We stayed for a hair show in Nashville. The hotel was clean as far as the rooms go, no bugs, dirt, etc..but only half of everything worked. Our fridge didn't work and we couldn't get it replaced, we kept getting told that they would be there in 5 min. If you are going just to sleep then its fine. Pool was broke and grounds weren't mowed or kept up.

For the price I paid it got what I expected,but less. The mattress had brown stains all over it, there was no toilet paper and garbage bags in the trash cans. They offer a shuttle service that is driven by the employees with their personal vehicles. They lied saying it was $30 for a taxi to go one into downtown, when In actuality it is only $13-$14. I […] took the shuttle they offered downtown and a taxi on the way back. I was forced to take a taxi, because their 24 hour shuttle refused to pick us up at 9:00 PM, because the driver was "Too busy". They stranded me and my girlfriend down town and told us the hotel information was on our key card. When we finally got a taxi I went to look on my key card to get back to our room there was nothing on the key card except advertisments. I had to offer a bartender $10 to use his smart phone to look up the address because my phone had died. They refused to reimburse me the money I had prepaid for the shuttles round trip when I had only gone one way, which was their fault...When I got back to our hotel our driver was sitting in the waiting area watching ESPN! I was in the Marine Corps. for 4 years, and have had to stay at some really bad hotels, but this one tops them all! Rude people, filthy rooms, horrible shuttle service! Lisateave

I could tell when I pulled up to the hotel it was not in the best of shape nor was it in a great neighborhood. When I got to my room I noticed the chain lock was missing, so I requested another room as I was traveling alone and wanted to feel secure. The management granted me another room which was adequate to my need (though the smoke detector did […] not have batteries or a front cover). However, when my pizza was delivered later in the evening, the delivery man warned me, stating, "We don't usually deliver here after dark because this neighborhood is dangerous." He went on to ask if I had a fire arm with me. Needless to say as I lay there that night listening to sirens going by, I did not sleep much. It was very disappointing. Lisateave

The worst hotel ever! I should have known something when i saw a couple requesting to go to another location but I preceded to check in anyway despite the horrible location in which drove that couple off! And did i ever regret it! I never saw housekeeping once out of the whole weekend! I went out to buy clean towels after multiple failed attempts to […] get someone to clean the room! The trash built up and we had to empty it ourselves! The towels looked so old and unclean! The air conditioner went out immediately after checking in! The room looked horrible just old and disgusting! The neighborhood was ghetto and even had drunks and hobos begging for money! I was so scared i would get robbed or my car broken into! It took forever to get checked in and out! I have never seen a hotel so horrible in my life! I really sucked it up to get through the weekend! So tired after being on the road and didnt wanna go through the hassles of finding another room after making reservations! Please beware of this place Lisateave

We booked this hotel for our fifth anniversary vacation. We're from Alaska, and we arrived in Nashville after a cross-country flight; we were exhausted and looking forward to finally getting some rest! We were disappointed as soon as we arrived in the neighborhood. The area is run down and very seedy, and there are signs posted in the hotel parking […] lot warning guests not to leave their valuables in their cars overnight! The desk clerk on duty was very friendly and helpful, but that couldn't make up for the state of the room. The furniture was damaged, the bathroom fan didn't work, there was a massive crack in the wall of the shower, and the chain had been removed from the door, so I didn't even feel secure in the room and had to leave the bathroom light on all night. Luckily, we have family in the area who were able to put us up for the remainder of our trip. DO NOT get a room here, if you have any other option! Lisateave

So we booked a quick stay at the Days Inn "Airport" which is not really next to the airport. It's down Murfressboro Pike in a very questionable and run down neighborhood. The property was in need of a complete overall - worst Days Inn I've ever been too. There were probably a total of 3-4 cars in the whole parking lot. The lobby smelled awful and the […] customer service was completely lacking. What was also frustrating was when I called the front desk to see where the iron was and it rang for about 2 mins before the guy picked up. Again, there were maybe 4 cars in the whole parking lot and it was 11pm. Can't imagine he was that busy. Overall, go to the Days Inn at the Percy Priest exit if you want to stay at a Days Inn. im sorry to say but this hotel is located in a bad neighborhood. we were told several of times that we needed to be careful of where we park our vehicles and we were to stay in our rooms after dark. even the cab driver was scared to take us back into the neighborhood.. oh and the hotel doesnt look anything like the pictures that is posted on the web […] site... THE BATHROOM NEEDTO BE REDONE AND THE ROOM COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE CLEANER,

THERE WAS NO HOT BREAKFAST IN THE MORNING LIKE THE OTHER DAY'S INN THAT I STAY AT!! SO I COULDN'T FEED MY 10 PLAYER BASKETBALL TEAM THAT MORNING WHEN WE GOT UP!! BEDS WERE LIKE WORN OUT!

