For mothers day, I decided to get a hotel room here for the family to celebrate the special lady. We also had our pet dog with us. The guest services staff was extremely sincere and friendly and was even personable. The room was exactly how it was pictured online, and it was clean. This was a great hotel to stay at! Will stay there again anytime, pleasant helpful staff, clean room and hotel, large room and excellent "bang for your buck"!! Only Con would be the location - it's kind of in an industrial area and you basically need a car and a map to get anywhere.

My husband, son and I had a wonderful stay here. Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, especially the oatmeal which was nice and hot. This hotel is close enough to the subway station (Kipling), which we took everyday into Toronto. Would stay here again because of it all.

From the time we entered the Hotel and were greeted by friendly Julian at the front desk we had an amazing overnight. The room was very clean, spacious and lacked nothing. The beds were also quite comfortable. The breakfast had a nice variety to choose from. We enjoyed the pool and the gym. The gym was the best organized and good equipment I have seen […] during my travels. Also it was clean and everything appeared quite new. Nothing was dated at this property. This hotel is not just good, it is well beyond my expectation with the price I paid. The only drawback is the the size of the indoor swimming pool is a little bit too small.

Very good value. Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Free parking, wifi, breakfast, paper, two beds and pullout. Nice and clean. Contemporary decor. Near airport but not too loud. Mind you, snow storm may have interrupted flights. What a deal.

Stayed in one bedroom suite. Very large, clean and comfortable. Full kitchen including dishwasher. Large kingsize bed was very comfortable. Loved the large walkin shower. Continental breakfast had lots of selection. Lots of restaurants within close driving distance.

Did not live up to "outstanding" review but was fine for one night stay. Clean but had the feel of having been well used over the years and in need of major rejuvenation. Breakfast Ok but not inspiring. convenient location easy to find.

We loved having the kitchenette! We were at an event at the Hershey Centre and stayed for two nights. Being able to make our own meals really helped us cut down on cost. Breakfast was enjoyable. The pool was quiet and warm! We would definitely come back!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the TownePlace Suites. Front desk team was very nice. Room was comfortable and bedding was excellent. Not really any restaurants within walking distance so we took a cab to The Keg which was $15 each way. Breakfast was nice and met the expectations set by continental. My priority was free parking, free internet, continental […] breakfast, within 15 minutes drive of Pearson Airport - all of which I got at this location. I would stay here again. Lisateave

We arrived at the Hotel at 5am, very late because of a snow storm in Montreal. When I asked about the check out Hotel time of 12 noon, having arrived so late I was offered an extra hour and readily accepted it. We set our clock for quarter to one looking for every extra minute since home is another 7 hour drive. Imagine our surprise when the cleaning […] crew came knocking at the door just after 10:30 especialy after making arrangements for a late check out and also having hung a do not disturb sign on the door knob. An excellent romantic getaway from city, or waypoint from airport with in-room amenities if you want a cozy meal on your own. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and size of the suite. It is closer to the airport, so far from downtown Toronto, but good as a place to stay overnight with the family before continuing on your journey. Totally recommend it!

We arrived late as our train was delaied the Clerk was super and helped us with what ever we needed the staff could not have done any more to make us feel at home and welcome. This hotel doesn't look like much from the road, but on the inside (where it counts) it is stellar. The staff was friendly and professional beyond my expectations. The room was updated with beautiful finishes and fixtures, and tons of space as well (standard king #118) featuring feather pillows, luxurious duvet, his/hers plush terry bathrobes, HD flat […] screen TV, convenient workspace, and even an iHome alarm clock. Although I didn't utilize the kitchen area much, there were new stainless appliances, even a dishwasher! The bathroom included a soothing shower head with excellent water pressure and a large granite-topped vanity. Common areas were spacious and clean and breakfast was far beyond continental with hot choices and fresh items as well. A great gym, indoor pool, and pretty courtyard really make this place standout. This hotel was perfect for a quick Toronto trip for a concert at Molson Amphitheatre and I will DEFINITELY stay here again. Lisateave

less than an hour from Hamilton, less than a half hour to Toronto. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Loved the size of the room and couldnt get over the comfort of the king sized bed. Breakfast in the morning was diverse as well. Would stay again for sure.
