The front desk people were great with any requests & full of information about the area. Our room was on the 3rd floor, facing the parking lot with scenery, very clean, & the beds were awesome. The rooms in the back of the hotel face a brick wall from the building next door. The location is in walking distance to fast food & small restaurants. The exit […] to get off & on to I-25 is very simple. The hotel sits off the main road on "Park St." not "S. Park St." as indicated on the on-line address. We used Prairie Hawk Rd. to get to more eateries & stores without going on I-25. The cleaning lady was wonderful in honoring our Do Not Disturb sign & was very pleasant when we saw her. We did not get to their breakfast, but the area was very clean & inviting when we checked in. We plan to stay here again. Lisateave

We only stayed for one night. Got in late and left early the next morning. Friendly staff. Clean room; even had a microwave and frig, which doesn't always come with other pricier hotels. Continental breakfast was good.

Very folks gracious and really helpful. The hotel was under some recent renovation and not yet finished so some finish work needed to be completed. We had a room which faced the train tracks so some trains on some, but not all nights blew their horns as they passed through town. Could have been legitimate reasons to blow the horn but as a light sleeper, […] it caught my attention. I will be needing to come back to Castle Rock and would not hesitate coming back. I was very pleasantly surprised with this Hotel. It was all brand new. It even had that new smell. It was very tastefully decorated. It had plenty of room with all modern furnishings and a beautiful bathroom. The ladies at the desk were very helpful and nice. There is plenty of resturants around and right off the Freeway! I am concerned when I arrived at the hotel as the outside appearance was questionable. I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the hotel. The decor and cleanliness of the lobby and room was outstanding. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. I was amazed at sound proofing in the rooms. I was next to a room who had a screaming baby (could hear when […] in the hallway) and once I shut the door to my room I did not hear anything the rest of the night. I was disappointed that the pool and the ice maker were out of order. GREAT hotel for the money...this is now the hotel I will stay at everytime I visit Castle Rock. Lisateave

Wow. It is nice to stay in a hotel where every attention to detail has been carefully planed. The structure is a little older, BUT they have COMPLETELY REPLACE/REMODELED everthing inside. Very courteous staff and good location. Right off of I-25. As a frequent car traveler to Castle Rock, CO, I will be staying here from now on, everytime!

The hotel & room were basically satisfactory, except for the view of the brick wall. It seemed clean & safe enough. The night clerk seemed like kind of a 'tool' & he called me @ 1:44AM, waking me up, for no other reason (that I can figure), than by mistake. No apology.

We were greeted by a friendly staff and they had our reservation and promptly gave us a room. When we opened the door to the room it was obvious that it had been smoked in. We returned to the desk and told them they gave us another room immediately. They have a nice free breakfast and everyone there was nice and customer friendly.
