55$ weekday was good price - location great. simpel room with boring breakfast. but at least included. pool nice. cleaning staff nice and helpful. lady on front desk not at all. real pain the lady. to top it of she informed us on last day that a we had checked out we were not allowed to use pool any more ( we asked to jump on one last time before we […] wanted to leave before lunch. we are travelling since 3 months- always in hotels and never ever got this answer before!) Hotel was pretty clean but the tv was outdated, there was no iron to use on our clothes as well as no fridge or microwave. The outlets would not hold any of our plugs unless we positioned them right. The hotel was good for the price we paid ($43 a night) but we stayed at a super 8 on st. augustine beach earlier that week that was much better.

Short walk to beach. Hot tub broke down while we were there and they got it fix the night before we left.

cleanliness of room was excellant,the staff was cordial and helpful. Breakfast was fair, bland selection. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were hard and lumpy. An extended check out because of a late flight was not possible. The location was a plus.

Maintenance woman got really upset when I told her that we need the room clean!!!! BUT in general it is a great hotel for that price I will stay there again.

We only stayed overnight. The room was clean, except for the bar of soap that was left in the shower with hair on it. It was a great rate being across the street from the beach.We would stay there again.

Overall our stay was really great. The rooms were quiet, clean(and I'm a clean freak), and the beds were very comfortable. The Manager is personable with a good since of humor. We had no problems with things we needed in the room (e.g. towels, soap, tp etc.) and we got an AMAZING price for booking 3 days or more. The continental breakfast could have […] been a little better but I can't complain really, it consisted of coffee, hot tea, juice, milk, selection of two cereals, toast, muffins, or oatmeal, no hot items, yogurts or fruit but it's free..The hotel has a pool that is 6ft deep (so no diving) and a hot tub but my 11 year old had a blast swimming. Location is good although I was doubtful when I read other reviews that said it was across the street from the beach because I don't like lugging beach stuff back and forth but it wasn't bad at all. To give you a better idea of the distance - Hotel is across the street from beach access. I say access because there is a resort hotel directly across the street so you have to walk over to a crosswalk about 60 yards from the Super 8 driveway and cross the street, and walk another 60 yards across a public access parking lot to the sand. It sounds like a pain but really it was no big deal and the public access has a little water park (just some spouts out of the ground, and a mushroom sprinkler) it is free to enter and it has washrooms and shower to wash sand off your feet. The Hotel was just like the photos on the website. The location was right across from the beach with good acess, rooms were very roomy and spacious. Everything was clean and in good condition in the room and the beds were comfortable. Great deal for the price,,,, perfect for the trip that me and the boys had planned. Will stay there again.

the hotel was very clean, maid service came more than we expected it was nice to come back to a clean room with everyday fresh towels too. The only thing is if you dont have a pet make sure you sleep away from them, we were next door to a dog that barked the whole time in the morning when the owners left it in there

Considering it's the best price on the beach... It was great! Clean rooms and bathrooms. Hot water, air conditioning, refrigerator, pool, jacuzzi all we needed. Great location. Friendly staff.

Overall the stay was fine. I appreciate that my room was ready in time for an early check-in since the weather was really bad and I wanted to get indoors. Everything appeared clean, but I had to wear socks on the tile to keep my feet from getting dirty. Mostly the stay was average; good for a one night trip.

Staff was very helpful - we had a reservation glitch and the microwave was not working but they fixed both issues. Breakfast was what I expected - sweet cereals, toast, jmufins, juice, milk and coffee. The pool was open but cold (March) and the hot tub was great. Beach across the street was wonderful. I would stay again.

Close to beach (just cross the street), CVS (just 1 block away). Complimentary breakfast composed of white bread toast, cereals, some cakes, coffee and orange juice. Manager works alone. small pool and outdoor hot tub. I think it's good.

We had a wounderful experience at this super 8. The staff were very nice, rooms were clean and smelled fresh.The only thing we didn't like was the breakfast room it was way too small. We are already planing to stay there again.Thank you

The room was clean and large. Sue at the front desk was very pleasant and very helpful. The continental breakfast was small but ok. We would definately stay there again.

The bed was hard as a rock. Something bit my girlfriend, though I doubt it was the brown recluse spider I saw climbing the wall. The bathroom was large and clean, the TV small, but adequate. I was annoyed to learn that breakfast- on Sunday morning no less- ended just after 9 when I entered the lobby. I just wanted some juice, but none was to be had. […] Nor anything else. And they seemed very eager to be rid of us, housekeeping opening our door and then calling us. Won't stay here again. Lisateave

The hotel is in a good location- near the beach and Anastasia State Park. We had no issues during our stay. It is not the Ritz, but the service was fine and it was clean and well-maintained. There are decent restaurants and shops nearby. We enjoyed our time there.

Nice location. Big rooms, but the pool and hot tub weren't working. The breakfast was pretty skimpy, but you can't expect too much for a free breakfast. Everything was clean.

Great value for the price. Owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. A good spot for reasonable priced and great food is Antonio's New York Style Pizza near the pier. Sunset Grill is also wonderful. Close to public beach and ocean. Stayed one night before heading further south. The area is quiet, in walking distance from Panama Grill(great seafood, 60+ year old karaoke on Thursdays) 7/11, gas station, beach etc. The front desk had plenty of info to provide in regards to the historic tours along with restaurant suggestions. The room unfortunately smelled like the inside of an uncleaned […] refrigerator, awful awful. We turned on the AC to attempt to eliminate the scent and that didnt work. One night stay we put up with it. The beds were ok, pillows felt like 4 pair of jeans bundled up in a pillow case. We checked out at 11:08am and were given a childlike reprimand for being 8 minutes late to checkout. Served its purpose for a one night stay. Don't expect more than that. Lisateave

Are you serious?! Any manager could care less.. and the 'continental' breakfast was more like a 'barren wasteland' breakfast. But it was a cheap place on the beach, can't complain too much...

The sheets on the bed were not clean. We stayed 3 nights and they didn't clean our room one of those days. We tried to talk to the maid and she spoke no English. We will not stay there again.

Excluding the fact the electric outlet by the vanity sink was inoperable and the hair dryer nor the light was able to be used, my stay was comfortable.

Motel listing states spa / pool available. It's a lie. We stayed about 2 years ago and the spa was unavailable because "it is not the season for the spa". Now 2 years later the spa is unavailable because "the pump is broken and can't find a new one". Do Not Stay at this Motel if you expect to have use of the spa. They do not have one. Try Howard Johnson […] Historic or Quality Inn on US 1- they have good outdoor spas/pools. Lisateave

We were VERY satisfied, but I'll share the caveats: Continental Breakfast was very simple - do not look for any nutrition or decaf coffee here. We took our dogs and were thrilled to see lovely tile flooring instead of carpet. The rooms looked brand new, freshly painted and very clean - just like the photos online. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful too. Great location with beach and pier across the street.

The rooms were clean. The cleaning ladies were very nice. The owner was a bit curt. I guess from not having time off? It was a great location and a great price.
