We stayed here for a concert at the Comcast Center. The location was great but felt the hotel was rather outdated for the cost. We would probably look for a different hotel next time.

As soon as you walk into the lobby there is a strange smell you can't quite describe. Then you notice all the dogs getting on an off the elevator and walking through corridors and going outside the surrounding woods area with there owners to use the bathroom. We were lucky to stay there during some dog show. The room was decent better than expected […] actually. But the hallways lobby and elevators absolutely gross. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room amenities were non existent, just 2 bars of soap. At 5:00AM was able to hear guests of the hotel waking each other up to for their bus departure. Definitely no more then a 2 star motel

This hotel had good service, comfort and the location was convenient( located right after you come out of rout 95). I gave a 3 to cleanliness because the bed linen had some stains... Overall, my family and I had a good experience.

It was a comfortable room, with the normal amenities. The hotel was close to major highways and very easy to get to. The hotel staff were very quick, efficient and professional.

Management informed me that it recently switched completely to a non-smoking hotel. To update facility, each room was remodeled. Unfortunately the hallways still stank of smoke. Additionally, trash located near ice-machine wasn't emptied for two days - leaving a stench that wafted throughout the fifth floor - how could staff neglect such a putrid detail? When […] checking into my room - also found prior tenant's old food in the fridge - seriously! Save for those problems - you can't beat the price. Would I stay here again? Sure. The hotel was full on my first night. I could not access the internet from my room on the 5th floor. I got moved to the first floor and still have a very weak signal and had to keep signing back on at the hotel's sign in page. The next day I moved to the second floor where the signal was stronger. The hotel was clean and inexpensive, which is all I was really looking for; my opinion is that the beds were not super comfortable and the ac in the room was super loud, but again, I wasn't really expecting much. Good hotel, good service levels.

We chose this Motel because it was within walking distance of the commuter train to Boston, though there was lots of cheap parking at the station (Mansfield). Room was large, modern, clean, comfortable - there was a microwave for communal use, ice machine, grocery store nearby. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel had great convenience in terms of parking, however, when it comes to the cleanliness of the rooms it leaves much to be desire because both myself and my wife had to change rooms too times due to the fact that the first room wasn't service and the second room which was an upgrade courtesy of the hotel had a bad odor coming from a clogged up […] bath tub and lastly our final upgrade to the hotel's suite had broken hair all over the room including on the beds Lisateave

For the price, this was a great hotel and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Water pressure in the shower was amazing and tons of hot water.

Most of the Red Roof Inns I've stayed in have outside corridors and a sort of glorified Motor Lodge feel. This was much more like a hotel, with inside hallways and elevators and a real lobby. But the floors in the room weren't that clean, and the TV channels were extremely limited. It was fine for one night, but this wasn't their best location.

My only complaint is that wifi did not work on third floor. The week before I had stayed in room on fourth floor and the wifi worked well.

This property was recently renovated and is now smoke-free. This is a real asset and the new bedding was nice, too.

Could have used a hotter shower. Otherwise the room was fine. No breakfast in the area and the coffee comes with white powdered stuff.

Staff was wonderful but the lobby and elevator were dirty, the coffee was empty at 8:30am and still empty when we left at 10:30 and the worst thing is that there was no hot water. Theshower temperature was a tad bit colder than luke warm. Other guests had the same complaint throughout the morning.

The heater unit in my room could not be turned off. When I turned the temperature all the way down, the fan still cycled up during the night and woke me up. Maintenance looked at it and really didn't understand what the 'stop' position on the dial was meant to do. I did ask the front desk for a new room for my 2nd night, but then had to move all my […] stuff. I still wonder if room 216 has a bad control knob on its heater. Just don't accept that room unless you can feel the knob move thru each position. Lisateave

Most of the public areas of the hotel were dirty and in some form of disrepair. The room was satisfactory, wish there had been a mini-fridge (but apparently that's only in specific types of rooms). It's an ok choice if your options are limited, and you're only staying a short time.
