The location was horrendous, the lighting in the parking lot was nonexistent. I fully expected to wake up in the morning to find my car on blocks. The shower curtain and walls had mold on them. For the price, I was EXTREMELY disappointed. I doubt for half the price it could be considered a "good" buy. I won't be staying here again.

pool closed in July, not good. continental breakfast consisted of apples, toast, cereal, coffee.

Room was clean and in good condition. Carpeting, bedding and fixtures were very good. Not brand new, but hadn't been in too long. If you're planning to spend a lot of time in a motel room, this is probably not the place for you. If you're needing a place to spend the night(s) while in that area, it'll serve your purpose well. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I had requested a downstairs room but they did not have it on file from Expedia but they worked it out for me. Very convenient to the Calasonic arena mule show. Clean with microwave and refrigerator, hair dryer and coffee pot. Also a very nice complimentary breakfast.

The hotel was fine, just needs some updating. It would have been nice if the swimming pool was opened. Family was disappointed. Need to fix the problem with swimming pool. Definitely need to update towels were thin and had holes.

I will sleep in my car next time, although the parking lot was cleaner. The mold was abundant, which would have been great if I were making penillin. The carpet made my children's feet black. The paint was missing in most of the room. The bathroom floor was filthy. The one redeeming quality were the towels, my skin is exfoliated. Solid hotel. I went to Bonnaroo, and didn't want to camp because sleep was a priority. Was able to snag a room just about a week before the festival. The only issue is that Bonnaroo is about an hour away and cab rides are fairly expensive, especially in Shelbyville, TN. But if you plan ahead you can almost certainly rent a car cheap for the weekend […] and come and go as you please. Lisateave

This was the old style rooms where everyone has a door to the outdoors and a heater in the cieling of the bathroom. It was clean and comfortable, but the tub was stained and chipped, the towels were awful! On day three, I stayed in the room til 10;30, and I guess that upset the cleaning crew, cause they never came and cleaned at all that day. The nice […] brochures and even our key envelope referred to the pool. It looked really nice in the pics, but wasn't open. We wanted to take our grandkids swimming. Lisateave

The hotel desk clerk, Mr. Patel was very helpful and friendly. I will stay at this hotel again when I am in the area! It was ideally located to all the places I wanted to go to. Reasonably priced, clean, comfortable place to stay and made my trip to Tennessee very enjoyable!

I didn't think this was a bad deal for what we paid. Stayed there while commuting back and forth to Bonnaroo and it worked out well for us (besides the fact that we would have liked to have been closer to Manchester). Pool area was nice, overall it was a good experience.

Nothing like what the pictures show, the room had bad smell, stains over chairs, poor remodeling job, door in bathroom would not lock, and room service did not come after we left for the day. Let me mention the continental breakfast, no variety, only thing there was cereal and bagels and coffee, so much for five star. Will never go back to Americas […] Best Value Inn. Lisateave

Three adult women stayed in this room. I requested a cot in advance and it was there: it took up the entire room. The cot had a metal bar in the middle and the two ends sunk making it impossible to sleep on. The other two beds were literally as hard as the concrete floor. The toilet wouldn't flush unless we poured an additional ice bucket of water into […] it at the time of flushing. House keeping (both the male and female owners) came and cleaned while we were getting ready to leave for the day (hair, makeup, etc), placing five people in a very cramped room. They attempted to make up for the inconvenience by having us help the carry the towels out of the bathroom to the laundry cart out side. Won't be going back. Lisateave
