I've been to this property several times. I haven't been disappointed yet. I had a minor issue with the room. For some reason the desk chair was missing. But that was quickly resolved by a call to the front desk. The bed was comfortable and everything in the room worked.

Hotel staff friendly. First room smelled heavily of smoke even though we had booked a non-smoking room. We were quickly given another room without any trouble.

The top comfort on the bed was dirty when we entered, they did replace it. The free breakfast was all carbs and sugar.a toaster but no bread. disappointed. The room was fine, quiet.

The employees were wonderful. My room was very clean for being an older hotel. Very convenient to Hondros College where I need to go for 3 days. Not happy with the outside entry when staying alone. But all and all very pleased.

Best Value in Columbus. If you can live without mints on your pillow, this is the best stop in Columbus. It can't be beat for the money! Clean spacious comfortable room. I will be back.

Tiles missing under the toilet allowed the toilet to become dislodged and rock back and forth. The mounting bolts were also damaged. Several layers of old silicon are present at the toilet base....possible sign that the company was already aware of the issue, and attempted some makeshift repair. This was my 2nd visit to this property. I anticipate there will be more. The hotel is not lavish but it is more than adequate if all you need is an inexpensive nights sleep. The handicapped bathroom was the main disappointment as there was no place to put toiletries since there was no vanity. There was plenty of room for a shelf for these items. I'm not in a wheelchair but need grab bars in the tub or a walk in shower. I'm finding more hotel/motel rooms are putting in grab bars not just in handicapped rooms. Aside from Kyle, the front desk attendant, the entire experience at this hotel was absolutely horrible. The 1st room they gave us was disgusting and had a horrible stench. The 2nd room was lacking the stench but the level of cleanliness was no better. The bathroom has only one small sink. There is no table to to place tooth brush, tooth past, shaver, a comb, hair brush, mothwash. Both of us are hady caps. i have to use crutches to go back to room to pick up things to be used in the bathroom and back.. I asked the front desk girl to give us a chair to put things. She could not oblige to it..

First room was not cleaned b4 we arrived, phone didn't work, got another room. That room was cleaned butt certainly not clean. Stains on carpet, didn't even consider laying on bedspread, door looked like it had been kicked in (or something of the sort) at some point. Lot's of "shady" people just loitering around. When we arrived, we had to pull through the "drive thru" which I thought was strange to begin with. Right off the bat, I got a creepy vibe. No to mention when we pulled up to our room there was a sketchy looking gentlemen doing something with his car with blue latex gloves on? At 1 in the morning. Huge gash in the wall inside the shower, the drain plug (that "switch" you move up and down with preference of shower or bath) was half falling off, which meant only that our tub didn't drain. At. All. The girl at the front desk drive thru was very polite, but didn't seem to know a lot of information with the questions I asked. The free breakfast in the morning is dry cereal and danishes. The facility is an older facility which needs upkeep and remodeling done. The location was perfect for my family, our father was very ill and in the hospital located just minutes away. We stayed for two days while attending a convention. The only complaints I had were that the rug was slightly stained and the TV had 4 channels and the reception looked terrible. What I liked was that the beds were firm and it was a nice quiet hotel and the neighborhood was nice with many places to eat within walking distance.

My room was small and sparsely furnished with only a bed a desk and an office chair. It did have a microwave and fridge. I found it adequate for my needs of a one night stay for a business trip but couples or people staying longer might find it a bit cramped. However, I'm sure the property has larger rooms. The hotel filled my needs, being close to family and with nice,small town close by. But the very pleasant young man running things was alone and over worked (no manager there till morning). The hotel was very reasonably priced and right off route 3 and I-270, which was great. The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed in a king bed room. The bathroom did not have a tub; it had a shower, which is great for anyone needing a handicap-accessible room. There were four cons with this hotel: 1. We felt that one of the desk clerks was not friendly […] (not rude but he seemed like working there was torture). The other hotel staff were very nice and helpful. 2. The front office is not marked as such. We drove around the hotel in circles looking for the front office. It is located behind some stairs, not easy to locate. However, on the plus side, it does have a drive-through window for you to use to check in. Not bad. 3. The walls are thin. Our room was a join room, so there was a door separating our room from our neighbors. We could hear everything going on next door. 4. The breakfast was not very elaborate. Danishes, bread for toast, coffee, cereal, juice, that's it. No fruit, no waffles, nothing hot and nothing fresh. Now for the pros: 1. Great price. 2. Clean (this is very high on my priority list). 3. The room had an iron, a microwave, and a fridge. I wasn't expecting them. 4. Motel-style architecture (if you like that kind of thing). Lisateave

When I arrived at approx. 4:30, my room was still being cleaned even though check in is at 3:00. My family and I were forced to wait outside the room for about 10 minutes while the woman finished cleaning. It was 101 degrees, of course....When we got inside I was pleased to find the room included and microwave and fridge, however, the fridge of course […] didnt work. When we arrived, they did not have a room that was clean. They rushed cleaning a room for us. But it was not a smoking room as Expedia had booked. The coffee pot was not cleaned. The tv's color was bad. We asked the cleaning lady to bring us washcloths, body soap and more coffee the next morning. We left for the day. When we returned, we still did not […] have wash cloths, no coffee, and no body soap. We went to Walgreens and picked up our own items. The next morning when we checked out. The hotel manager , I think was behind the counter. He just complained about he left for a couple days and everything was upside down. Meaning a disaster.
