Loved our stay! Shower had some issues, and one phone was broken. We did report it, so hopefully they were just never informed about the condition of the room. Very spacious, loved the fold out couch in the living room

Hotel was great. Was impressed that breakfast was a full hot breakfast and they stocked the bar right up until 10:00 for the late risers.

on arrival my room was clean, comfortable, and smelt good, however later in the evening I contnued to smell what I would describe as cigarette smoke circulating through the A/C unit in my room. I was going out for dinner, so when I returned @ 10pm everything seemed fine, only to wake up several times during the night smelling smoke again. It was a great experience. The room was very clean, well kept and the staff were very friendly and helpfull. The only thing was we tried to rent a movie for the four year old and the clerk did not know there was a credit card on file as the computer just shows that it was paid for by Hotels.com or Expedia.

My family and I stayed in the 2 bedroom suite which was pleasant enough. The living room sofa bed and kitchen table and chairs were in need of an upgrade. The service provided by housekeeping was supereb. Also front desk clerk 'Christine' was exceptional in her services and made us feel at home. She is remarkable and I commend her in the way she carries […] out her duties in a professional manner and also at the same time making you feel welcomed and at home. Unfortunately there was another front desk clerk 'Yakita' who was most unpleasant and unprofessional from check in to check out. Thank God Christine was there to show us that not all employees behaved in the manner Yakita did. Yakita was argumentative and had a tendency of rolling her eyes in a rude manner. Unfortunately Yakita was the initial contact when we checked in and if it was not for Christine we would have cancelled and went elsewhere. Overall the room conditions and the majority of the staff was pleasing, but one employee gave the hotel a bad impression. Lisateave

The suite was perfect for our needs. The staff was very friendly. The only down side was that we couldn't get the fireplace to work.

Great place for extended stay or with a family. Lots of elbow room and privacy with separate living and sleeping areas. Breakfast adequate. And they serve supper with beer and wine Monday-Thursday!

I stay here because I like the comfort and accessibility to the area highways. The thing about Longview that everything, even the Loop281/259 development/entertainment are minutes away so it doesn't really matter where you stay. Just find a brand you are comfortable with and gives a good value for your dollar and stay there.

This hotel was perfect for our needs during our stay in Longview. It was clean, roomy, and had an unexpected perk (an ice-maker in the fridge). My family really enjoyed our stay there.

this hotel has a 4star rating quality. neighrhood surrondings look a little run down, but safe place to stay. great for kids and the breakfast is a bonus!!
