reception manager was very no polite or nice. we got there early in the morning after long night of flight in to Sofia. been promised to get room by 9-10 am...end up we got the room at 12:30....not to mantion that was saterday morning...with lots of checkout around 7-8am.....trying to get a room little before oficial time was ruddly answered by the […] reception managar. not nice!! We stayed in August for 2 nights and found the hotel to be exceptionally good. Staff are helpfull and friendly and the hotel is clean.

This hotel is absolutely amazing, and perfectly situated. The service is stellar, and the rooms are extremely comfortable. Highly recommended!

Great location and city views. Are party arrived at 2:00 in the morning and are rooms were ready, with one party getting an update to a suite.

Great location, pleasant staff but we found the room to be incredibly hot - no way to control heat - tried opening the window but this was of little help

This is a very comfortable hotel with a good gym and well designed, comfortable rooms. Service was good as well - the staff speak good english and were very helpful. It's well placed for good restaurants and for the local sites (such as they are!) One of our party used the massage service and said it was really excellent.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel is in a very convenient location downtown. The food was excellent.

The Radisson in Sofia is in an excellent location. After an expensive taxi ride there from the train station (!), we were able to walk everywhere within the city. The hotel itself is very nice and the rooms are very big. There is free wireless internet access throughout the hotel which is very handy. However, for a 5-star hotel, I was disappointed that […] there was no swimming pool or jacuzzi (although there is a small gym and sauna). Breakfast was not included in our room rate and we did not pay the additional €22 per person for it, which we though excessive for Sofia. On the whole, it is a great base for exploring Sofia... Et meget bra hotell som ligger så sentralt som det er mulig. Betjeningen var vennlige og hyggelige. Vi fikk servert varm mat selv om det var etter midnatt. Alle var vennlige og hyggelige. Det eneste litt negative var røyklukt på rommet.

L'hotel è in centro di fornte al parlamento. si possono facilmente raggiungere a piedi tutte le più importanti attrazioni turisitche e culturali. Ottima la camera anche se non è stato possibile avere un letto aggiunto ma soltanto uno a tre piazze (eravamo due adulti ed un bambino di anni 13). Abbiamo cenato al ristorante. Perfekt lägge, man ser direkt historiska monumentet Tsar Osvoboditel (Kung Befriaren) samt Parlamentet och Vetenskapliga akademin. Trots allt tyst och lungt. Ganska nera tunnelbannan och spårvagnen, till flygplatesen tar ca 15 min med taxi. Vänlig och hjälpsam personal.

O hotel Radisson Blu Grand Hotel, em Sofia, tem uma muito boa localização para quem quer conhecer o centro de Sofia e outros pontos de interesse, como museus, teatro, bons restaurantes e outros pontos de atracção. A nossa experiencia foi gratificante, sobretudo tudo porque, a pé, pôdemos chegar a qualquer um destes pontos, em menos de 15 minutos. A […] cozinha tradicional búlgara e os bons vinhos foram uma maravilha. Enfim, a nossa estadia no hotel e em Sófia, foi uma experiencia a reviver com muito prazer. Lisateave

I nice business hotel in the very center of Sofia. Many rooms have a view over the Bulgarian Parlament and the Alexander Nevski cathedral. Just 30 secunds walk to the closest subway station. Great service but of course high prices compared to the general level in Sofia.

Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre und unmittelbar bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Very nice hotel located right at the center of Sofia. Superb view of the parliament, walking distance to all main sights. The room was clean and nice, the bathroom huge and the staff friendly. They kindly extended our check out time a further 3 hours. Generally an excellent experience, I would recommend Radisson Blu to anyone visiting Sofia.
