Hilton Garden Inn Denver Airport - Aurora

The hotel was wonderful, the shuttle service was efficient, and the long term parking was a bargain! We especially loved the friendly service from the front desk. We experienced extremely friendly service at check in, when we left the next morning, and when we returned from our trip -- all from the same person!

For being an airport hotel, it was still nearly ten miles away. To be somewhat fair, there isn't a lot near DIA. The dinner we had at the hotel was the worst restaurant meal we have EVER had. It was terrible. Steak was cold, potato under cooked, veggies over cooked, wine oxidized, etc. Truly awful all around. Great location, comfortable, clean room. We were able to park our car in the hotel lot for 2 weeks while one a trip to Mexico. The price was unbelievable!

Great stay & staff. Indoor pool & hot tub were wonderful. Only thing that could use some improvement/updating is the decor.....but don't that t hat stop you from enjoying the convenience & wonderfully helpful staff.

My first impression was a very cosy lobby. My second impression was two very friendly front desk staff. They were very accommodating with my long term parking arrangement. The hotel staff were very friendly and went above and beyond customer service. From the Front desk, restraunt staff and cleaning staff, everyone was very helpful. The only unpleasant experience we had was with room service. The mattress is too soft. It makes us feel sleep tired. And we ordered morning call, but seems we were forgotten by somebody.

The room had an awful chemical smell. The bed desperately needs to be replaced as it sinks in on both sides! The sheets were stained and did not properly fit the bed so they continued to pull up. The air/heater was very loud and kept me up all night. Definitely not Hilton quality.

2nd time in 30 days staying at a Hilton Garden. Everything was superb. Overall comfort and cleanlyness was outstanding. Wo uld recommend this Hotel to everyone landing DEN.

Not to be superstitious, but, the graveyard was literally right outside my window, I could see it. If that doesn't bother you, then I guess it is an OK hotel. Food was average.

Missing our connecting flight in Denver, due to weather conditions we booked into the Hilton Garden Inn for one night. It was a great place to stay and well worth the money ! Great service, very comfortable bed, very clean room. Everything was top notch, and made for a wonderful stay! Was .7 mile walk to a convention at the nearby Crown Plaza for us, which was just perfect!

The hotel was really nice in every way except in one MAJOR area: the bed. The king mattress was very hard and you could feel the sinkholes where the mattress sank in from where people have slept over time. When was the last time that mattress had been turned or replaced. If you're renting a car, the location is great- in between downtown Denver and the airport. Most importantly, parking was free! The staff was very friendly and the quality of the room was good. We didn't stay in the hotel much, so the price was right.

The staff are excellent, the room was clean. The sleep number bed was a little funny. The BIG ISSUE, the walls are as thin as paper! At 1am we had our neighbors talking next door and you could hear them as plane as if they were next to you! We had to get up at 4am for our flight so this was not a welcome feature of the hotel.

The hotel was excellent - probably further from the airport than we realised. The shuttle bus was ok for the transfers both ways. The breakfast was good. No complaints at all about the service. Would we recommend it again. We've booked the hotel for a one night stay on the return trip.
