"Parking Issues"
The Parking instructions were not clear, and that there was a cost. And as the instruction were lax we had a parking ticket in the parking garage. The hotel said that they would take of it - we hope!
"Had to change rooms"
Checked in, went to the room and found it to be a smoking room with a very bouncy floor. Asked to change rooms and hotel responded right away. Put us in a room set up as a single. Had to request pillow and towels. Again, staff was very responsive to request. Don't expect to find much in the way of meals in the neighborhood on a Sunday evening, but […] we worked around that. "Good transport connections to a straightforward hotel"
The hotel is situated in clean suburb Oerlikon at a street with some decent restaurants and shops and with superb connections to city, airport, railway stations and conference centre. Newly decorated and modern. Large breakfast room, where the single rooms are somewhat small. Clean and simple interior. Small bathroom.
