We had a great time. The service was excellent, a very helpful and cheerful guy called Adami served us for dinner and breakfast and really kept us entertained.

Perfect location for parking the car and then using public transport to go into London. Room was fine but unfortunately we seemed to be near a door at the end of the corridor and were disturbed by it banging. Did not go for the extra charge for breakfast. Also not happy with the cost of wifi at £5 a hour so did not go for that. We did not realise that […] there was a £5 a day car parking charge as this was not pointed out to us at check in. My stay was good but will not stay there again because the hotel has no free wifi or any form of free Internet for customers. Apart from that the service was fantastic and the room super clean. The proximity to Brent cross shopping centre is superb.

Hotel was very nice. The room was very nice, clean, comfortable and spacey. The hotel itself is far from the airports. The nearest train station is about a 5-10 minute walk away from the hotel, and train ride is about 10-15 mins from central London. Fortunately, the hotel has a van that drives you to/from the station.

We needed a place to stay that was close to my parents' apartment. The Holiday Inn Brent Cross satisfied us in that regard and was excellent in other regards. Visitors to London might prefer to stay in a prettier neighborhood -- this hotel is basically located by a huge shopping mall and numerous roads and flyovers -- but if you have business in this […] area it is a very good choice. The workers there were awful. If you were on fire they wouldn't show you where water was, much less get it for you. The people alone is enough for me to never stay at this hotel again.

OK - but I do not want to be asked on arrival if I will be taking breakfast at the "promotional" price. I don't know!! When we went for breakfast we discovered that the "promotional" price did not apply as we had not ordered it two days earlier. Instead of £11.50 they wanted £14.95. We told them to keep it.

Comfortable stay. Free shuttle to and from Brent Cross Station which is nice. Not the friendliest of service from one of the ladies at the front desk. It is a little way off from central London, but had a specific reason for staying in the area. Wouldn't mind staying here again if I needed to be in the Brent Cross area.

Our second stay here and it was about as pleasant as the first. Rooms were always clean and neat. Food was ok. Shuttle service was better and more reliable with a bigger vehicle. There was a problem at the end with our bill, for some reason there was a room charge that shouldn't have been there. The staff charged me once and invalidated the second bill […] (we had two rooms). Had first shock when reception told me that they are fully booked and can not offer a room. Instead they offered me to be shifted to another hotel far away from this place. This trauma was in spite of my confirmed advance paid booking through hotels.com. People were unfriendly and the shuttle was not convenient as far as timing. I checked in to my room only to find it hadn't been cleaned (and when they did clean it, I still found items left by the previous guest).

as far as European hotels go this is more than i expected. the rooms were clean and comfortable, the neighborhood is exactly what you would expect from a low middle class neighborhood. it's not far from the tube station or buses. and in just 4 tube stops you are in "the city". the staff was friendly and helpful if you knew the right questions to ask. […] there is an ice machine on the 1st floor, and to make a call it costs 2 pounds just to dial. and if you happen to stay there the bartender Carlos is great! we enjoyed a pint evey evening and he was wonderful! other than that it was a great experience and we would stay there again, for the price you definately get your moneys worth. This hotel was ok for the price. It was not very easily accessible. It does have a shuttle but the pay phones at the tube wouldn't work to call for it. So we ended up taking the bus (which is located across the street from the tube) and walking the rest of the way to the hotel. The roads are not very safe because the people drive so fast!!! We arrived in Brent-Cross 12 hrs later than expected due to a delay in JHB. We were collected (despite the late hour) by a very cheerful driver -Mr. Rashid whose friendly disposition took the edge off the biting cold for "four frozen foreigners". The Staff were always very professional and helpful and the young gent in the Restaurant very pleasant and […] obliging. Our Family room was small but cosy and clean. To our surprise Brent Cross was not that far out of London despite various reports - a quick 20 minute tube ride found us in the heart of London - ready to explore. The hotel is situated in an ideal location from travelling from the north, at the bottom of the M1 motorway. The staff are friendly and very efficent. They offer a shuttle service to the nearest tube station free of charge. Which is very useful whem travelling to a show. I would recommend this hotel.