When I arrived at the hotel, there was a lot of trash around the outside, abandoned building next door. The first room I was given smelled of room freshener and it was hard to breath when in the room. I asked for another room which was better and cleaner. The carpet only had a few stains. The advertisement said internet: there was no internet. The printer […] in the lobby wasn't working so I could not print my e-ticket. Definitely would not stay there again. Lisateave

Not a good hotel for women and children. I believe they rent weekly rooms. Very bad atmosphere. Rooms were not up to date. Carpet was dirty. Odor in room. You can tell from the outside tht this use to be a very well hotel, however, you can now tell that it is not doing to good. I would never ever stay there again, even if it was free.

We had 2 rooms, and the desk clerk placed us in different builidings. The neighborhood was awful, right in front of some type of club. Not a good experience or part of town.

This hotel is a dive. Looks ok from the outside, but is run-down on the inside. Dead bugs on the carpet and it had an odor to the room. The only plus was it was right of the highway.

I understand that you get what you pay for, but this place really needs some upgrading. The staff did what they could for us, they just don't have much to work with. Our first room was dirty and smelled bad. We were going to leave, but the staff offered another room. We appreciated the "upgrade", but it really wasn't much better. The van they use to pick you up at the airport is run down, missing handles, torn seats.....

This Days Inn was ok...since the downtown places all wanted a couple hundred $$ per night and this one was much less. But i guess you get what you pay for...the bathroom desparately needed updating and cleaning and the beds were uncomfortable. The location was right near the highway and about 3 miles from downtown. Owners seemed nice and helpful.

If you are looking for some place less expensive for one night only, I would recommend this hotel.

The facade is OK, but inside, the rooms are rotted and decaying. The airport shuttle is downright scary, smells of smoke and is ancient.

When we checked in, the man working the front desk was very rude. His 2 small daughters were also running around my legs screaming in the lobby as I checked in. When we got to the room, it was not clean. The toilet paper roll fell, the jacuzzi was dirty, only one jet worked in it, no hot water in the room the entire weekend,and the toilet stopped up. […] The worst part about it all...My husband called the front desk to tell them that the toilet was stopped up and only one jet worked in the hot tub. He asked if there was anyway they could send someone to at least fix the toilet. They told us the maint. man was on break but we could come get a plunger and fix it ourselves. My husband then explained about the jets in the hot tub not working and he told us to stick our finger in each jet and wiggle it around until it started working. Lisateave

We just needed a very short night's stay during an overnight layover in Nashville. This place was fine and very close. The best part was it was the only economy hotel we could find that was willing to offer a free hotel-airport shuttle service both late at night and early in the morning. Thanks! This was the worse motel I have ever stayed in. My husband and I go to Nashville every October for the flea market at the fairgrounds. This was the first time that we had stayed at Days Inn & Suites and we will definitely not be back. The room had obviously not been cleaned because whoever stayed the night before had thrown up in the room and it was […] still very visible near the bed. the alarm clock did not work so we asked for a wake up call that we did not receive. the free breakfast was ok, but most of the appliances did not work well. There was no ice machine on our floor. This was a very disgusting place and we did not feel safe staying there. Bad neighborhood. Lisateave

THIS HOTEL WAS NOTHING LIKE I EXPECTED. THE ROOM WAS NOT UPDATED. I WANTED A KING BED THERE WAS TWO QUEEN BEDS. THE TV DID NOT WORK IN THE ROOM . THERE WAS A SMELL IN THE ROOM AND IT IRRIATATED MY ALLERGIES. THE HOTEL SERVICE WAS NOT GOOD THE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST WAS HORRIBLE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE

This is not in the best part of town. The hotel management is less than experienced and the continental breakfast is not worth it. The hotel is old and has many maintenance issues. There are plenty of hotels near the airport that are much better and only 10 minutes away.

I would have been more comfortable in the abandoned hotel next door than I was in this one. Never again!! What a shame, because Nashville is such a beautiful city on the rebound from the big flood.

I have stayed at some bad hotels in my day, but this was by far the worst. They checked us in to a room that wasn't even clean yet, and then didn't even apologize when I called them about it. Room was dirty and customer service was the worst I've ever experienced. Do not. I repeat, do not stay here.

The pool was nice in the HOT Nashville weather, but thats about all. The wireless internet only worked when the computer was literally right next to the window, with the curtains open. Even then, the signal was very weak. Breakfast was very simple. This had to be one of the worst run Days Inns we've ever stayed in. If we needed anything at all, we had […] to go get it. They did have a shuttle service which was neat, taking you downtown or where ever I assume, but the front desk seemed to charge whatever they wanted for it. It varied from person to person. The neighborhood was less than desired.. nothing specific occured while we were there, but there were a lot of shady characteres walking the street. Lisateave

Not as bad as the other reviews make it out to be. Pool was nice, easy access to downtown (one road all the way in), and they offer a shuttle. Room was OK, nothing special. We went to Nashville for the CMA Fest, and the hotel was a good place to sleep and swim.

Good pool. Broken sink stopper. Old decor. Lamp socket was out of lamp. Non smoking room smelled of smoke. Hotel mgr. professional and friendly. Desk clerk and shuttle drivers excellent. They went out of their way to take me places other than the airport. Everyone was friendly that worked at motel.
