Palm Court at Orient Beach - Cul de Sac

Would definitely stay again. Everything was simple, easy, and just right. So close to the beach and the breakfasts were the highlight.

Large room, always clean, with reliable a/c, fridge and microwave. Lovely continental breakfast served poolside. But we had very or no low water pressure during busy times and on 2 days had no water at all for several hours. We were told by hotel staff that this happens all the time and there is nothing they can do about it. The hotel is a short walk […] to the beach which is gorgeous. There are many beach side restaurants at which to eat lunch and a village center with 5 restaurants for dinner. Food is pretty expensive, but that is true all over the island. The hotel is in a residential neighborhood and so there are barking dogs and loud motorcycles. Occasionally also really loud music from the Village Center and the neighborhood. Running the air conditioner in our room helped but we still wore earplugs at night and were a bit annoyed during the day. This location really requires that you have a car, so you can go to other beaches, restaurants and the boat docks for trips to other islands. Most roads on the island have no names (really!) so allow extra time on your journeys to include getting lost. Recommendation: the Palm Court is not a resort destination, but the great beach here and elsewhere on the island make it a worthwhile place to visit. Lisateave

First impression of the room was spacious and gorgeous with beautiful rich colors and design. Upon closer inspection the furniture are wood veneers and the bed extremely hard. Still really enjoyed the layout and design. Each room has it's own private patio or balcony, great noise reduction between rooms, some street traffic. The grounds are well maintained, […] including a pool and shared patio which offered a complementary breakfast. Afternoon cocktails and crepes are also available. The patio staff is wonderful. Front desk times are limited, from 8-1pm and 3-7pm - this information was missed on the Hotel.com site, luckily we arrived just before 7pm. Also directions are lacking. Easy walk to local plaza with many restaurants. Beach chairs and umbrella free of charge at far end of Orient Beach was a nice surprise. Also nice library to borrow from. Top notch. About a 5 minute walk to beach. Shops, restaurants, and convenience store line the street to the beach. Very safe. Gated hotel parking lot. Our room was so attractive and well maintained. Continental breakfast (with boiled eggs) was included. Free internet and computer in the lobby. Incense was burning when we entered the room. There was […] an electric metal window shade for privacy and safety. Small fridge and a microwave, but cooking on the stove was prohibited. My wife very much approved of this. In room safe included. The toilet sat in its own strange room, but the shower and sink room was as attractive as many first line hotels. Romantic and memorable stay. Probably not families with children. Good sleeping bed. We stayed two nights at the end of June before heading to Anguilla. We had been to several beaches on both the French and Dutch sides in the past and knew we wanted to spend our limited beach time at Orient. Palm Court was a good price just a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. Beach chairs were included at Waikiki beach. We didn't spend […] much time in our room, but it was clean, fairly spacious, and met our needs. Also, Orient beach is less than 10 minute drive to Grand Case which gives a lot of good dinner options not very far away. Lisateave

The hotel staff were very helpful. Breakfast was great. Location is close to the beach but not so close you get beach noise. I highly recommend this property.

Absolutely beautiful location. Orient Beach is amazing, and Palm Court is about a 3 minute walk from the beach. There are a number of beach bars that are great for getting frozen mohito's. Also Palm Court is just up the road from a number of great places to eat, but make sure you make a trip to Grand Case and eat there a few times, you will not be disappointed. My […] only complaint is that the beds are kind of hard, but i did not have a problem falling asleep, but if you are use to a soft bed, you may have a problem with their mattress. All in all Palm Court is an amazing hotel with a perfect location and great price. I will definitely go back if / when i go back to st martin. Lisateave

Good place, close to the beach. Can hear the ocean from the deck. Close to good food establishments. The pizza at the market was a good inexpensive break from French food. Beach was nice, but was windy and real rough surf when we were there (4/23-4/29). You get a coupon for the WaiKiKi beach to use chairs and umbrella, but was never asked to show the […] card. Bring a wash cloth as they do not supply. Only soap and towels. Good kitchenette if you want to buy food. there is a bigger market just north about 4-5 miles where you can stock up. Breakfast was great, very filling. Breads, eggs to boil, juice, and fruit. Bacon or fresh OJ cost extra. I would go back. Lisateave

We had a very nice stay at the Palm Court Hotel. It is close to the beach and the wonderful restaurants of Grand Case. It was clean, comfortable and the grounds and pool area were beautiful and inviting. The free parking is very secure. A code is needed to open the gates. It does serve a buffet breakfast by the pool, but I can't comment on that since […] we did not have it. Our one-night's stay was reasonably priced compared to other hotels on the island. The staff was friendly & very helpful. The beach was a 2 minute walk & there were great resturants within 2 minutes. We loved the small size of the complex. The room had a microwave & ref. which we found very useful to keep drinks cold for the beach. Hotel has area on beach with their chairs & there is food & drink service on the beach.

Leuk hotel, op 100 meter lopen van het strand van Orient Bay. Kamers schoon en comfortabel. Bij de receptie een jonge zeer goed service verlenende dame en een norse oude vrouw die je maar beter niets vraagt. Voor de rest vriendelijke mensen, goed ontbijt. Ik zou er zeker weer heen gaan.

O Hotel é muito bom, quarto espaçoso e com uma mini cozinha. Só achei a internet muito lenta. O café foi bem razoável, nada a reclamar. Só a localização com relação aos lugares a serem visitados é que não considero muito boa.

localização junto a melhor praia de St.Marten com padrao bom de limpeza e preços. Bom custo beneficio.
