"High School Reunion"
Pillows are too small for a king size bed. They are the size of a cushion you would have on your couch. Overall the place was very nice, and yes I would stay there again. Staff was very nice and pleasant to deal with.

Bed slept great. I woke up twice and thought I was home. Friendly staff and breakfast was great! Would stay there again.

Most things were fine,however, the shades did not cover the whole window. After driving we needed to sleep. The 4 little pillows were terrible. Every time I turned over I rolled off the pillow. If you ever update the toilets please put in senior tilets. They are much higher. Thanks, F. T.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at the Quality Inn in North Myrtle Beach. My room was quiet and clean. The continental breakfast included a variety of hot and cold foods and was very enjoyable. The staff I came into contact with were cheerful and friendly. I would definitely go back and definitely recommend the hotel to others.
"Not really a "Suites" facility"
Although advertised as a "Suites" facility, our "Suite" was merely a two-bed room with one of the beds removed and an extra chair plus a small refrigerator and microwave put in instead. The outdoor pool was microscopic in size and our air conditioner constantly was cycling on and off. Large TV channel menu, good continental breakfast array, efficient […] maid service. "Quality Inn Myrtle Beach"
My husband and I spent 3 nights at this location and were quite satisfied with the room and the service. The personnel were very helpful and the complimentary breakfast saved us a few dollars a day. It was close to the beach and restaurants. I would recommend it.
Everything was very nice and comfortable.
"Could not sleep due to musty smell in room"
The air conditioner was too close to the bed so that it frooze us out on low. Stains on the Blanket were terrible and I did not feel comfortable keeping it on the bed. The room had a bad musty smell and I became stuffed up every time I entered the room. It was the worst over night stay I ever had in a HOTEL. I am so so glad we only had a reservation […] for one night. The hot tub in our room may have been the culprit of the musty moldy smell. Carpets were not clean. Mattresses were terrible. Shower had very low pressure. Room door did not shut with the door closer, had to be manually shut. Outside door from parking lot did not work with room key. Doors to the rear parking lot & pool area remained locked during daytime hours when they should have been unlocked for guest convience. "Dont use the pool"
We stayed over the July 4th weekend, of course the hotel was busy. 2 nights in a row someone decided to leave a present in the pool that should have went into the toilet. Pool maintenance was called and the items we removed, but the pool was never drained!!!! All they did was add some more chemicals and and closed the pool for a few hours. I am not […] a pool guy but a turd in the pool twice in two days, should have had the pool drained you would think. Other than that, the hotel was fine.... Lisateave
my stay was awful. we were staying for 5 days on day 3 they gave our room key to someone else and strangers walked in our room while we were bathing!!!! And every day we had to request towels and wash clothes.
"Everything great but breakfast"
Everything was fine when we stayed, except the breakfast crowd. There was only one waffle maker and of course that is what everyone wanted to eat, so the breakfast line was always never ending. They need 2 waffle machines. The pool and surrounding area is small. Other than that, it was fine, very clean. Nice staff.

"Good Hotel"
Good Hotel, non smoking hotel - so no smoke coming from another floor, no pets - so no barking in the middle of the night, breakfast was good. No matter where you stay things can always be better - but this was a good hotel at a reasonable price - no complaints

Me and my six year old son stayed to go see Alligator Adventure. We were very comfortable and really enjoyed the clean pool and free breakfast. We will be back.

Clean. Reasonable rates. Gave it an overall rating of 4 out of 5 because of its less than adequate accessability from Rt.17. It was an issue with road construction which is probably temporary. WiFi was a bit weak. Continental breakfast needed fresh fruit, but was adequate none the less. Linda, the manager on duty, was super helpful and friendly. The entire staff was extremely kind and friendly. The front desk personnel was very helpful and accommodating. We had an early tee time and they allowed us a late check out so that we could shower before leaving. The room was large,clean and bright and cheerful. We used the pool which was clean and maintained. Some shade structure would have been nice […] at poolside but that was the only thing we were disappointed with. I would highly recommend this hotel. Once you enter the hotel it was very bright,clean and the staff was very friendly. We had a very nice and clean room. Nice hotel, we will stay there again on our next visit and would definetly recommend the hotel.
"Stay during Bike week in Myrtle Beach"
Even though it was Bike Week and we are not bikers the hotel kept things quiet and the stay was good. Next time I'll be sure not to go Bike Week.
Easy access to hotel. Food in walking distance a nice plus after a long road trip. Breakfast an added bonus when traveling with kids, parents can switch of and shower in peace. Courteous staff and really quick check in.

The staff at this hotel were fantastic and it was new and very clean. The entrance was under construction and tricky to access. North Myrtle Beach is basically a long stretch of strip malls and corporate chain dining but not as garishly lit as Myrtle Beach. So if you have to find something near here, I highly recommend this hotel- the ladies working […] here were super friendly. If not, avoid the Myrtle Beach area like the plague. It's the tackiest beach resort in America which means it must be the tackiest in the world. Lisateave

excellent customer service. i arrived at 1030am for a wedding that i had to be at a 3pm (check in time is 3pm)she offered to take my phone number and call me as soon as a room was available so we could dress for the wedding.,,clean fresh smell through out the hotel. the front clerk remember that i mentioned we were in town for wedding and she asked […] how the wedding went when we checked out.being customer service my self it the small stuff that means alot Lisateave

The room and hotel looked well taken care of and was very comfortable. It wasn't far from the attractions that we were down there for, Barefoot Landing and Bass Pro Shops at the mall. The price was very reasonable and the continental breakfast was also satisfying. Overall I would definately recommend to others and I myself would stay there again.

"Quality Inn Suites in North Myrtle Beach, SC"
I was not happy with my recent stay at Quality Inn Suites. The hotel had a musty smell. The people in the room above us were smoking and the fumes were coming through the bathroom vent. So the bathroom was smoky. The bed squeaked when you moved around on it. We were not able to use the pool. I was just disappointed.
Hotel was very clean, staff was nice and recommended nice places in surrounding areas to visit. I would recommend this hotel to others.
