My husband and I arrived at 10:00am and the representative did not assist us in checking in early. She did not give us options. When we arrived later in the day at 8:00pm, the male representative was extremely rude and did not provide information on hotels perks. I had to ask him where to park, where was the room and what services does the hotel provide. […] He stated "just free breakfast". That same night I saw a sign that the hotel had spa services. This is the first time we stay at this hotel, it was clean the rooms are nice but extremely poor customer service. Nice big flat screens, comfortable beds, large sink table, large refrigerator, two closets, a sink for dishes, lots of space! One last concern the parking is horrible. Very limited, poor lighting, don't arrive after midnight otherwise you will drive for 40 min finding a spot. Lisateave

Hotel ok for the price but one day I ask for a cab and the guess service ask for a specific cab that toke more than 25 min to get there and I saw when the cap give the GUess service attendant money.that blow out the hole experience of the hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the beds were comfortable, and it was very clean. I only regret I didn't have enough time to visit the pool :( The tvs in the room were very nice

The hotel itself was in great condition. We were shocked at how pretty, upgraded and well maintained it is. The price was great. The location is less than 10 minutes from Disney's Animal Kingdom and is surrounded by tons of other hotels, restaurants and places to shop. The only problem was the bed. Those who frequent the Disney parks know that Lake Buena Vista is the best place to stay after the Disney Resorts. Of the hotels on Lake Buena Vista, this is the best bang for the buck. You won't be disappointed. I've stayed at plenty others, and I wanted to stay on separate occasions before I reviewed the hotel. I wanted to make sure it wasn't a fluke, […] and that the place was genuinely great. IT TRULY IS! How can I give so many 4's and 5's? "I know this isn't a 4 or 5 star hotel, but I think the rating has a lot to do with the expectation, and I've been impressed and my expectations have been exceeded during both stays. Close to all Disney attractions. The room was very comfortable and clean with large closets with iron and board. The only downfall I can say and it's not there fault is there is a empty vacant hotel across the street that needs to be tore down, otherwise this is a very nice and good hotel to stay. I will rebook this hotel if we ever go back.

Easy location to WDW. Staff was excellent. Main area of hotel was very nice, as was breakfast. Room had a few minor cleanliness issues, but nothing drastic. Loved having bunkbeds and a twin for the older kids. Queen for us was uncomfortable. Mattress seemed old. Overall ee will likely stay again!

The Hotel was very nice. Breakfast was as expected and very well done. The exercise room was unavailable as it was being renovated. For the right price I would stay here again. It was very convenient to all the necessary businesses also.

this hotel was a pleasant surprise for the money.....it was sound, comfortable, clean and located perfectly. I have stayed at other so called resort hotels in Kissimmee that are filthy, and old and crumby. This one was different. It wasn't Hampton Inn but very close for a LOT less money......thanks...

I WOULD STAY AGAIN, GOOD PRICE FOR A GOOD ROOM. HOTEL NEEDS TO BE UPDATED SOME, NEEDS ELEVATOR REPAIRS AND UPGRADES. ROOM NOT BAD, A LITTLE BIT TIGHT, NICE TV, GREAT FRIDGE. LIGHT BREAKFAST OK BECAUSE IT'S FREE. A LIITLE HARD TO FIND THE FIRST TIME.

I was very pleased with our accommodations. We have stayed at Baymont Inns at other locations and have always been pleased. We have stayed on site at the Disney Parks before and these rooms were just as nice and possibly a little bigger for quite a bit less money. Location was less than 1 mile from Animal Kingdom. My girlfriend and I wanted to spend her birthday at disney. Since we weren't going to be in the hotel much. We didn't feel like spending an arm and a leg for two nights. It turned out the staff was friendly, the room was clean and very nice. Bed was comfy. We will continue to stay here as long as the price stays the same.

Room no. 2014 Bathroom exhaust fan was not working. For a newly arrival, extremely difficult to locate the room..no markers anywhere other than on doors. Leaky faucet. Very noisy ac. I've stayed at this property several times this year. I love how close it is to the theme parks but it's not on noisy RT 192. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are one of the few that I can actually get a good night's rest on after a long day of walking at Disney. The bathtub didn't drain the water but we reported the problem and it was fixed right away. Near the parks and good for the price. Not a 3 stars hotel but is good enough to stay safe with the kids.

The rooms are comfortable and the hotel is in good condition and quiet. The room has a kitchenette and a large LCD TV with Cable. The room was very nice & clean. Would have liked a higher quality mattress & bedding but other than that I was impressed with the ammenities in the room especially for the price! The staff at the front desk was very helpful when we needed to order a pizza. They gave us the name &I number & the pizza was awesome!

This is not a delux hotel but you get what you pay for. We liked the continental breakfast and it was not too far from Disney. Free parking was great. Also the free Wi-Fi.

For the rate we spent per night this hotel was worth the stay. Good hotel location close to many stores to shop. If you get back late from the parks there is no parking near your room. We parked in front of hotel lobby door.

It was good. I just complain about the breakfast, cause It was the same every day! I stayed for four nights with my husband and two kids, and they served the same each day! To much sugared stuff and white bread, no whole wheat, no eggs, no croissants. That was awful for all of us!
