Pointe Royale Condominium Resort & Golf Course - Branson

The condo was spacious and felt like home. But the beds were spingy and uncomfortable; comforters and blankets were cheap. Also, bathrooms wsre old style, low sink hard to adjust the water temp. Kitchen has old appliances. Th d y need to renovate those condos. Overall not bsd for the price but for sure not luxury as being labeled.

Wonderful weekend for Daughter's 18th Birthday. Spent the days shopping as well as playing in Silver Dollar City ( perfect weather) and the Branson Landing both of which are on either side of Pointe Royale. Very conveniently located off of the main traffic routes allowing us to stay out of the traffic snarls.

We have regularly returned to Branson for short vacations for many years. Families and couples can find more than enough entertainment in the area, and if the choice is to just relax, read and rest, this is a good location too. The size of our 2 bedroom condo was just right and even though the unit was not in like new condition, it was certainly acceptable. It was clean, set up well for all of our needs, and it made our family time together very positive. One note was a set of blinds on the back of our unit's living area that needs repair or replacement. Also, the windows on the back side were very dirty on the outside which made looking out at the mountain less than positive. Over all, we were pleased and we will rent from you again in the future. Our well equipped condo overlooked the 10th hole of a good golf course. Saw two fun shows in Branson . Great way to spend a short golf getaway.

I was very impressed with the condo we stayed in. It was quiet and so comfortable. It is definitely a place I would come back to. The next time, I am planning to stay longer than the weekend.

My husband, myself, and our three teenage sons stayed at Pointe Royal in bldg 68. The furnishings were very well appointed, the bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and large, and the balcony was fully screened with room for all us to sit at the table and enjoy the water view minus the bugs. I must say after reading the terrible reviews left by other […] travlers I was almost afraid of what we would find upon arrival. However we were pleasantly surprised by what we found. The condo's are only 2.9 miles from hwy 76 and we easily accessed all attractions Branson has to offer. We plan on returning to Pointe Royal next month for another quick weekend getaway. Lisateave

The condo was clean, well stocked and had a great layout. The location of our building happened to be within 75 yards of the Club House, pool and tennis courts. The pools were in great shape as were the tennis courts. We had a great time and will return.

The office staff was friendly and helpful. But the numbers on the condos were out of order and difficult to find, the buildings needed a paint job. When we walked in our condo it smelt like mildew, the AC was extremely noisy and it wouldn't let you set the AC below 70. The pool was nice size, but it was full of rowdy children in the deep end with no […] parental supervision. the life guard let the kids run around the pool and do flips into it. Which being a paramedic I thought was an accident waiting to happen. We stayed at the Welk and Big Cedar lodge in the past, this time both places were booked. We won't stay at this resort again. OVERALL WE WERE DISAPPOINTED. THE INTERNET PICTURES OF POINTE ROYALE WERE MISLEADING BECAUSE THEY WERE OF UPDATED CONDOS; THE ONE WE WERE IN WAS A 1980'S SPECIAL--BADLY IN NEED OF UPDATING AND NOT ESPECIALLY CLEAN...SMELLED MUSTY TOO. ALSO, WE WERE PROMISED A KING BED BUT INSTEAD GOT A QUEEN BED (THAT WAS OLD AND SAGGING IN THE CENTER). EVEN THE INTERNET […] CONFIRMATION LISTED A KING BED. OUR BIGGEST COMPLAINT, HOWEVER, WAS THE FACT THAT THIS RESORT IS NOT AT ALL ACCOMMODATING TO GUESTS WHO BRING THEIR BOATS. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE, TO SAY THE LEAST, TRYING TO FIGURE OUT AN ACCEPTABLE PLACE TO PARK OUR BOAT. A 20+ (INCLUDING TRAILER) FOOT BOAT AND A 20 FOOT TRUCK CANNOT BE EASILY MANEUVERED IN THEIR DESIGNATED PARKING AREAS, WHICH ARE VERY FEW. WE DIDN'T, BUT COULD HAVE EASILY, BEEN "PARKED IN" BECAUSE THE PARKING LOT WAS SO TIGHT. WON'T STAY THERE AGAIN. Lisateave

When we got to the hotel 30 minutes after the check-in time, we were told the room was not ready. We received the keys to the room but were told to wait an hour to go to our room. We waited an hour and called the front desk to see if it was ready. They told us to wait 10 more minutes. We walked over to our room and waited another 15 minutes for the […] cleaning people to finish. It was a shaky start but the rest of the stay was good. The room was clean and best of all quiet. When we arrived we were told our condo was not ready yet. We had to wait an hour past the check in time for it to be ready. The condos were out dated, the beds were very uncomfortable, but the worst was the staff. They acted like it was an inconvience that we were there. My brother-in-law was parked in front of his condo to unload and they actually […] called a tow truck on him because he was not parked in a "designated area". First condo was not cleaned from previous tenants ...second condo had a very noisy AC unit outside the master bedroom...third one was much better...the staff was very helpful with our issues and were always nice and curtious.

It was very comfortable and a good value. Would definately stay again. It is a bit outdated, as the 8-track player and tapes would attest to. Had not seen those in a very long time. The neighborhood and cleanliness of the resort was fabulous. The front desk crew when we showed up apparently didn't get the dress code memo because they looked very sloppy for the quality of the resort. When we got to the condo the bedrooms and bathrooms decor didnt match the living area and was very 70's dated. Not a huge deal, just weird. This was one of the best places I have ever stayed out. Room was very large and very quiet. The room had anything you could think off. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the room to get laundry done so less you have to do when you get home. The Resort was good for my family and we all enjoyed our stay and Spring Break. The only thing that could have been better is that the condo had the view and the set up that was discussed in the booking of the stay.

condo was nice, enjoyed stay, staff, amenities, Not close to Short'ys ( closed down) Did not use golf course, pool, or on site restaurant. Did not shop at recommended Pantry store at gas station for supplies (went to nearby Walgreens instead.) Will go back.

This was a nice place to come back to. We LOVED the pool. It was a life saver for our kids and with the temperature outside, we all enjoyed it. Perfect size for four.

The staff was friendly and the condo was clean but it was older and the decor didn't match. It felt very hodge podge. You had to drive all through an entire housing community that had HUGE speed bumps every half mile or so.
