Good hotel for a stay in Kloten. Transport into central Zurich closeby or take the airport shuttle and catch the train from there. Quiet area but with amenities on hand if required. Comfortable rooms and very handy for the airport. Would definitely use it again.

This place was great! Free shuttle to airport was easy to use - also could potentially stay here the whole time if we had taken shuttle to airport and then the tram service. We stayed one night, the night before our flight. Beds were super comfortable and it was very clean.

In general I was very happy with the location, room, price and service. I am exceptionally grateful to the reception desk to help me with contacts after I had lost my passport on the train. Switzerland can be an expensive place to visit. This hotel offers quality rooms at a reasonable rate. We stayed in March. It is outside of Zurich but the train station is only one block away - with a 10 - 15 minute ride to Zurich Central station. It's clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly. It's across the street from a nice bakery and overall it's much more pleasant than the airport hotel.

the hotel has small room but it was clean and comfortable....and it was clean ,very near the train station and the airport...nice neighbourhood also...free shuttle to the airport too and the driver was very nice! will reccomend the hotel.

The staff was very nice and the hotel is fine although not fancy. If you're staying alone and want to save money, this is a perfect choice. Keep in mind it's very close to the airport but nowhere near zurich by foot. It was about 6 chf by bus to the city. I didn't notice anything interesting near the hotel. There's free wifi and you can borrow a power […] adaptor for free, but they charge 15 chf if you want to keep it. It's probably cheaper at the airport or anywhere else, but the option is there if you forget which is nice. They don't provide much in the room, just soap and shampoo, but remember the price you're paying. I found it perfectly clean and suitable. A very practical place to stay. Lisateave

Chocolates on the pillow and free wifi and cable, loved it! Also right nearby a nice bakery and grocery store, or conveniently near the train station. Would definitely recommend it!

Good location, only 15 minutes by train to Zurich Hbf. Attentive front desks. Room was clean, but small comparing to US counterparts. Shuttle driver was somewhat offhand, but at least service was on schedule. Overall, good stay.

The service was impressive from beginning to end, starting with the minibus pick-up, polite and informative driver, efficient reception and fantastic food in their restaurant. We'd definitely use this hotel again if we were flying in or out of Zurich airport

Needed a disposable razor and they could not provide one, but they did have free shuttle service to the airport. Not very many stores around for purchasing everyday items and or gifts and restaurants.

Very easy stay at this hotel. I have stayed st the Fly Away hotel in Kloten (they share the hotel shuttle) and I liked the Welcome better. Was undergoing construction during my stay, so breakfast was impacted (no espresso coffee machine), but the dinner restaurant was excellent.

This hotel is a great place to stay! Their staff is amazing especially Cheyenne and Olivia. They were all very prompt and warm. It's very close to S7 Kloten Train station and Zurich HB was like 15 mins away. Great value for money! Will surely go back there. They also offered free WIFI and airport pick up and drop off. Thanks everyone!

Overall good value for price paid; very onvenient to airport. During my last stay there is some renovation going on that rendered it a bit of a contruction zone, with some noise early morning. Other than that I can recommend.

We stayed one night and it was perfect and very comfortable. The shuttle takes you to the hotel and back to the airport. Near the hotel nice restaurants and a supermarket. Room was comfortable, clean and fresh. Will use it again.

Love, Love, Love the staff at this hotel--from the housekeeper to the front desk staff. The Level of service is nothing short of excellent!! Arrived at my room with 1 rather large suitcase, a duffle bag and a computer case--the room was too small to hold everything and allow me to walk around. My friend was in another room--same dimensions, different […] proportions and the staff changed me immediately--worked out perfectly. Also, i didn't see the bathroom when i first got in the room---and then i found it behind the double doors--TOO CUTE--and VERY Boutique chic! Towel warmer in the bathroom. Free WiFi. The ONLY bad part was that parking is around the corner and $20Euro daily. Lisateave

The hotel was conveniently close to the airport with an excellent free shuttle. The hotel staff was very helpful, providing maps, train tickets etc. One thing that the hotel could provide is a hot water/coffee maker that is normal in the US and England but is not normal in Switzerland or in the part of France that we visited.
