Nice hotel - well kept. But, I wish the entrance was from inside instead of outside.

I read quit a few reviews about Best Western in Shelbyville TN before I stayed. There were only a couple of bad reviews. We very much enjoyed or stay. The room was very clean and updated so nicely. The only complaint we had was that there was maintenance being done to the pool and rec room, we picked this one bc it had an indoor pool but the service […] we received made up for that. The breakfast was pretty good too! The clerk was very kind to tell us about the town and where good places to eat and even how to get to wal-mart. Lisateave

I've stayed at this hotel before and I think they keep getting better. They have wonderful southern hospitality. Their rooms are nicely updated and the beds are so very comfortable. They offer a complimentary hot breakfast and my grandsons played in the indoor heated pool. Nice hotel with good breakfast and amenities. Room clean, has fridge, microwave and the beds were comfy. Stopped here after visiting Lynchburg, but town was not great.

my stay was good, my only problem was that i could not find a direct number. I asked the hotel.com person about a pet friendly room, and that was for a dog and two lizards. I was not really sure if she contacted the hotel or not. I was happy to know when i was checking in and mentioned the lizards that the hotel had been called, but had she not actually […] called, i would have had no place to go with them. customers should be able to contact the hotel directly with special needs, disabilties ect. on a good note it was nice for my dog to be in the same room as last year making him more comfortable. Commendably clean, comfortable... a totally pleasant stay. We have saved this motel in our favorites list. We highly recommend this inn to any traveler looking for a refreshing rest.

the room was clean and comfortable after the initial 'sour smell' probably from the carpet cleaning fragrance. I wish this wasn't so far off the path because for the price, its a great value. The bed was wonderful and it met all of my needs. this town is not a a good place for the health conscious. If you eat before you come and then maybe find a breakfast […] place you should be ok. The best restaurant in town does not serve real butter, just trans fat laden margarine! the breakfast offered here is BAD in a word! Lisateave

The hotel staff at the front desk were very pleasant and answered all questions and requests for us. The bed and the pillows were a little slice of heaven! We were definitely well rested because of this and this is usually not the case when we stay away from home. The only downside was the housekeeping. They only came once during our four night stay […] and we had to empty our garbage ourselves and request towels from the front desk. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant and we would definitely consider staying there again. Lisateave
