The stay was good. a lot of marijuana smell in the hallway on the second floor when only the third floor is suppose to be smoking. (marijuana is legal here now) Room had great amenities. in room kitchenette. was comfortable great AC and heat.

Our first room had not been cleaned from pervious client. We were moved to another room. Elevator did not work.

My Stay was horrible! I checked in at 11pm and my reservations were for non-smoking, and the staff informed me that all they had was smoking left, but that I could switch the next day...I appreciated that...so I went to the room I was given...#313...the key would not open, so back down to the front desk I went...she apologized was very nice...gave me […] room #310....I opened the door and was mortified...empty liquor bottle on the floor, filthy sheets, toilet gross, toilet paper on the floor!! Back down to the front desk...was given another room with much apologies which I appreciate, now I am in #306... stayed one night and transferred again to #212...needless to say it wasn't a good stay at all. I very much enjoyed that the room did not smell of chemicals or cleaning agents, very important for me. It was very clean and comfortable.The hallway had some had some areas that needed repair. I liked that there was a lobby. I plan to stay there again. The rates were quite reasonable.

Rooms were pretty big, have full kitchens and dishes. Would be good for extended stays. There were several people hanging out in the halls. Most likely residents, but made a lot of noise late at night.

Whatever they use to clean (and it looks very clean) made us clog up which made breathing difficult. Can't smell or identify it but if those chemical cleaners don't bother you, then it is a fantastic hotel. k

The room needed some maintenace/renovation with broken curtain, noisy aircon, worn bathroom tiles, etc but the bed was comfy, the fridge was a bonus and access to the carpark very good. Thin walls and sometimes noisy late-comers were a distraction but overall this establishment represented excellent value for the money!

The hotel provided a great value. I have stayed there before and the staff is excellent. Very friendly and accomodating. I could have stayed at another hotel at a better location for my needs, but I will definitely choose this one again for its friendly staff and value. When we arrived there were police cars in the parking lot and police in the building trying to find someone. They cautioned the staff to keep the doors locked (Yikes)! So we decided to stay anyway and found the rooms to be about average for the cost with the exception of one thing.... There is no insulation in the walls or ceiling and you can hear everything. […] Doors, walking, talking, you name it!!! I am usually a heavy sleeper and kept getting woke up by all the noise. It literally sounded like someone was doing aerobics on my head! I tried to call the desk to ask them to do something about it and no one answered so after awhile I gave up and just turned the tv on to help drown out the noise. Staff was friendly and helpful, the place is rather worn and needs a good going over. Can't beat the price though, if you just need a place to sleep.

The staff earnestly pure. There retriever some members f staff that were extremely rude. I wouldn't recommend staying there. UT reminded me,of the hotel in the Shining from the 1970s. The price was reasonable however, but overall a dump.

I learned that if you book a room for this hotel on-line it is cheaper than a face to face request. The worker gave me a price several dollars higher than I had found on-line: so I went back to a smart phone, made the room request, walked back inside the hotel, and saved some money.

The staff at the front desk, who wasn't management, were very nice and accommodating. management here is awful! Could care less about my experience, decent rooms, but my experience was that the managers here only care about themselves.

I most say that my stay has been pleasant so far. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. Now the only little problem I encountered was the room above me apparently has small children staying and the parents apparently let them do what they want and they have been stomping, and running all hours o the night. I enjoyed it I have stayed there twice so far and in the same room. But I have noticed from the last visit that nothing had changed or been fixed in the room. Like light bulbs in two lamps were still missing, other then that the visit was just fine.

the hottle was was ok for quaity and with no flash but the bed and bath were clean but I am so shur about the rest. the room was vary plain and there could have been one houseceepling trip well i was there to replenish the coffy and the soap. the room was a little load do to the proximatiy to the stairs and elivator. Hotel is not new or five star but it was clean, staff was helpful, and it was close to restaurants and travel. It is a long term stay facility so they only change towels twice a week, but they told us to let them know if we needed anything. The room had a full size fridge, a microwave, dishes, etc.

No major issues. First room was dirty, strongly smelled of urine and had a running industrial deodorizer in it. Front desk apologized and moved me immediately. Second room was ok. Doors on kitchenette cabinets wouldn't stay closed but it was a minor annoyance. Paper thin walls or room connecting vents, couldn't tell which. Could hear conversations clearly […] from adjoining rooms. Having said all that, for what I paid, I can't really complain. I've stayed at much more expensive places and been less happy. Lisateave

For price, hotel was fine. Large and clean room with kitchenette. Only negative is how old and dirty carpets at entrances looked. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Fine for the price. Mostly senior assisted living and other hotels in vicinity, close to many restuarants.

Thank goodness we were only here for two days. Our room never got cleaned or restocked with towels. When we called to get more towels we were rudely told "we don't have much, I'll see what I can find" The staff cared more about their phones and smoke breaks then the people staying there. I wouldn't recommend this place for a long stay.

this place sucks i dont recomend it. it was run down. not vary well maintaned. the bed was rock hard you could feal the springs poking you. the pillows were flat. trying to get extera towls or pillows was like pulling teeth. walls are thin you can here every thing in the other rooms and the hall way. the decor was old.

Since it's a long-term place, it is perfect for the vacationer looking to save money (kitchen in room = no eating out/eating junk). The room was perfect for what I needed, clean, comfortable, etc. I'm just sorry my stay there was only one night.

Shortly after check-in the fire alarm went off, continuing for about 15 minutes. Supposedly a child pulled the alarm. 3 hours later it went off again, unable to get a reason from staff this time. Some people live here full time and are up and around and loud, stomping, slamming doors very early (4:00am). Was short on washcloths and went to get more […] and they were out and gave me dish cloths to use. The room was large and comfy, though. Location was very convienent to many places I needed to go.
