The floor was damp because of how cold the room was. It left the room with a slight smell of damp towels.

We checked into our room we were pleased with the view and the open balcony on the fourth floor overlooking the pool area. I requested a King bed but the room had two Queens. 5 minutes later reception called telling us that the room we were in was supposed to be used as a connecting room for a larger group and they had another room for us. This room […] was a handicap accessible room on the second floor. It did have double queen beds as well. The balcony was closed in concrete wall about three feet high and we also had the overhang between the second and third floor making the balcony feel very closed in making my wife feel claustrophobic. The view was not nearly as nice as the room we were in on the fourth floor. Since it's an "accessible" room, the bathroom layout is completely open, whereas the toilet was separated from view in the "regular" rooms. We discussed with the reception the possibility of another room with a more open balcony. None were available but they did make a plan to move us the next day to the third floor. The room on the third floor was all that was apparently available despite a large number of checkouts happening. The room on the third floor was a King bed room but the view was on the other side of the building giving an excellent peeper's view of the parking lot. Other than the room mix up we thoroughly enjoyed this hotel! Breakfast was excellent, but at $15 for a buffet a bit steep. Highly recommend this hotel for all to stay at. Lisateave

It was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Rooms were clean, not too much noise, beds were comfortable and excellent service. Our kids had a ball in the pool and in the little park. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. We were extremely satisfied and will definitely stay there any time we visit St. Augustine

When we arrived we were given a room at the quoted price. upon arriving at the room, there were two (2) double beds. We contacted the front desk and were told that the king sized bed that was reserved was not guaranteed, and there were no king bed rooms available. We asked if there was any room in the hotel with a king size bed because we did not have […] to be on the top floor. Another room was "found" on the same floor, but there was an upcharge for the "better view." Needless to say, we paid the upcharge. Not happy about the whole price experience. The service rating would be higher but from the woman who check us in on, there were very few staff members who were accommodating or friendly. Additional shops and restaurants moving into the area would increase the attraction. It's a beautiful place to visit and golf.

We love this hotel, clean, friendly staff, classy, beautiful interior, good location close to 95, outlet shopping and St. Augustine historic downtown which is a much do and just a 15 min drive away. Nice to walk around the pond walkway at night, saw a 3D Imax movie right next door, kids liked the xbox in the game room, pool and playing ping pong outside. […] Pretty glass elevator adds to the luxury feel of this hotel. Great curbside service. Hotel room was clean, good size, small beds though... I think 2 queen beds would have been nicer for this hotel than two doubles, seemed for for the quality of the rest of the hotel. Our stay was very comfortable. Our only complaint was that it is not clear where to check in. There is no signage and nothing that resembles the good old fashioned check in counter. Perhaps some signs would help or having the employee's welcome customers and direct them to where they need to go. Other than that, our stay for one night was pleasant.

Overall, the hotel is very nice. The staff at the check in desk were friendly and efficicent. We stayed on Easter Sunday and there was someone dressed in a bunny suit for the kids which I thought was very nice. I liked that there was also a game room for the kids. The Starbucks in the lobby was also a plus. I ordered a cork screw from room service and […] it arrived within minutes. The room was clean with a nice sized tv and desk. I didn't get a chance to explore the hotel as my stay was very short but from what I saw, I had no complaints. I would stay here again if the price was right. Lisateave

If you are planning a trip to world golf village, go here. I'm usually a roach motel type, but I'm glad I pampered myself. Valet is only $10 a day and worth it, free transportation to downtown St. Augustine, and I booked it for under $150 per night. Right next to hall of fame and slammer/squire course, also murray bros. caddyshack restaurant. Compared […] to Comfort Suites that say they are on site, they are a short drive from hall of fame. I'd rather walk 500 ft. The comfort wants over $100 per night, just spend the extra $50 and have the grand experience. 5 Stars all the way Lisateave

For the price, we expected to have our bathtub drain and the toilet flush not to be ear-piercing. The air-conditioning did not work adequately in our room at night and it was quite hot. The hotel staff was pleasant and addressed our concerns and gave us a free breakfast buffet, which was very good.

I requested a king size bed and received two twin beds. The clerk was unable to switch the rooms out. I had reservations for two weeks and people that did not have reservations were receiving rooms that they requested. No accomodations were made. Also this hotel is not close to anything. There is no night life around it and it is not close to down town […] St. Augustine at all. If you have any plans for anything other than golf.. I would not recommend. I will not stay there again. Great hotel for golfers, but not very ideal if you plan to explore St. Augustine during the stay although I would stay there again. Just 15-20 minutes from St. Augustine downtown.

Very bad service, the y gave us one of our Rooms at 6.30 pm. We ask for a 1 bed room they gave us a 2 bed, the manager was unreapectful. I will never stay again in that hotel

It is a beautiful hotel with an amazing atrium. the room was clean and modern with a large flat screen tv. it had a balcony but too cold for us to use. there is a desk with a chair. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. One exception: ONE dinner, the waitress was very inattentive and we had to ask more than twice for water, bread, drinks. Other than this experience, we definitely were very impressed by everything the hotel had to offer.

Lovely! Love the layout of the rooms and the visibility of every room from the beautiful central area! We were greeted with wonderfully delicious chocolate chip cookies and milk upon our evening arrival, a very pleasant surprise after traveling so far. Love the Starbucks off the lobby as well. First off the hotel boasts that it is smoke free, however upon entering our room we were immediately greeted with the smell of smoke. The staff were extremely accomodating and switched our room. The hotel itself is beautiful however the room was just not that impressive to me.
