The hotel staff is very friendly. Overall the hotel was great. I travel weekly for business and have returned several times to this hotel. Always the same friendly staff and the quality of the rooms are clean. My only complaint is the hair dryer is kinda old and some of the carpet is old. They have great TV's and the location is pretty convenent.

The bath shower tub diverter valve was so contaminanted with calcium so that water was coming out of both shower and spicket at the same time. The bath tub drain did not seal correctly also do to calcium, build up, poor maintenance, The refrigerator made way to much noise!! Room #102

The staff were absolutely brilliant, we stayed for a week, they couldn't be more helpful, when we mentioned we were going to the pool, the manager asked the maintenance man to clean the pool and brought us iced water and towels to use, over and above the call of duty! The breakfast was good, although a tiny room, best to take away to your room. The […] queen bed was incredibly comfy and apparently was new! Just off the freeway so convenient for Glendale and Pasadena although a little noisy. Lisateave

This hotel is clean and convenient. However, when taking a shower, be sure to close the window in the bathroom as the neighbors can look right into the shower from higher floors.

The staff were friendly and hospitable. I recommend this hotel if you're visiting Occidental College because of its location. While the hotel is at a busy location next to the Glendale Freeway, it is still relatively quiet and secluded. It was a good value.

Our room was clean, cool and inviting when we arrived. The bed was comfortable and we had plenty of pillows to prop up my husband after he had undergone eye surgery. I also really appreciated the hand held shower-head...first time I'd ever seen one in a hotel...a great touch!

This hotel was very conveniently located to the areas I wanted to visit. They do not have wheelchair accessibility, even though they claim they do. It's been sort of retrofitted to have a little cement access way to get onto the walkway outside, but if you are traveling alone and are in a wheelchair, I would say it would be quite difficult to manuever […] yourself around or if you are not super physically fit to manuever your companion around who is in a wheelchair, find a different hotel. It worked for us as I am able to "muscle" my way through situations so we were fine. The room was quite large and worked fine for us and I made the bathroom work for my child who is the one in the wheelchair. The place was clean, comfortable and very quiet. We stayed five days and I would come back here again if they were partnered with hotels.com but it turns out the five days I stayed did not count towards earning a free night which upset me because I only found out after we stayed there. Não fiquei hospedada no hotel. Fiz o check-in mais, por conta de um incoveniente, não hospedei. Ao tentar entrar no guarto, a porta não abria por conta do trilho da cortina que havia caido, impedindo a abertura da porta. Chamado o responsável do hotel pra providências cabíveis, este não atendeu a contento, fazendo-nos esperar um bom tempo, sem qualquer […] providência, foi então que solicitei mudança de guarto e tive como retorno, que não havia nenhum outro disponível,fui então orientada a aguardar um pouco mais, até que pudessem resolver o problema, e como não podemos perder tempo em viagens desse tipo, não aceitei o argumento. Eles ofereceram desconto pelo contra-tempo ou cancelamento da reserva, então optei pelo cancelamento. O guarto tinha um tamanho bom e estava aparentemente, bem arrumado e limpo. A atendente do dia, foi muito atenciosa e simpática, enfim, se não tivesse ocorrido o problema, teríamos ficado no hotel, até pq atendia as nossas necessidades(dormir ao final do dia de passeios).
