Excellent. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Very clean. Convenient to thruway, shopping plaza across street, next to Fridays. Large shopping mall is just down the street. I had booked a suite, the description said King bed with fireplace and sofa bed. When we arrived our suite did not have a fireplace. I'd read some not-so-flattering reviews about a different Hampton Inn in this area, & Hotels.com was the ONLY site thru which I could book a room at this specific Hampton. it's the way to go. This is a new one (possibly built in 2009), & is as top notch as the other Hamptons I've stayed at. Clean, nice design, great free hot breakfast... gym, pool, […] enclosed courtyard, business office, free in-room wi-fi, etc. The only complaints? I had to plug in the clock radio & set it myself... & the toilet ran on a bit by itself, but was not noisy. Big deal. And it was a bit pricey...but hey, the place was great. Two complaints: First, most of the equipment in the fitness room was not working from Friday to Sunday.
