Very clean, equipped with everything you might need for a Kauai vacation was available--plus a few nice freebies, such as a lunch bag in the fridge packed with water and snacks. We enjoyed our stay at the cliffs. The condo was clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful and informed. The amenities were also nice. The pool was chilly though, which was OK because you are in Hawaii for the beaches not the pool. It was great having a kitchen because eating out in Kauai can be costly. The unit, which is individually owned, was very comfortable for two people. The bedroom was roomy. There was no air conditioning, but a lovely breeze with cross ventilation made it unnecessary. We found the bathrooms are small and dated. The TV is an old clunker with fuzzy reception on some channels.
