Although the room was pretty clean, the lobby and hallways smelled awful.

If you want to be given what you didn't pay for. You will like this place. I booked a non-smoking rm with a pet. received a smoking room. because the clerk said "the management would spank her if she put a pet in a non-smoking room.' we would of left but didn't know if we could get another room at another hotel.Let alone our money back. "Ok for a night"
We had a very small room, But bed was ok. We had breakfast early at 6h00 and appreciate.
"Needs updating"
Needs updating, new carpet, bedspreads, ect. Couldn't ask for nicer folks. Convenient and clean.

I've seen worse, but I have also seen better. For the price, it was excellent.

don't expect a perfect bed but I swear they bought the bed from the Flintstones, most uncomfortable bed ever!

"OK for a night"
This hotel was comfortable and clean, but a little worse for the wear. Peeling or missing wallpaper, poorly done patch jobs, task lighting poor and electrical outlets that didn't work. For what I paid for the night, I don't expect the Waldorf, but I do expect good lighting and working outlets. The hallways were very dark which contributed to the dull […] feeling in this hotel. "I'D RATHER SLEEP IN MY CAR"
THE DESK CLERK WAS RUDE, THE ROOM HAD A DISGUSTING SMELL FROM SMOKE,TV AND WINDOW WERE BROKE, THE BED WAS LIKE SLEEPING ON PLYWOOD!!!! DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT CONSIDERING THIS MOTEL.IT'S THE WORST ONE I'VE EVER BEEN IN!!!
"Terrible"
The beds were uncomfortable and the bedding looked unclean. The room was so gross, I debated sleeping in my car instead of the room. I would never stay there again.

Not really a bad place to stay. The woman at check in could use a lesson in people skills, but outside of that...it wasn't bad.

Upon check in we were told the only one bed room (our preference) had a problem with the electronic key & our door would be opened with a manual key which we would NOT be able to keep in our possession. This was totally UNACCEPTABLE & we questioned the legality of this. A 2 bed room was available at $10 extra which we felt was also unacceptable as we […] had prepaid. The lack of availability was not our fault. The agent eventually canceled the original reservation & rebooked for the room available but only after our insistence. The room was not well cleaned, the linens were so thin they were transparent, the pillows were very FLAT, the breakfast was extremely limited. We have stayed with the chain before with complete satisfaction. Lisateave
"OK place to stay on your way through Morris"
The guy at the desk was friendly, and the place was fine. Got a smoking room, though, and man, how those things smell! Nice thing is that the street south of the hotel empties out into a residential neighborhood that you can jog all the way downtown.

"Great for the price"
Room was not luxurious, but absolutely wonderful for the price. Very convenient location.
