Checked in on the 11/02/2013 and checked out on the 13/02/2013,stayed in room 436. The staff were helpful and friendly in every way,the hotel looks five star to me by all standard. I recommend it to anyone travelling to Milan.

Was a good stay but with room for improvement. Wasn't informed about a charge for using the pool which was one of the key reasons for booking that hotel. Most requests came with a charge; needed to iron cloths in a hurry but room wasn't supplied with an iron and hotel could only offer a chargeable service even for something so simple! Pampered and special - attention to detail and great customer service, this hotel is gorgeous and one we will definitely return to at another time when the shops are open and Italy is not on vacation in August!

Overall we found the hotel to be an OK stay. Value for money is OK and the hotel is in good general conditions. The staff is very helpful and fluent in multiple languages. Location is far from downtown (making it a bit more reasonably priced), but it's a quick subway ride to the main square. Good if you want to steer away from the crowds. We upgraded […] to a Jr. Suite which was adequate in terms of size, and they offered a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine. Where the hotel missed a bit is in the small details, which could make a HUGE difference in the overall experience. For example: - The hotel is on a busy avenue and, although I had read reviews saying rooms were sound-proof, you CAN hear a lot of the traffic passing by. - The room next to ours was a smoking room, I guess, and the smoke flows through the vents & stunk up our room while they were smoking. - WiFi is free in the lobby, but you need a password that gives you 30 minutes' access. After that, you need anogher password. - The bathroom was nicely appointed, but the whower door had huge (intentional) gaps that left the floor soaked after a shower. - Maybe because we were in a corner of the halway, but voices from the entire halwaay comes through the door, as if they were in your bedroom! In summary, it's a good option for those seeking a reasonable price/value option away from the crowds. Otherwise, I'd recommend something similar closer to downtown. Lisateave

I stayed at Gran Visconti during a business trip to Milan. I am very familiar with the city and have stayed at numerous hotels. The Gran Visconti is a good property for business travelers. Room was clean and comfortable, bathroom was nicely appointed with beautiful robes and good amenities. This is the second time staying at the hotel and it didn't disappoint. Rooms are spacious, clean, and hotel is pratically brand new. For a hotel of this category, I do have to say that the traveler used to the W Hotel's 'Dream' Beds or the Marriott's 'Supreme' matresses will be let down, as beding and pillows are a bit stiff which is sub-standard for […] a 4 star hotel that considers itself 'Deluxe'. One doesn't choose this hotel for the location as it's not 'centrally' located but there is a metro station and bus stop at the corner and a taxi was never more than a 5 minute wait. The only minor issue I had was was with their 'Swiss Com' internet service which is needlessley complicated to use and wasn't accessible at all in the lobby of the hotel. Front Desk wasn't really concerned about this when I brought it to their attention. Hotel has a fitness center and a pool/spa both of which are clean and well maintained. Excellent for the business traveler and the tourist that doesn't want to be with the crowds by the Duomo or stay in a 'boring' neighborhood like near rail station. Lisateave

Went for a short brake and it was ideal. Consiege greeted us and escorted us to our room where we even received a small gift. My wife and I don't mind walking so the 10 - 15 min walk into to the Centre was no problem. My only grumble.... Why or why was it necessary to have the cheapest possible plastic mugs with the tea and coffee set. We asked for […] some proper cups and these were delivered so not a huge issue but I just felt that in a hotel of this quality it was a small detail that it let it down. Overall happy to recommend! What a stunning (inside) of a hotel. Not such a looker from the outside. The rooms were fabulous, the pool was incredible, and the breakfast was okay. The hotel was very nice and I would consider a four star. The indoor swimming pool, spa, and sauna's were fantastic. Our room was well appointed and had lovely toiletries in the bathroom. The hotel is on a fairly busy road and our room was overlooking it but we could not hear any noise. There was a mosquito in our room when we arrived and the concierge […] was happy to come and spray the room while we were out. The buffet breakfast was typical European and plenty of fresh food and juices was available while we were there. It does cost about 10 - 12 euro to get a taxi anywhere, it is a bit isolated which is a shame as we like to walk, but you wouldn't walk anywhere after dark in Milan so that wasn't a big problem. J'adore cet hotel, je cherche toujours à y aller quand je dois passer du temps à Milan pour le travail l’expérience est toujours parfaite : le service, les services pour le business (on peut envoyer des impression de sa propre chambre par exemple) le petit déjeuner, la piscine, le hammam, les chambres belles, spacieuses et confortables.

酒店很不错，酒店挺气派的，房间很干净蛮豪华的，各种设备都很齐全，服务也蛮周到的，每次收拾完服务员都会放小cookie还蛮温馨的很周到~酒店有早餐，而且早餐非常丰富，很好~总体来说非常满意！

Helt fantastisk! Vi bestilte vanlig rom, men det var ved ankomst oppgradert til luksusrom. Ligger utenfor den mest støyende bysonen, allikevel grei avstand til alt. Fantastisk service, hyggelig betjening, praktfullt rom, stor og stilig lobby, god frokost som kan nytes i en velholdt hage - rett og slett et perfekt hotell!
