I would have given this hotel a 5/5 but, on the last day, the cleaning lady came around at 7:15 AM and woke me up. In another room, my colleague was in the washroom and did not hear the cleaning staff enter the room.

Clean and comfortable. What we would expect for Towneplace Suites. Commend the Staff for getting up early on a very cold (5degF) Xmas morning to clean the sidewalks of snow. Friendly. Pet friendly hotel. We were unaware of $25/day fee though. Fee on Marriot web site, but not identified on mobile aps. Good price. Std continental breakfast with pancakes […] and ham. I was in the Denver area searching for a home over Thanksgiving weekend and found a great rate at the Towneplace Suites in Littleton. The room was very comfortable and accommodating, especially after days that were filling searching the town for an apartment.

Hate to say it since the property is in very nice condition and the staff actual smiles when you walk into the lobby...but the heating unit in the room(s) were horribly noisy. The reason I say room(s) is - after ours had awakened us for about the third time (at 4:11 am) we finally decided to just turn it off for the last hour. I left in my earplugs […] though, just to be on the safe side. A few minutes later, I was doing one of those kind of "just can win" sarcastic chuckles. My husband heard and he said: Are you laughing because you just heard the one come on in the room next door? He proceeded to assess that it's not just the abrupt sound of the unit initiating airflow, but it was also more a reverberation from room to room. We had a really poor night's sleep here, unfortunately. The guy at the front desk offered to bring us more blankets when I'd originally called down, but that was the best he could do. My fiance and I stayed at the Towneplace Suites in Littleton for 3 nights for a family wedding. We arrived late and were greeted by a staff member who got us checked in quickly. The suite was wonderful. Everything was clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. We very much enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning […] and the location was prefect for what we needed. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for those traveling for an extended period of time. The kitchen was stocked with pots, plates, glasses, etc. which would make it easy for someone to make this hotel a home away from home. Everything was wonderful about this stay. My fiance and I needed a night out and the convenience of everything was wonderful. I would most definitely book with hotel.com again and I would love to return to this Marriott!

The hotel is located about 20mins from central Denver and the area is very peaceful, safe, and quiet, not to mention a great view. The actual rooms are very clean and furnished with fairly new furniture. The customer service people were very friendly and helpful, no problems there. While the room was nice little details became evidence against the maintenance crew. The counter top wasn't even attached to the cabinet, one of the fixtures nearly shocked my wife due to it being broken, and various cracks and chips in the paint here and there. The hotel staff were very friendly, attentive and made me feel very welcome. The property is in a quiet, scenic location adjacent to the foothills and open space, with a couple office buildings close by. This hotel is located just before deer creek canyon right at the foot of the mountains. The view is breath taking with plenty of nearby accommodations. I believe its seclusion is what makes it unique. Very clean, with friendly staff. Rooms were available in a pinch (my situation) This place gets my thumbs up.

This hotel is not a full service hotel but the services they had were excellent. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff are service oriented and while I am sure some business travelers stay here as they have suites and kitchenettes, it was primarily families we envountered, like ourselves, vacationing and taking day trips. We enjoyed the stay, housekeeping was consistently stingy with towels only giving us 3 when 4 people were staying in the room.

We have been staying at this hotel for over 4 years and it is still our favorite place to stay it is like old home week. We know several people who work there and they always know us. We like the quiet surrounding area away from the city and close to family.

I always like to stay at the Townplace Suites because it is very close to my daughter and is a nice quiet place and feels safe. The front desk and cleaning staff is very helpful and accomodating.

When you check in to Towneplace Suites, be sure and ASK about the maid service. We did not do that and they did not tell us that we were only going to have maid service every other day. Also, you do not get the sheets changed unless you stay more than a certain number of days. We stayed six nights and the sheets were not changed during our stay.

This hotel fitted my needs perfectly it was close to what I needed to do and access to freeways is simple. The map does not show the location correctly and is not as close in proximity to the freeway as implied. My room was next to the road on the ground floor but was quiet, did hear the occasional car but not enough to disturb me. Well kept, very nice hotel. A studio suite with a small, but complete kitchen. Near Littleton, CO, off of C470, but away from all the hustle--off the beaten path--which we really enjoyed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Included continental breakfast, which is unusual for a Townsuite. We enjoyed the ability to easily get on C470 and head to the mountains […] to do some hiking and enjoy the outdoors. At the same time a mall and other stores/ restaurants were nearby--like within 5-10 minutes. We'd definitely stay here again. Lisateave

The room layout was perfect. It seemed to have everything we needed and more. It was a little bit inconvenient for us because so much of the time, we had to drive north (but was perfect for the drives to Parker and to Castle Rock).

This hotel was really nice. The kitchenette was handy and the room was comfortable. The pool is outdoors and fairly small, and there is no hot tub. There are some fun things to do in the area and it is fairly close to groceries, convenience stores and other shopping.

The Townplace Marriott in SW Denver was wonderful. Four of us were in the area for a family reunion. We especially enjoyed the nearby park within walking distance which had great hiking trails. Also the proximity to restaurants was nice, a lot of variety, some place for every appetite. It was easy to get to from the airport, staff was friendly and helpful […] and the breakfast was tasty. The hotel was a little ways away from everything but that worked out just fine for us. We didn't mind driving a little bit to places that we needed to get to. Being away from the busy places, didn't bother us at all. The facilities were great. Our only complaint, is that the parking lot was not big enough to hold all the vehicles that were there.
