Hotel was under construction, and still maintained a great level of cleanliness, and service. It was comfortable for our family of 5 in one room which is a rarity. The pool area was not large but very nice for a nights stop on the road home from Orlando. The breakfast was wonderful to get us going in the morning. Great location right off the highway and on the main strip in town. Very quiet location with a very helpful and polite staff. One of the nicer hotels in the area. The only downside was that it is not a completely non-smoking hotel. My room was in a non-smoking wing and I could still smell heavy smoke outside my door, as well as in the lobby and the […] stairwell. I did not smell it in my room and would stay again. We arrived late in the evening after driving for 12 hours, and they gave us two chilled bottles of water, and when they noticed that we were also checking in a pet, they gave us a bottle of water for her too. The room was very clean and comfortable, nicely set up with a couch, table and chairs, and mini kitchen area. The bed was comfortable, and the […] bedding was very nice, and even the comforter was freshly laundered. The bathroom was very clean and spacious and had a large, jetted tub. The air conditioning was already turned on for us, and at a very cool and refreshing temperature. After the other hotels we stayed at on our road trip, one of which was awful, we were so thankful for this hotel. My husband and I stayed Christmas night, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with everything. They served cookies and milk at 8 p.m. and breakfast in the morning. This hotel has so many little advantages. Warm cookies at 8:00 PM along with coffee. A wonderful breakfast with Eggs, Pancakes, and THE BEST biscuits. It's a little trip into downtown but very convenient to the interstate. Apples and Oranges are always available. The room had a microwave, complimentary popcorn and a little refrigerator along with a […] nice sitting area. We appreciated the ability to check in early but the room was in the process of having the carpet washed when we opened the door. The floor remained damp during our stay. This is an absolutely perfect hotel. We have stayed there twice with our 2 kids and both times were awesome. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. From the time we entered the hotel all staff were asking if they could be of help. We were told about certain times where there would be homemade cookies for their guests. My husband and I booked a weekend at this hotel as a getaway from the kids and hussle and bussle of our lives...We could not have had a more relaxing experience...The hotel was clean, quiet and very accommodating and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly...The rooms and halls were quiet...We weren't disturbed at all...We had a deluxe king suite […] with hot tub...The hot tub is HUGE so there is plenty of room to kick back and relax...The hotel serves a great breakfast every morning and cookies with coffee at night...They did have fresh apples and bananas out 24 hours though...I can't recommend this hotel enough...It is just awesome compared to the other options in the area...We definitely will be visiting this hotel whenever we are in Paducah for the weekend...
