"Excellent Hotel"
We had a great time, we come to see our son graduate from boot camp. The hotel's location made that easy. There is a great restaurant right next door to the hotel. However the breakfast at the hotel were also good. The staff seem very helpful.
"Not giving what I requested and paid for"
This hotel location is in a good spot as far as being convenient for gamblers who want to pay a visit to the local casinos and easy access to the interstate. However, my hotel room was not clean,and not the Jacuzzi suite I requested. I found a bottle of spoiled milk behind the nightstand and dried up food on the floor. The pool was out of order, the […] breakfast was blah, cold, hard eggs, warm milk, and doughy biscuits. I have stayed at other Marriott hotel branches and this was one gives the brand a bad name.. "Good in Lawton"
On the interstate and Gore so it is easy to go anywhere in the Lawton area. The breakfast is good and filling.
"great room-family of 4"
This hotel was great! My 3 older teenagers also thought the room was great. Service staff was prompt and considerate, helpful with directions. The beds were comfortable. Spent time visiting my son from the military base and spent alot of time relaxing and visiting in the room. I loved the 2 qn beds and the pull out sofa was convienient. The (2) 32" […] TV's in the room was a blessing-great picure. GREAT hot breakfast. plenty of options to fill each of us every morning!! Only a couple issues:1st night was a fire alarm went off several times, a leaky drain in the sink which they had someone there to fix it within an hour and I could hear heavy walkers from the room overhead.. hot tub jets didn't work, but still able to sit in the hot water. "Springhill Suites, Lawton, OK"
We were very pleased with the hotel and all its services. It was convenient to the places we needed to go, the staff was very courteous, and the full breakfast was great, saved us many dollars.
"Spring Hill Suites, Not a good stay"
I will NOT be staying here again. Sheets on the bed were dirty, I could feel something gritty, it may have been crumbs or dirt on on them. The duvet cover had an ugly stain of what I hope was coffee. Very comfortable room. We stayed here for my daughters graduation from Ft Sill and they were very accomodating. The pool is a little small but it was clean and a comfortable temp. I would stay here again. Front desk people were very friendly and accomodating.
We booked this hotel specifically because of the jacuzzi and pool. When we checked in, we found out the jacuzzi was broken. When we tried to unfold the sleeper couch, it was stuck. When we finally got it, the mattress was fithy. I ended up sleeping on the top of the couch. I told the management about the mattress. "Fort Sill Graduation"
My family of four stayed in a suite for my brother's graduation from Fort Sill. It was a nice hotel within 10 minutes of Fort Sill and the Lawton Airport. If I had to do it over again I would stay there.

"Recommended with a couple of areas for improvement"
A very nice hotel with large comfortable rooms. I would stay there again. However, a couple of things could have been better. Despite the claim that the entire facility is non-smoking, they could only find me one room of the two I reserved that did not smell of recent smoke. They were quick to switch my parents out of the first and stinkiest room, […] but they then ran out of rooms. Sunday morning the breakfast was seriously under supplied, running out of eggs, sausage, orange juice and more. When I went to the front desk to complain, the one staffer managing breakfast was having a lengthy conversation with the manager about a broken toaster and clearly had no incentive to restock quickly. I left and came back 30 minutes later; eggs and sausage had returned, but still no orange juice. Overall, I still feel the large comfortable rooms at a reasonable price make this a desirable hotel.
