Hotel Dom Pedro Palace - Lissabon

Great location, bus stop (No 711) takes you into city centre (5 mins) amazing spa, very small only for 4 people so feels very rock star and exclusive! You have to pay 7 euros each to use it. Room was huge, quite dusty though and had broken shelf. No tea/offee. Staff nice, Key stopped working on 2nd night but were helpful. Best thing was the spa & l […] ocation. Lisateave

My wife and I recently stayed at the Dom Pedro. We found the staff excellent. We were welcomed warmly and assisted by the staff well. The hotel is clean, offers a good level of amenities including an excellent spa and reasonably priced treatments. Very good location, breakfast too expensive, no variety, the same food every day.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very supportive. I enjoyed my staf there.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and i could not recommend it enough. Every member of staff did absolutly everything they could possilbly do to make our stay better. When we had problems with a tour that we had booked they were there straight away to ensure that everything would be sorted even though the mistake was not theres. Friendly check in with good english. All the staff had good english. We used room service on the first night which was good and efficient. Breakfast buffet to meet all tastes. The only downside to our room was the view of the adjacent block of flats, but then this is a city hotel.

The Dom Pedro Palace is a lovely hotel and it located close to the city centre. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean, warm and comfortable. The leisure centre was very relaxing and had a lovely pool (a little cold but not too bad) I would highly recommend this hote.

Hotel is attractively decorated, graciously serviced, in a midtown location that's inconvenient for any tourism. Nearest taxis are across busy street by large shopping mall, and not on direct bus routes. With major construction in block to north and office buildings to south, the neighborhood offers nothing of interest. But we aprpeciated the courtesy […] and service and the decor for the three nights we visited, even if we didn't appreciate the lumpy mattress. We'd recommend, though with these reservations. This was beautiful hotel with wonderful rooms and large bathrooms and well appointed but the hotel is not near anything and the neighborhood is a little quiet at night although there is an indoor mall across the street but it isn't very portugese.

This is a lovely 5* hotel, with good service, enormous beds, all the fixtures & fittings you'd expect. We got a great deal because we stayed in the middle of August, when Lisbon is pretty sleepy. I don't think I'd stay here again, simply because to get into the Latin Quarter or downtown it's about 15-20 minutes on the bus or a cab.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Der Service ist wirklich sehr gut und freundlich. Das Hotel liegt etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuss vom Zentrum, wodurch alles sehr einfach zu erreichen ist. Die Reception ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfreich. Uns wurden mehrere Restaurants empfohlen, die sehr gut waren. Spa ist ein bisschen klein und war ziemlich überbelegt […] (wir waren da an Ostern, was wahrscheinlich der Grund für die vielen Familien mit Kindern war). Hotel ist absolut zu empfehlen. Lisateave

El Hotel es de 5 estrellas, tiene Spa y Gym. El precio por noche es Bueno. El único inconveniente es que todos los costos adicionales tales como el Desayuno , estacionamiento y servicio a la habitación son MUY CAROS.

Super Hotel, nette und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Sind rundum zufrieden.

#83 fra lufthavnen går lige til døren - og #711 og #758 går lige ned til centrum og Bairro Alto - det kunne ikke være nemmere. Men til 150,- pr stk, kan morgenmaden købes lige så godt på masser af caféer - til det halve! Der manglede absolut intet - men det afspejlede sig så også på prisen! Eneste minus ved hotellet er at deres Internet ikke fungerer […] - og på et 4/5 stjernet hotel ville jeg mene at trådløst Internet burde være en del af pakken, og ikke noget du skal være en ørn til IT for at bruge og da slet ikke betale ekstra for! After few days on old boat, I have finish my trip in this hostel. When I arrived people was smiling. Everything was done to facilate my arrival. People was sympathic. English is not my mother tongue and if I had some diffilculties to be understand, people was patient and smiling. I have only one bad point to give. It's about restaurant. It's close the […] week end. I found this strange. Despite this, everything was good in this hotel. When you are lucky to be in high floor, you will have a beautifull view on Lisbonne. Lisateave

Ett fint hotell men vansinnigt dyr frukost.

En general puedo decir que tuve una buena estancia y que era un buen hotel, próximo al centro, fácil de encontrar, sin problema a la hora de aparcamiento si no se desea utilizar parking, buen servicio y atención del personal..., la única pega es que el servicio de internet era de pago, ni siquiera había wifi en las zonas comunes, por lo demás bastante […] bien. Adquirí un paquete que incluía aparcamiento, SALA VIP y SPA, a un precio a mi parecer bastante comedido. Las vistas desde la SALA VIP !de escándalo! Fenomenales. Se veía todo Lisboa. La piscina del SPA, aunque algo pequeña, ideal para darte un baño tras el agotador día de turismo por Lisboa. Enfrente tiene un Centro Comercial (AMOREIRAS) con toda clase […] de tiendas y restaurantes y bares. Cenamos allí varios días. El hotel de decoración clásica, "lujosa", bien. Dom Pedro Palace is a great hotel with friendly and professional staff, very elegant lobby and spacious well equipped rooms and if you stay on the higher floors a fantastic view over Lisbon. There is also a well equipped spa with a gym in the hotelbasement. Didn´t try the breakfast or restaurant but got the business package which includes access to […] the VIP lounge. A large room on 19 th floor with a spectacular view over the city, there is also a coffee machine and soft drinks and in the mornings a small basket with croissant and pastries witch could be a bit more extensive and include some fruits and cheeses. Me and two friends spent a weeks holiday in Lisbon and strongly recommend this hotel and we would absolutely stay here again when visiting Lisbon. Observe that on on the hotels.com´s map the hotel is located in Bairo Alto on Rua Nova de Piedade which is wrong, the hotel is actually located on Avenida Engenheiro Duarte Pacheco 24 which is about one km north and outside Bairo Alto. trevlig personal, stort luftigt rum med bra aircondition. gymet var helt okej men det var en besvikelse att poolen kostade 15 euro/ gång man ville utnyttja den.

Tudo fica longe, somente um shopping pequeno nas proximidades.

É um otimo hotel. Fica ao lado do shoping amoreiras que é muito bom. Os atendentes sao gentis e competentes.

Hotellet var fint, men det er placeret i en betonørken af kontorbygninger, som er sorte og tomme om aftenen, et område uden atmosfære, og tilmed langt fra Lissabons gode restauranter.

Keurig hotel, internet op de kamer is duur en zwembad kost 15,- p.d. verder echt prima!

Le look de la chambre est vieillot, mais la chambre est spacieuse et agréable. Il était inscrit en chambre que la connexion Internet était payante, mais au check-out, on m'a dit que c'était OK. Service voiturier efficace pour avoir un taxi en 1 min. Petit-déjeuner en buffet excellent et digne des hôtels de la catégorie.
