"Best Western Plus Markland - no sleep"
It appears that this hotel gets a lot of tour buses- many filled with young people. The hotel also has paper thin walls, floors and ceilings. One is kept awake all night with people running up and down the halls on the floor above and banging doors. The front desk did not appear to be able to address these issues even when the racket went on after midnight. A […] very bad experience. Lisateave
"Good looking and better than others"
This hotel is okay for staying, the mattress is old, low quality, old TV, nearby highway (could hear noise from the highway on one side. The hotel is clean, the items they are using are cheaper and low quality. I always visit LA, the hotel maybe better than others nearby. Free breakfast is good from 6-10AM.

This motel is close to where we want to go to in the LA area. It has everything we want in a hotel - without paying a lot. Overall it was a good experience.

Air conditioning is turning on and off which is very annoying.

This stay was my first and definitely be the last. The people working at the front desk was very impolite. The room that i stayed in was very unpleasant. The room kept shaking for some reason, not sure if there was construction going on or if it was due from people slamming their doors, but it was going on all night! My friend and I could not sleep […] at all! Terrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! Lisateave

The manager there was very nice that he gave me a discount on the rate and re-opened the spa for me at 12:30AM.
