La Quinta Inn & Suites Hot Springs - Hot Springs

The people were friendly, room was clean, but very noisey in that you could here other guest in their rooms (thin walls). The breakfast left a lot to desire. Was not worth the cost of the rooms.

We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel staff tried very hard to be helpful and promoted your hotel as much as they could. we were asked at our departure if there were any problems with our rooms and wrote down our suggestions.

My husband and I stayed here to go to the races for a weekend. The room was great! Very clean and comfortable. We really liked the staff and the breakfast in the morning was good! I wish it had been closer to Oak Lawn but it was not a far drive at all.

Great place to stay. The room was nice. Bed was very comfortable. Felt really relaxed being there. And enjoyed the waffles I had for breakfast.

Wonderful stay. Hotel was full and we had to check in late. Got room next to elevator and I thought 'oh no'....never even heard it during our 3 night stay. Location perfect, bed was great, large room, good Internet. Everything we needed!!!

I would definitely stay there again. The rooms were very clean, they had DirectTV service, and a late check out time. Walls are a little thin; however, we were still able to get a great night's sleep.

Everytime I went by, no one was at the front desk. Always had to wait a few minutes for someone to come over from talking. NO hot water! Called the desk and they did come feel the water and give me a key to a room across the hall, but once in the shower it turned lukewarm and I had it all the way on hot - this was at 8:00 a.m. Tried to shower at night, […] around 9:00 p.m. and it was a little better, but still had it all the way on hot. Reservation was for Friday and Saturday night. When we came back on Saturday after doing stuff, our keys wouldn't work! Found out that the person that checked us in did not set them for two nights, only one. Lisateave

There was nothing wrong with this place. The people were nice, the room was gorgeous and clean. It was conviently located. I can't think of anything I didn't like. I will stay here every time I'm in Hot Springs.

I was very impressed for a 2.5 or 3 star room. The amenities were very nice, room very roomy with big flat screen tv, large bathroom with comfortable shower/bath, smelled clean, bed comfortable, quiet, the complimentary breakfast was definitely worth speaking of. Fresh cooked eggs, biscuits and gravy, danishes, all the juices and fruits, cereals, hard […] boiled eggs and yogurt, lots of options for the health concious, lots of room for storage in room. The lobby also kept drinks and snacks such as popcorn etc cooked for a snack. I would for sure come back here. Overall A+ Lisateave

It was perfect for our short stay in Hot Springs. My daughter and I found it to be quite comfortable and well located. The staff was friendly, the room was clean. We will definitely stay there again. Only downside.....it wasn't next to Denny's ( something I have come to expect from a La Quinta, lol)

great except for all the little cheerleaders in residence also. But, we bring earplugs with us when we travel just in case the noise level in a hotel is too much for us. We always try and find a La Quinta as we travel with our small dog. This was the only hotel where we got a doggie gift and a tag for the door that notified staff there's a dog in the room! That was a very thoughtful thing to do.

Check in was simple, and the staff was ready to give us directions to the exact place where we wanted to eat dinner. The room was very clean & comfortable. There was plenty of room to set up the pack 'n play four our little one to sleep in. I loved that the outlets were in the lamp base making it super easy to plug in everything that needed to be charged. […] It was nice that the bathroom was large enough to move around easily in instead of just being able to get in & out of the shower. The beds were comfy with nice linens. The breakfast far was good as well. They had a decent selection of food, but the OJ was a little off. They probably would've changed it, but we didn't mention it since we needed to get on the road. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay. It's on the pricey side but you're guaranteed a clean, comfortable room with extra amenities :) Lisateave

I was amazed how far away this facility was. You really need to tell people how far away from downtown you are. Only issue was that we had a front room and the traffic noise was a bit noisy. But Hot Springs rolls up the sidewalks pretty early so it wasn't really too bad.

The room was spacious & clean with a nice large flat screen TV. It also had a refrigerator & microwave which came in handy. Breakfast was ok. The sausage was really good, the eggs and potatoes mediocre. They also had waffles, sweet rolls, yogurt and a pretty decent selection of other items. Overall, it exceeded our expectations. We would definitely […] go back. The staff was extremely helpful with questions about our AC - didn't work at first and they offered to move us but then we got it working so didn't. Restaurant recommendations too. We really liked the Bleu Monkey - right in front. In fact we liked it so much that we took friends there the next night and they all liked it too. the stay at the hotel was very good and we enjoyed ourselves. the personnel of the hotel were very nice and helpfull when needed. the only complaint we had was the commplementory breakfast, the food was not very good at all, specially the gravy, and some of the food was cold, not just one morning, but both mornings we were there.
