Seems like there are some problems on the kitchen service. We place our breakfast card outside of our hotel room door around 9:30pm and it was never picked so we had to leave for our morning funeral with no breakfast. Next morning, we decided to call in breakfast and it took easily 10 min before the kitchen answered our call.

Excellent staff, I have now stayed at this hotel 2 times within 6 months for a big event. They went way beyond the normal to help us with every request!

Staff were terrific. Had to have something shipped to the hotel and also picked up and return shipped. They handled it with care for us. We attended a banquet there. Good food and service.

Hotel was ok. Nothing to brag about. The bathroom was small and a little dated, loud old fashioned window type A/C unit. The room had an old mildew smell to it.

Small things made this stay unpleasant, nothing large was really found. Tv didn't work properly in spite of 2 complaints I made, room not cleaned properly, staff too eager to help, felt like I was attacked when I walked in the door, just small things that cumulatively made my stay not enjoyable. A MAJOR complaint I had was about the restaurant. I wanted […] to stop by and have a steak and potato on my last night, have a quiet evening, and go to bed to get ready for traveling the next morning. Apparently, a guest can't walk in and just order whatever they want. They have to order what's on the "menu", and apparently, they don't have potatoes on the menu on Thursday night, so I got told I could not have what I wanted because it wasn't on the menu. I mentioned to the server that I didn't want what was on the menu, I wanted what I wanted, and got told that if it wasn't on the menu, I couldn't have it. The staff looks like they enjoy their job. They were always smiling and eager to assist. That is why I will be stayin at this location on my next trip to Houston.

Our room had a dirty comforter, torn sofa and I found a scrub pad on the far side of the bed. The hotel lobby is beautiful but even the second room we were moved to had torn places in the sofa. Not at all up to Hilton standards.

This hotel was on the site as being in Sugarland....but is not! It is in a horrible part of town and we did NOT stay there. It is across the street from a large strip club, and after dark, the hookers start walking the streets. It's a very, very unsafe part of town. When we checked in we were given a key to a dirty room, they switched us out and the staff did not over clean the room 2 out of our 3 day stay. Horrible excuse of a hotel. Staff did not even care or acknowledge our dissatisfaction. It was disgusting!!!

This is NOT the standard of a Hilton Hotel! Does not look at all like the pictures on their site - the best part was the lobby, but the rooms are the quality of a Best Western. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I paid extra for an upgraded room after seeing the original room, and was moved to the penthouse upper level floor to a "nicer" room; however, the only thing […] nicer about it was the view out of the window. On the second day a HUGE 3-4" roach appeared on the wall. I called front desk and they sent up the maintenance guy with a can of bug spray - he sprayed and sprayed and sprayed and the roach went into the air conditioning unit and hopefully died; however after spraying in the A/C unit, it never worked well after that and never cooled below 74 degrees. The ROACH experience is enough to stay away from this hotel ... but unless you are paying a low cost per night you will disappointed with the quality of the rooms here. Also, a car near ours had 2 of it's windows busted out during the last night of our stay!!! Lisateave

Room and bathroom was no clean and nasty. Hair was still in bathtub. I asked to not be in a noisy area, but was stuck right infront of the elevators on the 5th floor. EXTREAMLY noisy. I learned that you pay for what you get. I thought I was getting a good deal in a Hilton but I was paying for a terrible experience. I eill never stay in this hotel in […] Houston again. The hotel and room were really nice. THE AC SUCKED!!!!! It was so hot at night. We could never get it to stay on unless with was on fan. When we called down to see about them looking at it or maybe having a fan that we could use, we were advised to open the window!!!! Will never go back because of this.

They will pound on your door at 9:30am to clean your room. I told them to come back later and they came back at 10:30. My check out time was for 1:00pm. Lets just say I got 3 hours of sleep thanks to house keeping. When I asked the front desk what they were going to do to make it right the black woman at the front desk said I cant do anything. I paid […] $20 for four bottles of water and she said she wouldnt take it off. The hotel was ghetto and didnt even have valet. The parking was a nightmare too. Not in a good part of town either so if you park far good luck not getting mugged. Lisateave

Very good value. Great amenities like complimentary newspaper, coffee, business center, and wi-fi. Restaurant a little pricey, but high quality. Noisy facing the freeway, and entry and exit from freeway, not convenient to hotel.

This hotel was in a giid location. The staff was nice and professional. They even let me check out an hr later with no charge. The room was a non- smoke room but somebody definitly smoked in there. That was my only problem. The smoke smell was in the sheets. Overall it was a good hotel and a good price.:-)

Good hotel, decent location. Saves money to stay somewhere like this and pay for event parking rather than pay more to stay downtown and pay for hotel parking and then pay again for event parking.

i picked this hilton, thinking the name represents a set standard with quality. boy was i wrong, and i am not a picky person, just a clean room with shower would have been good enough for me. first of all, this hotel is right next to a night club by a very busy freewway, if you are a light sleeper, this will not be the choice of stay. what bothers […] me the most is, Februaray in Texas, while winter is drags and hot shower is needed, there is no hot water in the shower. it was late, so we didn't want to bother the front desk. when i told them right next day, the front desk said " oh i am sorry, you should have told me, you already prepaid the room, and that's it " , wow, how courteous.. nighborhood is sorta sketchy. there was a party going on first floor, they really trashed the public bathroom. i really not normally like to complain, but the quality of this hotel is just so bad, i have to give my inputs so other people will benefit from this review. i feel embarrased for hilton, hope this doesn't represent other locations.. We arrived very late but our room was reserved for us. It was immaculate. No stains on carpet or bedspread. The beds were very comfortable, we had a coffee maker in the room as well. The bathroom too was shiny clean. The breakfast buffet was delightful & all service people were eager to help. My only regret is that we stayed only one night.

The first night that we were there, because we had requested a lower floor, there was a party taking place in the party room next to ours. Management came to our room and offered to just move us and leave our stuff in our room until the party was over. They were very accommodating and cordial. I was impressed overall with their staff.

I had a problem with my remote control on my TV, they fixed it in a matter of minutes. The second night I was here, there was a loud, roudy, bunch of kids slamming doors and running down the hallways next door. I asked to be moved. The hotel itself was nice but its location was hard to access. The room was nice and clean but the location was not convenient to downtown. Overall it was a nice place but if you have things to do downtown, I suggest some where else. But if not going downtown this is the place to stay.
