Due to the fact this hotel was under major renovation, should have possibly been shut down or the rates been seriouly ajusted. One of the rooms had a serious paint oder, not air out enough. Construction cleanup not very well maintained (cigarette butts up and down the halls). The staff that checked us in was not very pleasant. You should have told us it was under construction before we arrived. It would be nice to have more than 1 pillow. It was nice and clean. Good breakfast. Overall fine.

Well at first we were leary about staying here due to the poor reviews and we concider ourselves very picky but because it was graduation week end this was the only hotel room avaiable, sure it was under remodeling there were workers everywhere but they we nice and were gone around 5 pm. that was nice and the staff ,very friendly and we asked for an […] iron and board they said sure we'll bring one over, very friendly folks there it was very quiet and clean, we did have a great night and will stay there again and as far as the price we got the best deal in town and for those folks that gave bad reviews that had to be the reson for remodeling and new paint new carpets, so those thinking of staying there we recommend it . Half of hotel was being re-modeled, which is all good as it needed it. I think we had a newly refreshed room. Brand new paint as even the clothes would smell paint after a day! new carpet, linens etc. All good. The construction workers took up way too much space in parking lot. I booked late so I ended up paying more for the room that it's worth. At normal rates if I had booked earlier, it would have been a better experience. The hotel and room is exactly what I would expect from this hotel chain. No frills, but clean.

Stayed here during the Simplot indoor track events. Staff did awesome considering the large influx of athletes coming and going. Breakfast was simple but great. Everyone had plenty to eat. We had asked for a non-smoking room and that is what we got, but the room and corridor outside were very smoky. We had to put a rolled up towel under the door to keep the smoke out of our room. When choosing budget motels, I rely on the Super 8 chain, and this location is one of the nicer ones. I found the room and the bed extremely comfortable for the price. It's true that you get what you pay for. However, shouldn't every hotel shampoo their carpets once in awhile? I couldn't believe how black my white socks became after walking across the carpet of my room. Gross.

The hotel itself was fine with no problems but for the extremely noisy guests above me. I didn't get much sleep because of them but that shouldn't reflect on the hotel itself. The room was clean and they had a great TV in it.

Hotel is in the beginning process of a complete update. New mattresses were being installed. Room was typical Super 8 and very roomy and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was typical Super 8. Hotel still offers smoking rooms on certain floors and you can smell smoke in the hallways. I would suggest they discontinue offering […] smoking rooms and move it outside. TV equipment was new flat screen but no cable movie channels They could use HBO. Room coffee, and refer were good. I was upset when we first arrived and ended up having to pay a fee for our dog, even though I called ahead of time and asked about this. The guy said no, no extra fee... Annoying really. Then we got locked out of our room because our keys got deactivated. Not really convienient when we needed to get ready for a wedding and the front dest worker was […] LESS than helpful. The blankets had many stains and recent spills. We were only given one washcloth for two people. The air -conditioner sounded like an engine. Just an overall wonderful experience. We had some issues with needing to get a room on the first floor with a refrigerator and they made it happen without question. Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to the interstate wonderful restaurants nearby. The best super 8 I've ever stayed at by far.

Interior of room is dated. Tv is old CRT version with poor picture quality. The bed needs to be replaced as the springs are felt sitting on it. Not comfortable to sleep on. Floor in room and hallways wooden and squeaky.

Upon arrival, the clerk changed our room to one with a smaller and single bed. The cost was less, but we did not receive credit for the room that I registered for. Close to the freeway. That is the only thing this hotel has going for it. The whole place smelled bad. The walls and floors were so thin. Stained carpet, not so clean walls. Pillows that were so very flat we could not tell the difference when we removed tham. I would have no interest in ever staying there again.

One of the perks in staying at this motel is that quite a few of the surrounding restaurants give you 10% off your bill if you show the key card for the motel. We thought that was pretty neat. Also lots of tv channels, particularly MSNBC, which we appreciate. We found the breakfast disappointing, however. Little variety.

This motel was not 3 stars by a long shot. Bed was saggy, paint was coming off the walls in the bathroom, carpets were stained, smoking smell was prevalent in the hallways and the elevator, linens were scratchy as if no fabric softener was used during washing, sink stopper would not work. The hotel is a little older but they had it clean. No Smell. the clerk was very helpful and let us know that the eating establishments around there offered a discount if you show them you have a room key. Very nice indeed.
