går inte att åtgärda". Rummen är enkla och har flera detaljer som på ett 4 stjärn hotell borde inte förekomma. Det sänker standard. I övrigt tyckte vi om hotellet. Lisateave

Hotel neuf tout confort au bord de la mer petite plage au pied de l'hotel (Cala Vinas ) . Idéal pour famille avec jeunes enfants . Toutes prestations : Piscines, jeux .... Calme . Accès difficile à trouver. Je recommande vivement .

The facilities were ok but the service and the food was really bad. The food was absolutely tasteless and the service staff seemed stressed, don't know why, and unhelpful. We will never go back and recommend everyone that go to Mallorca to choose another hotel.

Greit opphold og greit hotell. Litt små basseng og områdene rundt bassengene. Spisesalen veldig bråkete pga akustikk, gjorde det nesten umulig å føre en normal samtale. Tips - spis utendørs! Unødvendig å innrede rommene med kjøkken på et all inclusive hotell. Evt ha noen rom uten kjøkken for all inclusuve gjestene. Middelmådig kvalitet på underholdningen […] på kveldene. Igjen et veldig bråkete lokale pga byggningsmaterialene - betong. Det bør være tilgang på internett på rommene, ikke bare i resepsjonen! Lisateave

Hotellet ligger flot helt ud til stranden og synes - på trods af hoteller på den anden side af stranden - at være fjern fra den mere massive turisme. Servicen på hotellet var i top og personalet altid supervenligt. Vi havde halvpension og maden var varieret og lækker - med en mallorkinsk aften. Poolområderne var gode. Vi vil selv gerne tilbage.

El hotel tiene un importante número de habitaciones sin vistas y accesibles desde la calle. El acceso al mismo en coche es complicado, debería darse información de acceso.

Det var tur att vi hade halv pension, det var långt till andra restauranger. Det finns inga bankomater el uttagsautomer så att man ta ut pengar. Det finns i Magaluf. Det fanns inget porslin , bestick el glas i pentryt.Vi frågade efter det men fick till svar att det var ett hotell inte ett lägenhetshotell..Extrabäddarna för barnen var bra.Sten hårda […] sängar. Läget ,stranden o poolen kompenserade en del.Mycket bra mat till både frukost och middag. Helheten var bra. Lisateave

Grande hotel in posizione tranquilla, necessità di un'auto a noleggio per raggiungere altre attività. La spiaggia in estate potrebbe essere un po' piccola e affollata. Durante il nostro soggiorno vi era molta clientela russa.

Dejligt hotel beliggende lidt uden for selve bylivet i Magaluf. Ideelt for par, som vil nyde et roligt ophold med fantastisk super god mad. Taxa ned til byen koster kun ca. 5 euro/ bussen som holder lige uden for hotellet, koster 3 euro pr. person. Der er thekøkken på værelserne, med desværre intet service af nogen som helst art, så det skal selv m […] edbringes... Lisateave

Et rigtigt dejligt hotel, som har næsten alt hvad man skal bruge. Kan dog anbefale at man vælger all incl. da det ellers er ret dyrt på hotellet Der er ro på hotellet efter kl. 24, så hvis man gerne vil gå turer, eller have lidt mere gang i den, er det ikke dette hotel man skal vælge. Dejligt tæt på strand, som er dejlig børnevenlig.

Vi var 3 unge gutter afsted i starten af maj. Hotellet ligger rigtig flot, med udsigt ud over bugten. Servicen var i top, både hvad angår roomservice, baren og ved buffeten. Hver dag var buffet fyldt op med god mad. Der var altid noget for enhver smag bl.a. salatbar, forskellig slags kød, ris, kartofler og forskellige desserter. Personalet på stedet […] var altid smilende og imødekommende. Der var aktiviteter på stedet for dem der ville deltage og underholdning hver aften. Der var altid rent på hotellet. Både på værelset og andre steder. Vi var yderst tilfredse med vores ophold og det er bestemt ikke sidste gang, at vi har været på Barcelo Cala Vinas Lisateave
