Our room was just what we needed, as we were traveling with a foreign exchange student, so the separation of sleeping quarters was perfect. Location wasn't great if you are in town to visit St. Louis sites, but otherwise very clean and super friendly service.

The front desk staff from the beginning did not make customer service their top priority. They provided us with a pack n play, but with out the sheet and was unable to find the right one. The next day our room was not serviced. We were told it may or may not have been serviced, we probably just could not tell! Huh? They front desk guy educated us that […] they don't make beds and apparently that meant they don't replenish shampoo ( which never happened on this stay), vacuum, replace towels, or do anything.... Next day we did receive service and bed was made. Go figure. Hopefully they will have new staff before your visit if you choose to stay. Good luck. Lisateave

The property looks nice. Continental breakfast was a little disappointing for a Marriott Brand. New mattresses are needed. Newer TV would be nice. Bathroom was good. Nice workspace desk.

The hotel is VERY hard to find! We were there three nights and they cleaned our room one night. they put two $20 charges on my debit card "just in case I had incidentals" but never told me about it and when I asked, she just apologized for having two charges because there should be only one and that would be taken off in a few days. The breakfast area […] didn't have a place to sit and the only hot part of the breakfast was the hot water I used on my oatmeal. We travel to STL many times a year, but we won't be there again. The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for 4 adults! It was nice having a place to sit besides the beds. The little living room was great!

The overall stay was good, the location was too far off the interstate. If not for our GPS we would not have found. I guess we are use of having the great breakfasts at Residence Inn so this breakfast was not at good, very small selection & mostly carbs.

I have four children and it is not easy to find an affordable hotel that can comfortably accommodate all of us. Townplace was great! Very clean and exactly what we needed.

Overall, not bad. The place was fairly clean and seemingly well upkept. The service also was very great for the few services we requested. However, it was a little difficult to find and park near the office for check-in & check-out as well as it being surrounded by the business sector (lots of early morning traffic). This our third stay in three years at this hotel. The room are maintained and always clean and the location is excellent. The staff were very accommodating and friendly.

The staff was great. The pictures of the room were a little misleading. Appeared to have a door to the bedroom which would have provided more privacy. But overall the hotel was nice and the staff was exceptional!

The room was very clean. My grandchildren enjoyed the pool. The mattress on the bed and the sleeper sofa were pretty worn out and not very comfortable. My grandchildren were so impressed that we were in a suite that nothing else really mattered. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again but would hope for more comfortable beds.

We stayed in a ton of hotels over a month plus long road trip and this by far was the best! The lay out of the 2 bedroom suite was very spacious. The room was immaculate! The staff was super friendly and not only offered a breakfast, but evening snacks as well. The kitchen was great and included basic pots/pans/plates/utensils/ect... Having stayed at this place/location 3 times this was my least satisfactory stay. Was located on the first floor near an entrance/exit and the door was loud enough to be heard in the room. The room was well maintained, and the staff was very accommodating. I plan to be staying here again for another trip.

We had a wonderful stay. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Even my kids think its a step up from other hotels we stayed in. Already planning to stay again this time with more family.

The room was great, and the staff were very friendly. The room was a little old, but no real complaints. It's perfect for families and couples too. The only concern would be the distance from the actual city, but it was only a 15 minute drive and there wasn't really traffic when we went.

Although this hotel definitely needs some updating, the room that we have to spread out really makes it worth it. They don't have an indoor pool which would be a plus with kids but hopefully summer won't be far away!

The bed was so uncomfortable that it ruined our stay. Everything else was great, but when you can't sleep, its not good visit. Service was very friendly, place was clean, layout of suite was convenient but beds were terrible. Can't enjoy your stay at a place with awful beds.Bummer.

So it's not a luxury hotel but the staff here is so friendly they do make it feel five star. Truly friendly staff, very warm and welcoming.

The staff at the hotel was very informative and assisted us with information to help make our stay great. It was around the coner from a golf course, community center, several eating facilities and close to six flags. This is my second stay at this hotel and if I return it would be the hotel of choice.

Fabulous room - had to seperate bedrooms with locking doors and TV's in each room plus one in the living room. Lots of light and a full kitchen with dishwasher, garbage disposal, fridge and freezer, four burner stove, and an oven. Had a sofa bed in the living room and everything was extremely clean. Was a great hotel for a large family on an extended […] stay. This was one of 22 suites they had like this. Would also be a great place for 2 couples to stay if they wanted to split costs while visiting Saint Louis. Just a short distance outside of the city and most attractions with a lot of places to eat nearby. I will be staying at this hotel on my next extended trip to Saint Louis. Lisateave

Great hotel in a great location. For a family vacation with 2 adults, 2 teens and a toddler, this proved to be a perfect place. 20 minutes from Six Flags, 10 minutes from a MetroLink station & 10 minutes from the Swing-A-Round family fun center. Also numerous restaurants within a short drive in nearly any direction. The front desk staff was friendly […] and very helpful. They even provide printed directions to many of the area restaurants. We stayed for 4 days and this location was perfect. About 15 miles back to all the attractions of downtown and also close to Six Flags. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the Grab and Go breakfast was just enough in the morning. Little hard to find even with GPS. Located in what appears to be a light industrial park. And, since Marriott has two hotels at same location (the Towneplace Suites is in back part of the property) it can be a little confusing if you have never been there before. Facility itself is clean and the staff is friendly. Definitely need your own transportation […] since in the immediate area there are no eating establishments. Excellent experience! Arrived several hours before check in and had no problem immediately getting a room. Hotel was clean, room was very nice, like a small apartment with full kitchen. Staff was courteous and available at all hours. Will absolutely stay here again!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved to be able to use the grill and cook at the room so we could save money on our vacation. The 2 bed room suite was fantastic for 4 adults and 2 childern!! Will stay again for sure when traveling to St.Louis again.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. There were 2 seperate bedroom's, a living area with a pullout couch, and a full kitchen area. Each room had it's own TV (total of 3). Kitchen sparsely equipped but adequate for a brief stay. Pool extremely small. We stayed here when we went to Six Flags.
