Nice hotel but the indoor pool was very small though. It says only 12 people in at a time. The towels were very small too, for the pool and in the room. My room was a little different from the pictures but no biggie, it still was still nice. The only bad thing I can say was the staff at the front desk was lazy and mostly not even there if you call and […] need something. I called 3 times in the morning for additional towels and no answer. When I finally got ahold of someone they wanted us to get them ourselves. Lisateave

We had a great experience! Great staff especially the Front Desk Manager Jillian and another lady who checked us in (forgot her name)...our room was very nice & super clean! :) breakfast was a nice bonus!!! :)

The hotel seems recently renovated. Its clean. The room we stayed in (King room w/ sofa bed) is big as a whole room but the area where the bed is, its very cramped. It they could just move the wall separating the bedroom area from the sitting area towards the sitting area, then it would give a little bit more space to move around the bedroom. The location […] is good as its very near Ikea and the outlet mall. But its a bit noisy at nite due to highway noise. The breakfast is ok, if you manage to get there on time. I came down 10 min before 10Am and the staff are already starting to put away the food. Lisateave

It was a great stay overall. The only disappointing part was they closed the hot tub permanently and didn't tell us until we asked after going into the pool area to use it and it wasn't posted on any websites that it was closed. Otherwise, great location, quiet area with awesome restaurants within walking distance!

A nice, comfortable hotel. The location is so-so, but then I am not a fan of Round Rock and its nightmarish traffic and its suburban trappings. The front desk manager was/is extremely helpful and funny. Enjoyed our stay - the room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the staff was friendly. The room was designed like an efficiency apartment; it was well-appointed with small work desk area, kitchen area including fridge and microwave, living room, bedroom, bathroom, all with updated furnishings. Our room was next to the mechanical room and the rumbling of the water heater kept the wife up all night.

Nothing at all to complain about! The breakfast is a great spread for children. There's nothing truly healthy besides fruit but for free, it's okay! The room was clean, the staff was very kind and helpful.

At first I was extremely impressed with this hotel. We booked 2 nights ahead of time since we love staying in the Round Rock area. The colors and decor looked great; bright, refreshing, retro-modern. Once we reached our floor (3), there was a distinct odor of old mold/mildew. It was very humid/damp feeling, especially once we entered the room. Front desk clerk was above and beyond nice, courteous, and friendly!my reason for choice of this particular hotel was the pool...indoor and warm! Perfect! Nearby food, drugstore, etc...will be returning for another visit.

Great hotel, clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows are exceptional! 2 out of the 3 front desk staff i delt with were rude but other than that had a great stay. Good location close to shopping and dining.

First room was OK initially but the A/C developed a condensate leak which got the carpet wet. Reported situation to front desk and they gave us another room which had recently been updated.

THE HOTEL WAS GREAT FOR THE PRICE. THE INDOOR POOL & HOT TUB WAS WONDERFUL. THE POOL WAS ACTUALLY HEATED, UNLIKE SOME PLACES THAT SAY THE POOL IS HEATED & THEN ITS VERY COLD. THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD ALSO. THE HOTEL WAS FULL OF CROSS COUNTRY RUNNERS & THEIR FAMILIES. THE HOTEL DID A GREAT JOB OF SERVING BREAKFAST TO PROBABLY AROUND AT LEAST 100 PEOPLE […] I WOULD GUESS. I stayed for a basketball tournament. The majority of the gurest were for softball. The lobby was nice, but the hallway leading to the dual elevators was filthy. The staff maintanence doors were proped open with dirty towel on the floor making the hall way very forboding as you could not tell who might emerge from the unsecured location. The indoor […] pool was nice. It is very close to the outley mall and easy to find. The desk staff was courteous, but the condition of the hotel is not what would be expected for such a new facility. The carbet in the elevators was unraveling, and the decor had bits missing here and there in what appears to be a very new building. The internet and TV were great - all HD and digital, but I was unhappy with the security as I was traveling with mnor children. Lisateave
