Extended Stay America - Oklahoma City - Northwest - Oklahoma City

We enjoyed our stay here! The room was similar to a small apartment with a full mini kitchen. It was great, the hotel even allowed us to check out at 1:00 p.m. w/o any additional charge even though the hotels check out time is 11:00 a.m.

Overall it was a comfortable stay...the construction started a little to early for a Saturday however. But I would definitely stay again

I had to wait 30 minutes for my room to be ready. I was given a smoking room even though I requested non-smoking. They forgot to leave soap, shampoo and coffee in the room. No one was ever at the front desk, and there was no phone, bell or anything to alert anyone who might be in the back. They claimed to be short-staffed the two days I was there. Otherwise, […] the help was friendly and as responsive as they could be given their lack of availability. The room and bed were comfortable. My experience at another Extended Stay Deluxe was a much more positive experience so maybe there is hope for this one. Lisateave

Very good for the price...The hallways and elevator smelled terrible tho :( Otherwise the room was pretty good.

Bath room was terrible , it has not been clean after previos gust. It was impossible to sit on couch or chairs because of dirt and dust.

When we got to the hotel we booked for, the clerk told us that it was not reserved even though we have booked it two weeks in advance, and tried to cover it up by saying the room was not ready until 3pm, so they sent us to another one. When we got to the other hotel the front desk clerk was very rude. When we got to our room it did not have any hangers, […] found towels with yellow stain on them, and a blotch on the comforter that appeared to be blood-like. At 6:51am on Sunday, there was a construction crew working on scaffolding right outside our room. There was no ice machine to be found, and the laundry room had only three out of six of the machines were functioning properly. The clerk was busy watching TV in one of the hotel rooms, while it appeared to be busy in the lobby (we saw several people standing around the front desk, not to mention it was Labor Day weekend). "Coincidentally," no matter what time of the day, the front desk clerk seemed to be vacant. Another clerk was not well informed on the wireless internet pass code, and took us several attempts to get it connected. Overall the time we spent at this Extended Stay Deluxe was nowhere near satisfactory. Lisateave

The only disappointment was you have to check in by 10 pm or it automatically cancels your reservation. It did not say this on the site when I booked or on the confirmation. So when we arrived at 10:30pm the manager told us in frustrated tone. He was in the middle of an audit. He said he would help us when we were done. Nasty stains on the carpet.... Something like a exercise room with 2 outdated machines.. Hotel very old only update is a 22" flat screen an that's for an extra fee of 8$ per day... Totally overpriced... Don't do it!!!

The hotel is decent enough for someone on business or traveling alone who really isn't concerned with having a fancy room. My first complaint is this: Where is the person who is supposed to check you in/out?! We had to use a phone in the entrance to call someone to come check us in, then we were checking out no one was there at all. Everyone else checking […] out had left their room keys on the front desk with a sticky note saying what time they checked out at. What is that about? Is this normal? We don't stay in hotels too often, but it seemed odd to me. Then, we were supposed to have a non-smoking room, but I found a lighter, two cigarette butts and an empty pack on the floor next to the bed. It had to have been seen by whoever made the bed before we got there - because I really don't think anyone cleaned anything. I told my mom, who was going to be heading to the same place next week to go ahead and pay an extra $20 and stay somewhere that she wouldn't feel like she was cleaner before she showered in there. I give the same advice to others who are looking for a place for their family to stay. Like I said before, if you are on business and not really worried about fanciness or continental breakfast, or a good tv, but need a shower, a bed, and even a full kitchen, then you'll be just fine. But if you have a family with young children, find something better. Lisateave

I booked 4 rooms.Upon arrival I was told only 2 of my rooms were available.After being sent to a room that wasnt cleaned,we returned to the front desk where we had to wait another hour to get our rooms.I booked smoking rooms and got non smoking.The rooms had not been vaccumed,there were stains,stickyness,and the carpet was torn,and very worn,also there […] was not a shower curtain or shampoo..To top it off the front desk called me @ 9:30pm and told me i had too change rooms because of the heat and air unit in the room,which seemed to be fine other than it was very loud.Terrible customer service.
