Staff was extremely friendly and willing to help, the parking situation and procedures especially for checking out were rediculous. The hallways were dark and dreary. "Not sure about a Sheraton"
Found a bed bug on one of the beds (looked it up on smart phone to verify), the battery for the safe was dead, the bathroom door lock was broken, the "white" towels had black stains on them. Would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room, a comparable room at a DoubleTree would have one. Over 6 dollars for a domestic bottle beer? Had it have […] been at least 4 dollars, I would have enjoyed two or three more and may have even had some more to eat. Sorry, not worth it. Did not know we had to walk on a small walkway next to traffic through the cold parking garage with our luggage to get from the car to the elevator, then back out from the elevator to the lobby. 29 dollars per night for valet or 24 for self parking, but did not use the car for the three days there. Not sure what was worse, paying extra for a valet to be used once or the 50yard dash in the cold with the bags? The area where the indoor pool was, was very nice and romantic! I ordered a steak and chicken wings from room service around 7 pm on Sunday of my stay. They indicated over the phone that my food would be cooked and delivered to my room within 30 minutes. Went for a staycation for my birthday. Floated in the pool looking up at the clouds and stars. The weather was unseasonably warm for January. Couldn't pass up on swimming. Room service was exceptional, room was was huber-comfy! The only issues were the toilet took forver to flush and used so much water it took forever for the tank to fill up, and there […] was some mold (black mold) on the ceiling in the shower. View was nice from the window. Club Room had over-cooked potstickers, but very fresh fruit. You could take any and all foods from the Club Room up to your own room and keep coming back for more. Very nice hotel that is close to the downtown restaurants and only a few blocks from everything else. Nice snack/coffee bar. The pool area is beautiful. You fell like you are on a tropical island! "FIVE STAR"
having stayed in hotels all over the caribbean,mexico,costa rica, the staff at this hotel was our favorite. one night they brought us a bowl of chek mix treats to snack on while watching the football game. i ask if they had anything else to snack on, the chek mix was a little to salty for us . five minutes later they apologized for the chek mix and […] brought us a small fruit and chesse plate. we almost fell off our bar stools. great staff! beds were very comfortable. the rooms were a little small, very clean so we overlooked the size of the room. indoor pool was great, it was 20s and 30s outside. there is no doubt where we will stay from from now on, when in atlanta. book it you will like it. "Great hotel staff"
I made the mistake of taking a room on the same room as a college band and had to call front desk to take control of noise 3:00 a.m. in the morning. The front desk took care of it immediately...I have no problems with young adults but should not have taken the room on their room.Kontrollitud Expedia kliendiarvustus
