Loud patrons, thin walls, outdated rooms with stained carpets, dingy walls & cigarette-burned chair in room, pillows like pancakes, air conditioning impossible to control, constantly heard the LOUD flushing of the toilet in the room above us. Not worth the $$$ money they have the audacity to charge for being way off the boardwalk. "housekeeping takes its time to clean the room"
Overall, we liked this hotel. It is located close to all shops and restaurants. We arrived about 1 pm and the room was ready for us, and there was no line to the check-in, which was nice. The hotel has a nice fitness center, and a pool. The pool was small, but enough for the kids to play around in, especially that they were the only ones there! We had […] to switch our room the first time, because even though the hotel is supposed to be non-smoking, there was a strong cigarette smell when you entered the room. The second room they gave us had a pleasant smell. My only complaint is that the housekeeping would take a while to clean the room. We would come back from breakfast, and the room was not cleaned. "Near shopping area"
This is my favorite hotel to stay in when I am in A.C. I stay here almost every black friday of the year. it located right next to the shopping area. It was easy for me to go back and forth to the shopping area without carry so many bags from store to store. I just left them in my hotel room and continue to shop.The nice thing about this visit, was […] that the red cross was there helping people that displaced cause of the recent hurricane. all of the men and women were very friendly.
