"clearly marked on highway"
arrived late but staff (kayla) very helpful warm and welcoming, parking easy outside room, nice breakfast. Close to local amenities on main highway in a somewhat out of the way area of tennessee. Jaccussi in room was a bonus.Kontrollitud Hotels.com kliendiarvustus

"Worst Experience"
The Best Western Inn would have been a fine motel to stay in but so many things went wrong with this stay that I can not give it a good review. I stayed for 5 nights and never had my room cleaned or brought fresh towels. 2 of the days we had the "do not disturb" sign on but thought they would come later that day to bring us towels, and they didn't. […] So my boyfriend decided to complain; the next morning, I was walking out to my car and was stopped by one of the cleaning ladies and was asked in an extremely rude tone "do you have a problem or complaint about your service?" ... I was shocked. We ended up discussing the situation and ended on good terms, but when we got back to the room that night, our room was still never cleaned or brought fresh towels. So for 5 nights, my boyfriend would go to the front desk and pick up our towels, and on top of all of this, the garbage situation was getting out of hand and there were multiple flies in the room for days. My boyfriend also ended up taking out the garbage himself. And to top things off, I paid about 90% of the cost of the 5 nights in cash and was only (supposed to be) debited about $75 to my account. When I got home, I checked my bank statement and I was being charged almost $500 to my account (which is more than the actual cost of the 5 nights, I don't know where they got this amount from). It has been 2 days and things have still not been resolved. I would like to say that about 3 of the front desk workers were super friendly and one of them even came and picked up our dirty towels one night because she felt bad for us. Right now, I am sick to my stomach because my account has gone into the negatives and I am graduating from college in 2 days and moving in 3 days.
