the hotel had a musty odder to it. Had to open a window and run the ac to get rid of it. It was clean, but nothing like the pictures on line. Would not stay there again or recommend it for that price.

I really enjoyed the stay...When i walked into the room I was in shock because it was so nice. the bed was comfortable and was close to place to eat and have a good time..

Other than the bathroom door not opening all the way, the room was great. Other guests to the hotel came in during the middle of the night and sounded like they were tearing up the room above us, but that was in no way the managements fault. Overall excellent stay.

OK, hotel is getting pretty run down. Carpet stained, towel & sheets very worn.

Very disappointed in what I paid for and what I actually got in a room. I rented the room for 2 nights so I could stay 1 day to sleep because I work nights and was unable to go home. Light in bathroom flickered constantly to the point of making me dizzy. Toilet would not shut off and leaked around base on floor. Room.had bad smell! Was told carpet was just cleaned? Stayed for two nights, first night my daughter slept in until about 10. Came back to the room later that night and room WAS NOT CLEAN, front desk said it was because we had a do not disturb sign on door when maid came around 915!!!! Overall a decent, clean hotel. Unfortunately our air conditioner was not working properly. It was very noisy and didn't cool the room much. WE STAYED IN DECATUR FOR 3 DAYS AND THE HOTEL WAS DISCUSTING. THE POOL WATER WAS GREEN AND SLIMY LOOKING (WE DID NOT STICK A TOE IN). THE ROOM AIR CONDITIONING UNIT WAS SMELLY AND WHEN WE TOLD THE FRONT DESK THAT THE FILTERS NEEDED CHANGING BECAUSE OF THE SMELL....THEY ASSURED US IT WOULD BE AND WHEN WE LOOKED AT FILTERS THERE WAS ONLY ONE AND IT WAS […] FILTHY. BREAKFAST WAS FROM 6AM TO 9AM, WHEN WE ARRIVED AT 8AM THERE WAS NOTHING BUT EGGS ON THE HEAT. WHEN WE ASKED FOR THE REST OF THE BREAKFAST, WE GOT ONLY HALF OF WHAT WAS LISTED AS AVAILABLE. Obviously this motel is used by companies working on projects around the county. There were at least wo companies that practically resided there. I heard one man ask for his mail so I know he'd been there a while. They had a nice breakfast but if you weren't there @ 6:00 am when it was put out you didn't get any for the company men swooped through there […] and cleaned it out in a matter of minutes...there were like ahord of locusts! After reading many bad reviews about this hotel we were worried about staying here, however, the stay was adequate. If you are a picky person, you should not stay here. Yes, there were scratches on the walls and a chair had stains on the cushion. For the price, the hotel was not a disappointment to us. When we checked in the woman was wonderful, friendly, and helpful. We love going there to take our 2 year old swimming she has a blast and so do we. We love the hot tub and all we have to do is ask for something and it is given to us. The internet service is great as well. Until next morning it was amazing. The next morning a rude man would not let […] my husband bring food up to the room; we were bringing it up because my daughter was still sleeping, but did not want to miss the breakfast. Toilet had hot water line connected instead of cold, which left mildew in toilet. Smoke alarm battery was chirping, front desk told us to just take it down. Remote for tv did not work. Did not have enough towels, had to go to front desk.

Dirty! Hallways reeked of cigarette smoke. Stained wash clothes n towels. Stained bedding. Iron attached to ironing board. Stained furniture. Might as well have stayed in a motel 6. And no willingness to satisfy the customer.

It is one of the most comfortable rooms I've ever stayed in. Located near stores and businesses. The accomodations were very nice, breakfast, a pool, washers and dryers. The room had a very nice bath, a refrigrator, coffee maker, TV and very nice clean comfortable beds. Overall we had a good stay, clean room, and decent breakfast. However when we went to use the pool it was crowded and very dirty. People had their naked babies in there allowing them to urinate in the pool. When I went to check out the next morning there was no one at the desk.

The hotel was very clean and nice. The front desk girl was very nice and check in was a breeze! The hotel is still fairly new. They have a nice size pool with a hot tub as well as a decent size exercise room. Our roo. Was quite large with a king bed, a bench, a desk and two seats. It also included a mini fridge and microwave. We had a 32" lcd screen […] as well. We did have a problem with the A/C unit in our room. It was just blowing warm air. We went to the front desk and inquired about the A/C and she apologized sating that they have been having problems with quite a few other units and switched us to another roon of the same size. The breakfast was good! They offered waffles, sausage or bacon, biscuits, gravy, oatmeal, multiple juices and muffins. If i travel through that area again I will try to make sure that i get to stay at that hotel again. Lisateave

The room was musty smelling and we were moved from one from to another due to the other room smelling of mold. Breakfast was OK, the hotal pool area was dirty and unkept.

We stayed here at the Days Inn in Decatur Texas while going cross country. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room clean and the beds comfortable. We would stay here again.

Our stay was great...only thing is that we arrived at 11:30 am and we needed to all get dress to go to Denton , for the graduation of my grandson...and we were told to come back at 1:00pm by the time be were checked in it took another 20 minetues..by the time we unloaded another 10 mintues,...buy the time we ironed our clothes another 15 min....we were […] in a hurry getting dressed and having to drive another 30 minutes..parking and walking to the Coliseum...we were tired!! But we made it in time.Wish they had let us check at the time we arrived...it didn't look like it had that many people. Next day every thing was great...the young lady (I think the owners daughter ) was great... she was so nice all the time...the maids were great..she let us us there Barbaque pit...and we had a small party on the side patio they had ..off course we cleaned and put everything back the way it was...the manager were so nice , everyone was great....pool was great ...I would recommand this Hotel...I would stay there again!!