The worst reception staff we ever met in our life...They were very rude & unhelping.The location of the hotel is really bad, we were visiting London for the first time so being unaware about the area we booked it assuming "Holiday Inn" should be ok... They supposedly have a free shuttle to & from Brent cross tube station but unfortunately we had to […] take cab as it was never available...We were there for 3 days and the last when we had to leave for airport, we asked them the day before if shuttle would be available to drop us to train station, they said it would be, next day morning we had to leave at 7 am and there shuttle also starts at 7 but it was unavailable, front desk staff told us they had changed the time and from that it would leave at 7.30, we waited untill then to hear from another staff member that the time has been changed to 8, we took a cab then...and instead of being apologetic they were very rude to us.... They had free beakfast for some people so we went to ask the front desk about it as to how does it work and without even informing me they charged us $37 for breakfast for 2.... There were lots of bad experieces we had at Holiday Inn, I will never ever again again at Holiday Inn, anywhere...Would not recommend it to anybody as they have nothing positive abt them...They are in a pretty bad location and to top it they have a very losy, rude staff...Don't ruin your trip by staying here.... Veldig godt fornøyd med oppholdet, som vi vanligvis er med Holiday Inn (Express)-kjeden. Billig, rent, god service, trivelig betjening. Vi kjørte fra Stansted. Gikk greit med GPS. Godt med parkeringsplass helt inntil hotellet. Vi valgte Brent Cross fordi vi måtte finne et relativt billig sted på kort varsel, da vi fikk billetter til FA-cupfinalen kun […] dager før kampen. Måtte da litt ut av London. Det er alltid en ulempe, men hotellet lå kun 20-25 minutter med lokalbuss fra Wembley, og hadde en utmerket tilbringer og hentetjeneste til nærmest undergrunnsstasjon, Brent Cross, noen hundre meter unna. Denne ligger på Northern Line, og vi kom oss inn til sentrum midt på en fredag på ca 20-25 minutter. Fullt ut akseptabelt. Det er et kjøpesenter ved Brent Cross, men ellers er det ikke nabolaget som er årsaken til at man legger seg inn ved dette hotellet..... Helt basic engelsk frokost - dog med lappemaskin, til ungas begeistring! Grei restaurant og bar til bruk på kveldstid. Kan absolutt anbefales dersom man tvinges ut av sentrum på en tur til London. Fint hotell til grei pris. Litt trist beliggenhet og et stykke til t-banen, men hotellet hadde shuttle buss kjørte og hentet når du hadde behov for det. Veldig bra service. Stort kjøpesenter rett på andre siden av veien.

Wir hatten ein 4-Bett Zimmer und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist nicht schön, aber durchaus attraktiv, da sowohl die nächste Metro Station als auch ein riesiges Einkaufszentrum ziemlich nahe liegen. Der Weg in die City (das Hotel liegt in Tarifzone 3) war sowohl mit der Tube als auch mit dem (roten Doppeldecker) Bus schnell erledigt. Die Erreichbarkeit […] mit dem Auto ist sehr gut. Als Fußgänger muß man allerdings Abstriche machen, da 2 kurze Stücke des Fußweges durch bauliche Maßnahmen für die Benutzung erschwert wurden. Der Hotelbetreiber hat hierfür jedoch eine professionelle Lösung gefunden und einen kostenlosen Shuttelservice zur Metro und zum Einkaufszentrum eingerichtet, der problemlos und unkompliziert funktionierte. Frühstück hatten wir nur am ersten Tag. Wir fanden ein umfangreiches Menu vor, das wir mit gut bewerten würden. Frühstück im Haus ist praktisch. Man kann aber auch im Einkaufszentrum oder der Stadt frühstücken. Das Personal war professionell und durchweg freundlich. Das Ambiente war angenehm. Fazit: Wir waren gern hier, fühlten uns nah genug an der City und können das Hotel empfehlen. Lisateave
