Best Western Plus Denham Inn & Suites - Leduc

Our rom was immaculate and very comfortable....however the breakfast is very mediocre. We even ordered off the menu the second day and it wasn't any better. I love the king sized room.

All the staff from the front desk, the cleaning girls , the dining room staff were great nothing ever was a problem. The food was very good.The other thing we really liked was it is no pets so the rooms did not stink like dog like many hotels do. All in all we had a great stay and would be back.

The hotel is excellent....very clean and the breakfast(included in the price) was very good. There are a few other restaurants on the same block ... we ordered pizza and 8 of us were able to enjoy it in our king sized suite....has a couch and sitting area. Very nice stay.

I've stayed in this hotel a few times now and the level of service, cleanliness and hospitality exceeds each previous stay. The breakfast each morning allows you to meet some of the nicest people that work there. This is the only place I stay when in Edmonton.

We ordered room service - steak, chicken wings, club sandwich and kids meal - it was excellent and fast!! Rooms were very clean. Loved the Bath and Bodyworks shampoo and conditioner :)

We spent a night at this hotel en route to an early morning flight out of Edmonton International Airport...there is a complimentary breakfast, which we left too early to partake in,, but there was coffee and muffins at 4:30AM when we checked out. Staff at the front desk seemed new, like they weren't sure what they were doing was correct/they were slow to do regular things. Elevator down to the gym is very slow and there was no other way to exit the basement than the elevator. Concerns me for emergency situations, I was worried that I would be stranded. It,s an excellent hotel but...you are not so close to the airport; If you have to take a plane early be careful with the shuttle: the staff tell you 'only 5 minutes to to to the airport'' it's not true. You could have snow, traffic on the highway and airlines employees who go FIRST so you need safety margin.

I was there on Fr night and enjoyed a fantastic smorgasborg. staff was very helpfuland transportation to the airport was on time as ordered. Rms were great and internet was right there. I will make this my preferred Edmonton airport hotel

Very convenient in proximity to airport and with a good shuttle service every 30 minutes. While rooms are clean and reasonably comfortable, mine was not well appointed with business work space. Both easy chairs were back on to the TV which meant that lying on the bed was necessary to watch a program. My main complaint (not unique to this hotel) is the […] room lighting which is not conducive to reading. The new light bulbs simply do not give sufficient light. I stayed here with my 3 year old daughter before we left for a flight. The staff was very pleasant, and the restaurant was nice and convenient. I will definately stay again for my next flight.

i stayed here upon arriving at the edmonton airport and the night before going back to the airport. The shuttle service was well organised, leaving every half hour from the hotel back to the airport. (prior notice necessary for shuttle to airport but not needed from airport to hotel).The hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. […] Good continental (hot) breakfast. Everything was excellent, the restaurant very good food, the only suggestion I have is to place a soft pillow in each bed, hopfully that will be in place by the time I go back to the hotel in my next trip. Thanks

The hotel was by all means nice but for the price wasn't worth it the gas station next door was the best part but the area wasn't good I saw a older man drinking next to the hotel with a young kid maybe 15 years old the hotel room was nice had a nice big bed and was very easy to relax but the tv would cut in and out on all channels and the staff made […] me feel as if I was being watched by a hawk every time I would walk out the doors to have a cigarette I wouldn't recommend this hotel to many people 2.5 stars Lisateave

The facilities were more than adequate. The check in was not good - not welcoming or helpful. We were not given directions where to go or given an overview of the hotel's facilities. We ended up taking an elevator to the second floor. Came down and finally were told where to go for the 4th floor tower. The restaurant staff, on the other hand, were cheerful […] and helpful. Nice room, small but nice. When I asked about staying an additional two night the staff were not very helpful. On check in the woman seemed almost offended that I had booked thru Expedia. Breakfast was good.

It was alright but I didn't like where my room was. We where right near a alley and there was people constantly waking by that had a few drinks in them which can get annoying when you arw tryin to relax. Also I do not recommend the main floor rooms (I had) simply because the ballroom was so close and had loud music playing all night. After viewing all the other reviews, I selected this hotel. What a pleasant surprise. Restaurant for dinner is pricey but worth it. The breakfast (by voucher) is way above what you would normally see on a breakfast buffet.Will definitely stay at Best Western Plus again. White Spot Restaurant across the street is upscale and food is wonderful.
