The renovation is nearly complete and the hotel looks fantastic. Everything is very clean and the staff is wonderful.

For a Hilton it wasn't anything special. But we definitely paid the rate for a Hilton brand name. But it was clean, the front desk was helpful, and it was close to the airport. The housekeeping staff was a little pushy to get us out of the room in the morning (they started knocking on the door at 9am). The hotel was very modern and nice. The pool and dining area was clean. Close to airport and only a couple miles from Opryland. Very easy drive. The lobby was undergoing construction, so the entrance was a mess. But they apologized for everything, We will defiantly choose this and other Garden Inns in the future.

Front lobby was closed upon arrival, small sign saying use rear entrance. No parking by rear entrance, had to park in front and walk back in freezing cold. Construction dumpsters taking up parking spaces. Small makeshift table as front counter. Upon waking, discovered dark stains on pillows, Heater kept waking me when "clicking" on all night. I booked the place because its a Hilton. You generally know that you are going to get a quality place with quality service. I am sure it holds up to the standards of a Hilton every other weekend but this one. The place was under construction and sold out. This clearly put stress on their staff and guests. Plus, the ice machine did not work for the guest […] rooms. Guests were bringing their buckets down to the kitchen area. The staff was very nice but stress was deffinitely added to both the staff and the guests. Had I known about the construction, I probably would not have booked this hotel. There were others available at the time I booked. However, by the time of our trip, most hotels in the city were sold out. We still had fun though. Lisateave

If we known the hotel was under a rehab we wouldn't have picked it. We travel with a child in a wheelchair and parking was very difficult and crowded. Two of the three handicapped stalls were taken by cars without handicap identification so we had to park on the side of the building and walk in. The temporary entrance was very crowded and hard to navigate. […] If you like firm mattresses, you would like these beds. Breakfast in the morning is $10. Lisateave

The food we had there was great taste and presentation looked awesome. And you would expect high prices but not here. I would recomend this place to all.

We didn't spend a whole lot of time at the hotel. We were there for my son's college basball trip. Had a nice work out room and the staff was very friendly to deal with.

The breakfast is way over priced and the food is less than great. The food was ice cold and not so good for 10.00 a plate.

The restaurant (for dinner service) had terrible service and staff. My friend asked a question about something on the menu and the server had no idea. I ordered a "Jack and Coke" and was give a Jim Bean and Coke. Not that big of a deal, but I was not informed of this. The servers did not come to the table to check on us, instead we had to call them […] over. Even though my order was wrong, it was actually good. Other then the bad restaurant service, the hotel was perfect for our visit. There was some construction occurring in the lobby, but otherwise the hotel was very clean. Stayed there one night and checked in after midnight, so i cant vouch for staff since I only dealt with one that night and one in the morning. Both were very friendly and welcoming, Rooms were clean and well conditioned, the lobby was also very clean. Hotel was very quiet and everyone in my party was very pleased with our stay. My stay was wonderful. Friendly staff. A very clean and beautiful hotel. My flight was a little later in the day so I request a late check out and the hotel was so accomodating. The hotel was very close to the airport. Very convenient.

very accomodating and friendly at hotel. Nice lobby, with free cookies and fireplace. We were very comfortable there, watching a movie in the lobby with our wine. Got good instructions for driving downtown to the Country music hall of fame. Enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was nice and we enjoy our overnight stay; however, I was disappointed when I did not find a Bible in the room. I do not know if it was an over sight or if the hotel did not place them in the rooms. I would like to think there was one there and someone took it with them as their own.

The hotel is not downtown however it is only about 10 mins from downtown using a GPS. To be close to airport we never heard a plane in the room. The room was clean and the bed was nice. You pick your number! T
