The room was very clean very comfortable I got a good nights rest I would recommend anyone too stay there... They only thing I could say that's a negative is that there smoking rooms are too close too the none smoking rooms so the hall ways smell getting too your room but your room has no odor very clean and smells fresh

Had a business meeting in Nashville during CMA so had to book outside city. The hotel was in a decent location right off the highway and near food and business supplies. The front office staff was helpful but the hotel was worn - like it just needed a good steam cleaning.

We stayed at this hotel for one night as we were driving through. The outside looked great. Once we got inside, however, it went down hill. Had we not prepaid through Hotels.com, we would have left. The desk clerk seemed cordial enough, but the lobby was shabby, and the pervasive smoke smell only got worse. As we went to our room, the smoke was overpowering. […] As we got into the room, the beds were clearly from several decades ago, with obvious dips, depressions, and other uncomfortable thoughts. The couch was something that looked like some rejected it along side the road with a "Free" sign on it. The carpet was dusty, and filthy. The bathroom was not clean, the kitchen area was, to quote my teenage daughter, "super sketchy." We tried to call in the morning to get more towels. No one picked up the phone. When we checked out at 7AM, the steel roller curtain was still down and there were several guests trying to check out with no staff there to help them. If you are reading this review and haven't already paid, DON'T STAY HERE. If you have already paid, you might want to check your budget and see if you can afford somewhere else. Lisateave

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and keep coming back because of the staff and the proximity to everything I want to do. If I want to cook, I can, If I want to go out to eat, I can. Very convenient. And the staff is always professional and courteous.

This room was disgusting...filthy couch covered with cigarette burns in a non smoking room. Thank goodness the window opened because we needed the fresh air in order to breathe. Carpet was dirty also. Couldn't wait to leave in the a.m.

Please Please don't stay here! There is So much wrong with this place. But after driving 14 hours we were just about to fall asleep when Someone OPENED UP OUR DOOR And WALKED IN WHITH THEIR OWN KEY!!! Yes Someone Entered Our Room after swiping the Key Card in Our Door! I usually don't post reviews, but I have to in this case. Booked my hotel sight unseen. Based on other posts, it didn't look that bad. When I arrived, it looked good on the exterior. Very large hotel. The staff member who checked me in was not especially polite. As I was walking down the hall to my 3rd floor room, I noticed the carpet in the hallways […] were dreadfully dirty and stained. The floors creaked under neath my feet. When I arrived to my room, it was not clean. The table tops were stained and the room smelled like smoke. That night as I went to sleep around 11 pm, there was a lot of noise in the hotel and on my floor. People slamming doors all night; running up and down the halls all night; babies crying all night; loud talking and music all night. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. When I went to check out at 7 am, there was no one at the front desk; they were closed. I will never stay here again. Lisateave

One vending machine and it took our money. No ice machines. Tv was old and picture was poor quality. Wifi was poor at our end of hall. Our room was last on hall and exterior door was broken so staff rigged it to open if pulled hard. That bothered us as it was the back of hotel and a safety issue. Disappointed over all.

The first room we were given was a full bed but we had paid for a Queen bed. Ended up having to give us a King bed which was great except the room was extremely MUSTY smelling. The smell was so strong that we had to go to the store and purchase a can of Lysol and spray the room and bed clothes. The first day of our stay, we came back to the room and […] was not aware that there was no room service at all for this room unless requested. The lady at the counter said this was standard procedures and offered to exchange towels/sheets if I would bring up the dirty ones. I suggested that this would be valuable information to know upon check in for those guests who were not familiar with this standard procedure. Lady at counter apologized but did not say that she would inform employees to let future guests know. In addition to these issues - there is no visible sign from the highway for the hotel. We drove past the hotel 2 times before we looked back off the road and saw the sign. The outside has been renovated, but the inside is still stuck in the 1980s. The full size fridge, microwave, dishes and electric range were great. The one mirror in the room was in the bathroom but it would have been nice to have one placed in the living area. There was a hair dryer in the bathroom, however the cord had to be stretched greatly to plug it into the outlet. The price is attractive, however the issues I mentioned will lead me to look elsewhere when in the area. Lisateave

Every time I'm in Murfreesboro I stay at the Crestwood (about ones a month) and never yet had any complains or was not satisfied. The Staff is super and helpful and friendly. I will be back next month again.

