Super 8 Abilene Ks - Abilene

The staff was very helpful and responded to the couple of requests I made.

THE HOTEL WE STAYED IN WAS CLEAN, AND WAS $60.00 DOLLARS A NIGHT CHEAPER. I THINK WE CAME OUT WAY AHEAD. THE STAFF WAS NICE AND PROVIDED IRONS THAT WE NEEDED FOR THE WEDDING WE WERE TO ATTEND. GOOD PLACE.

Should the room you pay extra for be worst condition? Get a pet room and you get the worst stay in history. Yes, I partially blame the people who show disrespect of everyone else who gets the room! Why? Because the pet owners faill to clran up after their pet(s). If you travel with aa pet, bring a potty-pad, or cleaan up after it! However, if you pay […] for your pet, the hotel should be cleaned after each stay! Thats why the extra fees. Clean it up hotels! You charge an arm and a leg for your roons; Show your cusomers RESPECTt!!! This goes for customers as well; Show your fellow man RESPECT! Do you want to be in a room where someone else did what you do? NO! So you get what you give! To those who DO RESPECT your fellow man, I say thank you! Make the hotels know, by not using them! If ANYTHING is wrong with a product, service or anything, respond in kind; No longer go or use that and or them. If you get poor service,.. it is dis-respect! On that same note; If you get Good service, for the ones who live off tips, know this, they are taxed 10% whether or not you tip! Tip them well! Once again, that is IF you get good service. It's a budget motel don't expect luxuries, but for the price I'd have to recommend it. Close to the interstate and on the main drag with other restaurants it's convenient when everything in Saline was booked for a car show.

I've stayed in smoking rooms before and never had much of a problem. Most hotels take enough pride to clean the room well enough to rid the room of most of the smoke smell. Even most smokers don't want to walk in a room and be greeted by a putrid smoke smell enhanced by the heat and humidity. The pool area was small but a great size for kids. Too bad […] the paint in the pool is chipping and it could use a little work. The best thing about the hotel is that it's located across the street from a play ground and basketball courts. The hotel is not the simplest to access. There was no sign saying that the access was behind the hotel only accessed by a side road. Lisateave

This hotel had a smell in the carpet that seemed like the toilet had overflown. Very unclean.

The room had a very comfortable bed and good pillows. It was quiet and everyone was very friendly. It was a good experience and I would stay again if I were in the area.

We were traveling from Colorado to Branson, MO, and needed to stop for the night. Convenient to restaurants and points of interest.' Great Breakfast!

If your looking for a modestly priced, clean hotel with pleasant staff then this is the place for you and your family. The breakfast is plentiful and includes waffles! The Eisenhower Presidential Library, the Greyhound Hall of Fame (with dogs for the children to pet), the antique stores and the GPT movie theatre are all minutes away.

There is nothing to complain about. Friendly staff, clean rooms and great location!

Because this was a Super 8, my quality expectations were quite low to begin with. Even still, I was highly disappointed. The room was old, dark, dirty and smelled bad. I was afraid to walk around barefoot. The beds were very hard and very lumpy making a good night's sleep impossible. Most disgustingly, there was noticeable mildew along the base of the […] bathtub and the calcified showerhead spit out unsteady streams of water. It was an altogether, unenjoyable experience. The room and bathroom were very old. The bed was uncomfortable, the sheets were so thin it was like sleeping on tissue paper. The bathroom floor was discolored, marked up and looked dirty. I wouldn't take a shower because the shower was so old and shoddy looking.
