Parking lot is almost undriveable, full of severe potholes. No coffee pots in rooms but thats a minor detail.

THE HOTEL WAS RIGHT OFF THE HIGHWAY, THE ONLY RESTAURANT ON THE EXIT WAS IN THE HOTEL. THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE, THE SHOWER WAS HOT AND THE POOL LOOKED MASSIVE. THE HOTEL NOT THE CLEANEST BUT IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO SLEEP CHEAP, THIS WAS A GOOD PLACE.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE TOTAL SERVICE THERE . THE ROOM WAS CLEAN HAD PLENTY OF TOWELS . POOL WAS HEATED AND RELAXING . THE BARTENDER WAS EXCELLENT AND DRINKS WERE RIGHT ON AND FOUND A NEW DRINK . FOOD WAS OK . OVERALL FOR A WEEKEND GETAWAY I HAD A GREAT TIME IN LIMA . IF IN THE AREA AGAIN WILL SURELY STOP IN .

For the price of the hotel, it was a great stay. It's a massive hotel with cool looking interiors. Renaissance-esque. The hot water didn't work in the room, which didn't bother me. The restaurant had just opened and my friend and I were the only ones in it that night. Food was pretty good. 'Boneless wings' are just chicken nuggets with no hot sauce […] on them. Sliding door to corridor lock does not keep door from opening. Sink in bathroom has drain leakage. Counter in bathroom falling apart. Sink drain plugged up. Bed frames don't fit box spring right and one was bent out 2 inch so it would catch your ankle as you walk next to it and the wall. Booked a room with two double beds for four people and still only […] had two bath towels. Best thing about this place would be the pool. It was clean. Lisateave

The room was dirty and the one bed had a wheel missing so it was uneven. The bath tub had no plug so my son could take a bath. There was no key for the safe inside the room. The room was to have high speed internet access. I was not able to get a signal in the room or even out side by the pool. Old Hotel , Unkeep building and grounds. In need of maintenance. Food was bad. DOUBLE BOOKED OUR ROOM. Another couple actualy walked in to our room using a key card.

The staff was very friendly and the first appearance of the lobby was impressive for a cheaper motel. Then we get to room, and was very disappointed. Beds were horrible, could feel springs in mattress and pillows were flat! Then went to the bathroom.. a huge black ant was in there, wall paper coming off the wall, the shower had hair in it.. the shower […] curtian was GROSS.. there was more, but I think you get the idea. I am very sorry to write a review like this, and I hope that they do improvements. They said they were working on it and were having trouble gettting the money to to repairs.. well repairs are one thing... nasty unclean bathroom is another thing. Lisateave

This motel is adequate, has a beautiful Olympic sized pool, close parking, a small exercise room, but no restaurant in the nearby vicinity. Our grandson had a wonderful time and that was the purpose of the stay. He loved it!

The first room had a suspended ceiling in the bath which had collapsed into the tub. The second room had a filthy bath room. I choose not to shower in the AM. Maybe the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

We had a poolside room and the sliding door would not lock. The bed frame was broken and the head of the bed was about 6" lower than the foot. Big chunk of plaster was peeling off the wall that they had tried to fix with duct tape. AC was blowing out warm air. We asked for a new room so they put us in the one next door and it was pretty much the same […] except the door lock did work on that one. Water in the tub was ankle deep by the end of a shower because drain was so slow. This used to be a nice place but now it's being held together with plumber's caulk and duct tape. To their credit, the pool was pretty nice and they front desk guy tried to be helpful but there's only so much you can do in a dump. Lisateave

The room was a nice size, the beds fairly comofortable, there was some staining in the shower area like a water leak in the ceiling, no bath mat, airconditioner didn't work properly, quiet, parking lot needed cleaned up of broken bottles and cig. butts, lots of grass to walk dogs. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Good location for the dog show.

I understand the hotel is in a comeback phase so some items were not as they could have been. Th eimportant things were that the parking area is well lit; the air worked well and there was hot water for showers. The sheets were clean and the room was fairly well prepped for guests. The hotel staff was considerate and when we had an encounter with an […] unhappy guest, the hotel took our information and spoke with the guests on our behalf. The pool area was clean and looked very inviting (we did not bring suits). Other than those things, we were close to the highway and to our destination. It would be nice to have had furniture to sit on without seeing the dirt on the sofa and sinking into the chair at the desk with the broken drawer. Lisateave
