I had stayed at this motel a few times and always was quite pleased...the last time i booked i was told i couldn't because i was blacklisted???? I am NOT a smoker and was told that i smoked in a non smoking room! Considering all your rooms smell like smoke go figure! Then i was charged for a night i didnt even stay! Beware of this shady business! Good […] luck to you! Sorry you had to lose a frequent stayer to a bunch of rode workers that DO smoke, drink and disturb guests at 3am...The Days Inn and Super8 are looking very inviting now! Lisateave

Good bed, that's about it. Cards would not read and had to take them to the front desk repeatedly. First floor smelled like smoke even though the hotel is smoke free. Don't be swayed by the continental breakfast cereal and little Debbie sweet rolls. Will not stay here again.

Rooms are clean and up to date with flat panel tvs, 24 hour pool and hot tub access. Breakfast was ok. Typical continental breakfast.

Was coming through town later then normal...booked online room was great...service was very polite and friendly...i come through this area alot...i will definitely be a return guest...usually online i have found you get a under quality room mine here was quite the opposite...thanks!

it's nice they keep the pool and hot tub open 24/7... most places shut those down by 9 or 10pm. we got in late and actually got a chance to unwind in the hot tube. thanks!

Hotel is clean and close to good restaurants. Walls between rooms seem a little thin. If you plan to sleep in a train went by around 7am and one about every hour for a while. Not real load but you can hear the horn. Great hotel!

Very nice room and my wife is very very picky room was warm not hot or cold didnt smell like smoke. It was a welcome comfort for a very very fair price. Highly recommend!!!!!!! Manager very helpful and nice. Walked in and room all ready gave my ID and went to room.

Hotel staff was extremely helpful. My handicap daughter forgot her purse aafyer check out they called me to pick it up...everything was still inside. Excellent customer service.

Got very little sleep because of noisy people in the halls until the wee hours. Seems a busload of people stayed there that night and arrived later and were very loud. In the morning same thing noisy slamming doors and yelling down the hall at each other.

the hotel was great. Easy to get to, comfortable, clean, but about midnight a train went by, whistles and all. Happened again about 3 am. In the morning I looked out to see that the hotel is next to a train track!! Still it was a great stay none the less

Nice customer service. breakfast ok, wish the two beds were queens instead of fulls. Construction in area of Hwy 29 to exit, very confusing at night, not lighted very well....but once we got off, easy to find hotel..convient location..across from Walmart & gas...no problem for puppy, Police Canine Group had most of the rooms...so felt very secure.. […] .lol Lisateave

comfortable bed nice TV loved the fact that the pool hot tub was available 24 hours. Was not impressed with the location do too much construction on I 29 the hotel exit is very confusing and hard to get to. front desk clerk when checked in was not very knowledgeable on alternative ways to get to or from or of surrounding places to visit and eat. overall […] though good value for price and we'll see probably stay again if going down that way. Needed a place to stay on our way back from South Dakota through Sioux city. Found New Victorian on Expedia and checked reviews which looked good. Very clean, late check in and good variety of breakfast items which lasts till 11:00am. Pool looked big and clean as well as the hot tub. Did not get to use any of these due to time. Room was clean and beds […] comfortable. Large TV with cable, microwave, mini-fridge, etc. Staff was friendly and courteous. Only four stars due to elevator being out of service and the desk clerk had dirty towels all over the desk area at check-in. Minor but when you need to use it it makes a difference. Lisateave

This hotel is better than average for the price. Our AC didn't do much for the room and we could've used more soap/shampoo. My only other disappointment was the breakfast; standard fare that could be better. The pool and hot tub were clean and hot. Overall it was ok and with a few changes it could be great.

This hotel apprears to be a renovated Baymont Inn and Suites. Hotel room was large, King bed was large and comfortable and TV was large. Very clean room with mini fridge and microwave. Floors a bit thin so you can hear people walking above you. We arrived late (1030 pm) and had to wait about 10 minutes before the front desk staff showed up to check […] us in. I thought that to be odd but she appeared to have been out making the rounds. Nothing pleasant to note about the check-in experience. Continental breakfast was adequate.
