Perfect location. You need to use buses if you want to explore the surrounding towns and there is a bus stop outside, as is a taxi rank. Most things worth seeing in Genoa itself are within walking distance. The hotel is not cheap, but is absolutely worth every penny. Very clean, very helpful staff. Lovely breakfast. "Needs improvement with customer relations"
We did not have any hot water during our stay and when we asked for some compensation on the room, they would not give any compensation
"Nice room for the money"
Clean room, with a lot to see within walking distance of the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide varity to choose from. Unfortunately, we were only staying one night, and awoke to no hot water to shower after traveling most of the day before. May want to validate there are no issues upon checkin.

Pluses: great location, very quiet, helpful and friendly staff Minuses: parking far away, very small shower We had difficulty finding the hotel, parking and other places in Genova even with GPS.

Hidden in a crentral square offers really good value for such a central location. The breakfasts are really great too, with nice meats and hams. Service very friendly. Rooms clean with wooden floors. A bit bare but very comfortable

bel hotel situe dans la vieille ville de Genes, a proximite du port , des principaux monuments pour ceux qui veulent visiter, ville agreable a vivre, a flaner dans les petites ruelles sur les pas de Christoph Colomb

C'est surtout la qualité de l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel que je retiendrai.Sinon chambre agréable de bonne taille et petit déjeuner cool....on ne vous met pas dehors à 10 H 01 et tout ça avec le sourire!J'y retournerai si je passe par Genes

Ruime parkeergarage dicht bij. Gunstig gelegen t.o.v. de meest belangrijke bezienswaardigheden in Genua. Geen kwaad woord van te zeggen.
