Best Western Jefferson Inn - Beaumont

My room smelled something terrible of cigarettes and was dirty when I arrived, and I paid for a NON-SMOKING room. I'm handicapped and booked a ground floor room that is handicapped accessible. When I arrived I was given a second floor room that WAS NOT handicapped accessible. Terrible Service & Horrible Housekeeping.....

although it is located beside the highway. it is quiet, and it is not expensive , maybe I would choose it next time, I only live one night, and I got up late the second morning, so I missed the breakfast which I heard is good. so I plan to eat it in next time

I had to be in Beaumont from Monday PM thru Thursday, and needed a motel convenient to my business activity. I spent 3 nights at Jefferson Best Western. The clientele was largely working folks, and it was just across the service road from I-10. Room card key failed 4 separate times & had to be reset. We returned to room one night to find someone (cleaning crew?) had left our tv on and it was playing porn. We requested a nonsmoking room, but were initially placed in a room that reeked of smoke. We asked for, and were immediately given, another, much less smelly room. When I went to get some ice at night, I was propositioned by some men lounging outside their rooms with their legs sprawled across the walkway. I sent my husband out for ice thereafter. When we went to the front desk to complain, we were asked to produce a printout of our Xpedia itinerary (which confirmed our length of stay). I said I would, but it was locked in the room along with all our belongings! Musty smell in the room which we couldn't get rid of. Air con very loud. Good breakfast and nice fitness room. Easy to find off the motorway.

This is an older hotel, but upgraded to newer amenities. Even though it is right on the main interstate, we had a room in the rear of the building and hardly noticed any noise from the traffic. Well first we had to move to a nother room because the light was out over the sink and in the other room we had to move because the toilet was stoped up, other than that the rooms we got were ok and the cont breakfast was very good.

Very close to 10 fwy. Easy access to main thoroughfares.

We thought it would be difficult to sleep, as the hotel was right on the I-10 Highway access road. But, it was notas noisy as we expected. We could hear some road noise, but it was not bad. Close to good restaurants, gas stations, easy off and easy on to the highway. Would stay here again.

staff were very nice and accommodating to us. We stayed a second night and needed a room downstairs, they were very helpful and accommodating getting us a room we needed.

This is an older hotel, but with new furnishings. Clean, comfortable room. The breakfast was great. Worth the money.

Reservation was not ready , desk clerk couldn't find it , I personally had to call hotels .com to verify my reservation , I waited 45 minutes at 3 am while people walked in off the street and got rooms before me,the whole point of using hotels.com was to eliminate the wait, I was very unsatisfied with the treatment I received , the clerk apologized […] for my inconvenience and once I got into my room it was fine .
