There was only one available electrical outlet in the room and too far from the bed to be used for my CPAP machine. The motel didn't have an extension cord I could use. I've never run into this before so didn't think to bring my own. Woke up every 15 minutes without being able to use a CPAP to assist breathing. Staff & contental breakfast good. The facility could use further updating. The beds were adequate but not exceptional. Our stay was OK but would probably look for a newer facility when we revisit the Richland, Wa. area.

This hotel is barely adequate. It is in great need of refurbishment. Although I had a non-smoking room the smoke seeped in from smokers nearby. A good point: minimum breakfast foods were available.

I was in in the Tri-Cites area on business for a week. I checked in on Monday, the manager was very friendly and helpful I asked for a more private room so I could sleep peacefully at night. Our first impression was that the lobby had a very strong smell of mildew, but the lady behind the counter was helpful and got us a room right away even though we were early. Unfortunately, our room had a very strong and very bad smell of vomit. We went back to the office and asked a different girl for a new room. She gave us a key to a room furthest […] away from everything so we could check it out to see if we liked it. The room smelled better than our room, but still not great. We also passed MANY empty rooms on our way to this room, even though she told us this was the only available room. It would seem that she gave us the least convenient room because she didn't like that we complained. I called Expedia and booked a different hotel while my husband went to the office to tell them we were leaving. The girl told my husband we would still be charged for the first night because they had to clean the room since we had entered it. I will be disputing that, but if they had actually cleaned the room before we arrived we would have stayed. Lisateave

Unfortunately the room was not in really good condition. There were stains that looked like blood on the carpet, floor and wall. I went under the assumption that they were from possibly hair dye, but no telling for sure. Parking was totally inadequate on the one side of the hotel, but that is not really their fault - it is all about how close to the […] street the hotel was built. It was a challenge to park on one side of the hotel and have your room be on the other side. And in that heat with an 80+ year old guest, it makes it hard, even with the walk-through open area. Purchased room through Expedia. Easy check-in and check-out. Room was small, but clean and served its purpose. Free breakfast in the mornings was a plus especially with kiddos. Kids loved the pool, but need to trim or get rid of pine tree nearby. Lots of pine needles in the pool. Would stay again.

WE had problems with the TV the first night, but it was just a bad battery in the remote and that was quickly taken care of when we inquired. Overall was a clean room and with easy access.

In general our stay was good. Due to family emergency, we were unable to stay the second night, and when we asked for a refund they stated that we had to go through you. Close to some shops and a short walk across George Washingtonton Way to the Park and River walk, not to mention museum. Great Mexican res truants close by as well.

While the place is starting to show wear in the rooms, it was safe, comfortable and clean. We had all that we needed for our stay... comfort, safety, microwave, refrigerator, free WiFi, TV, AC that worked, pool, clean towels and linens, clock radio, coffee in room, coffee in lobby 24 hrs, continental breakfast... To boost ratings in my book, they could […] improve on the following: replace carpet and linoleum more frequently, assure that the shower curtains are washed or replaced more frequently (suspect that this was cause of "wet towel" faint smell), replace electrical sockets that do not "hold" plugs without falling out (my cellphone charger kept falling out of socket)...increase the size of the back parking lot (no outlet... and impossible to turn around without hopping the curb to the grass area) ...and stop the internet interruptions. We heard complaints from other team members staying at a nearby major hotel costing 2x as much but lacking the amenities we had... (even their AC was not working!!). This made us happy that we choose Days Inn!!! Lisateave

Room was clean. Beds were very firm. Continental breakfast was minimal, but ok. Noticed some damage to the bathroom door, but other than that, it was satisfactory. Weather was hot, pool was cold. Over all, not a bad stay.

It wasn't the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. However, the breakfast was poor and the bed was not that comfortable. I could feel every spring. I have definitely have paid less for a better stay.

the hotel was clean. we came into town early and asked if we could check in early. the front desk person was not friendly about it. we asked then if they had a restroom. and she said we have an employee restroom and nothing else. she was just not a friendly person or having a bad day and taking it out on us. very unimpressed...

Great for my needs, everything was as expected. I was looking for economy with extras. Rooms are small, and beds very firm. Clean and comfortable, I like have a refrigerator and microwave also breakfast buffet.

My room smelled like a Dirty Ash Tray !! YUCK ! The room was simple (which was fine) and organized, however, the carpet was discusting, and the room smelled dirty and old. My clothes, suitcase, and hair stunk like the odor from the room. The noise of the hotel was horrible. The room next to be was having a LOUD party and then I heard banging of headboards […] and other "noises" throughout the night. I was disappointed because I stayed in Richland to run a 1/2 marathon and felt I did not run well because of the lack of sleep. I will never stay here again. I'd rather pay an extra $25-30 to stay somewhere else. Dont let the discounted/cheap price influence you to stay here. It was overall discusting and a disappointment. Lisateave

Our room was so very small. It was not comfortable at all.. and didn't smell good. The shower head would be best suited for someone about 5' tall. You can hear EVERYTHING from neighboring rooms. Thankfully we got to this hotel at 1am and left by 6am. I didn't even want to stay that long!

The motel that I wanted in order to be with business collegues was fully booked for the first night I was in the area so I booked this one. It is what I expected for a Days Inn, maybe a little better. Comfy bed, a microwave and refrigerator, free wireless internet, free continental breakfast.