It was cheap and it was just one night. If I had to stay any longer, I would've found another hotel. Bathroom and Kitchenette were dirty. Bed was hard as a rock.

nice hotel... building seems a little older but everything is clean and works... Full kitchens in the rooms are nice plus a couch and a cool little set up... the only thing we didn't really like was that it had old tube tv's with no dvd player or even a vcr... so it was cable or nothing.... great location on old fort

We noticed as we walked down the hallway that the carpet was dirty and had stains. The room was not properly cleaned... The bathroom counters were streaked and scummy looking. The bottom sheet on the bed was just laying on top and not tucked in. This was possibly one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in.

We recently stayed at the Crestwood Murfreesboro when in town for a horse show. Found the rooms to be very clean and well equipped. We usually leave very early in the morning and do not return until late but it was nice to have a good sized room that had a full fridge. The little contact we had with the staff was all positive. The only issue we had […] at all was a very noisy upstairs (over our heads) neighbor that seemed to be running laps in their room! It was very late and did not complain to anyone as we didn't want to get out of bed at 2am. All in all we would stay at this hotel again and were satisfied. Lisateave

My non-smoking room smelled of smoke terribly, the entire hallway of non-smoking rooms smelled of smoke! The carpet in my room had stains and the couch was very old, dirty and in poor condition. The bed was very uncomfortable. I was very disappointed.

Hotel was overbooked. Accomodations were not met as booked. Toilet broken, never repaired. Had to use bathroom in lobby area. Not a good experience at all. Will never stay there again. Did not look anything like the website portrayed.

Crestwood Suites are located on a quiet, safe, isolated lot just minutes from the mall restaurants, golf, & downtown Murfreesboro. The suites are a little small and a little dated, but it was a comfortable place to relax and a great overall value at the price which it was offered. I knew I was in trouble as soon as I saw the front doors. Dirty and full of finger prints. The lobby and hall ways had a distinctly results dor as a result of something called a "trash room" located on each floor... Stinky! I had to request to be moved from the first room...so nasty my friends and I named it the "hourly rate room"!!! There was no over […] night personal.. I know because I went out for coffee at 5:00am and my key would work. My only recourse provided was to call an emergency number for assistance... No one ever answered or returned my 15 messages..I went to a local target for cleaning supplies and bedding as I had no choice but to stay at this place. The furniture was outdated,bedding in serious need of replacement, carpets were dusty and you couldn't have paid me to eat anything I that room... If you have other options.... Use them! We did not realize this was an extended stay hotel used by day laborers. The services and amenities were nil -- the hotel didn't even have an ice machine. But the worse part was that the room smelled bad and was dusty and dingy. It's the kind of place where you don't want to walk barefoot on the carpet. Bad beds, smell, can hear the person above walking. Went out for coffee at 5am, key would not let me back in and front desk closed. Called the pager number for emergency, got no one. Last time at this hotel.

We stayed four nights and it was what we needed. Especially liked having the "full" kitchen although there's no oven so we cooked frozen pizza in the microwave which is not the greatest but edible. :) There is a nice loveseat with recliners built-in. Bring your own bags of ice because there's no machine. Overall we would go there again.

Got towels that had stains on them-surfaces in hotel were dusty (headboards -tv stand) and shower curtain was stained also hair on shower wall --room just wasn't very clean Also my husband got locked out-he went to Walmart around 6 am and could not get back into building with key card-I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not enough towels in the room for the number of people staying. Towels had slight odor to them. Window screen in disrepair. Musty smell to room. Bathroom exhaust fan did turn on, but did nothing to remove moisture from bathroom, even after several hours. Parking spots are extremely narrow. Front desk often unmanned even during the day. The hotel room itself wasn't bad but I stayed on the smoking floor and none of the televisions on the floor have a way to hook up a DVD player without going and buying an adaptor for the television. It would have been nice if the hotel would have provided it. Also the wall above the bathtub wasn't very clean. Hotel ad on Hotels.com related that they took pets. NOT SO WHEN YOU ARRIVED. And they make you sign an 8x10 sheet of things that one cannot do - like have a firearm. Most inconvenient to CCW holders like me. The desk clerk was really obnoxious, and not helpful. Then, ah, the room. Described in the ad as "so clean". Maybe, but the furniture looked like […] it was purchased at the local Salvation Army store. The quality of the bed(s) sofa, was mediocre. The room had a peculiar odor. And the toilet would not flush properly, and repeatedly clogged. A call to the desk for maintenance was received with "well, y'all can come to the desk and we'll give ya a plumber's helper". We have stayed at this hotel several times and it isn't so close to the highway and other hotels that there is constant noise. It is close enough to everything, but not too close. Full kitchen helps with cost on our multi-day stays. Hotel staff is always polite and fun to talk to. Will definitely stay here again!
